At first he…read morewouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter, and when he finally did he had an attitude right off the bat when I asked if he could print an image for me at a 8x10 size. Looked at me like I was stupid for even asking that and said he couldn't because they only have letter size printer paper. I then told him that I have had people here in the past that had no issue sizing down an image for me to print.. (mind you I saved my image already to an 8x10 so it doesn't matter what paper size he uses) he then shrugged and gave me the email to send my image to and once he printed it he brings it over and says "there, an 8x10 picture" like in a "are you happy now" kind of tone... and I'm just sitting there thinking oh okay so you can in fact print an image at that size and just didn't want to help me. And then I asked him where to pay for it and he literally turned his back on me and throws his hand in a "whatever" kind of motion.. I'm just appalled that Office Depot would let someone like that work there... not to mention he turned another customer down when I was at the counter... the fact that if I hadn't stood my ground and told him I've had no problem in the past before with other people he wouldn't have helped me.. is super ridiculous. Turning down customers and business is insane all because you don't like your job and don't want to be there. All I know is I will never return my business here again after that.

She very rudely told me they shut down the copy center at 7:40pm and then said "have a nice evening!" Shooing me out the door. Nothing on the website about closing the print shop at 20 min till closing. It's the only place that prints after 7pm in my town. Not going back.

I had to leave this review for the digi group, they are just outstanding! They are always courteous and professional, which sounds like meh until you have dealt with others who are not so much. One technician from another company came when I was alone in the office, stood right over my chair, crowding my private space, and asked me if he was "going to have to come here every day until you get it right" when showing me how to use the new copier. It was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. He was upset that he had to come back and show me how to do something, I guess he got in trouble at his job when I called them to ask questions. We spent thousands of dollars with that company but I will never use them again. The Xerox WorkCentre that we purchased from the digi group has been an excellent machine over the three years that we have owned it. The quality of the projects we print is unsurpassed; the machine has many options and it does exactly what we were told it would do. The cost to print is reasonable and the technical support is outstanding. Everyone that I have dealt with at the digi group has been very supportive and quick to provide whatever we need to get the job done. I highly recommend their products and mostly their services as they have the most excellent personnel! I never hesitate to contact them whenever they can help and they have never let me down. Even in the middle of a big rush project they are on-the-spot to help. I cannot express enough appreciation for this business and the wonderful people that work there, and am so happy we went with this company when we made our big copier decision.
