Car Wash is ok but beware of the shop. If you go there for an inspection sticker they will find something wrong with your vehicle in order to get you to spend money. On top of that they will remove the sticker without your consent so if you do not do the repair you drive out of there without an inspection sticker. CROOKS! read more

I got the Wash for $22.98. I still had snow on my vehicle. They don't actually vacuum the vehicle. They pretend too but they just blow around the dirt. I found my dash still had dust. My front windshield had not been cleaned. The old Lady behind the counter was not pleasant after I showed her that my vehicle had snow on it. They actually have a car wash called snow removal $11.99 and I paid for the Higher car wash and still had snow on my vehicle. I will never go there again! read more

Don't go here for an inspection unless you want to be failed just because the workers don't know how to use tint reading equipment. They attempted to fail our 8 year old car that has nothing BUT factory-installed windows on it. We went to another shop, and they passed it (because it DOESN'T have tints) just fine. Went back to this one to show them, and they insist they are correct. (They are not.) The workers at this shop are committing a fundamental error when performing inspections because they're reading their tint meter incorrectly. They're saying the tint meter has to say 70% or higher in order to pass, and said our windshield was just over 30%, but our windows are literally clear, so this makes ZERO sense because if they are saying the tint meter reads the amount of light being BLOCKED, so 70% the way they're interpreting it would mean it'd be ridiculously dark-- which ours are NOT. They insist that a car with no visible tint does not pass (again, FACTORY installed windows), despite the clear verbiage on the DMV website AND the obvious misread of their equipment. They are mixing up the idea of 70% light passing through and 70% light blockage and not using any amount of common sense to figure out what they're doing wrong. Their employees, AND their manager currently on deck, need basic retraining and maybe a primer in humility. EDITED TO ADD Interestingly, the owner or some company representative has responded to my Google review with the exact excerpt from the DMV code that the workers clearly did not understand. Bottom line: our factory installed windshield allows 70+% of light through. We do not have added tints on the windshield of this 8 year old standard configuration vehicle. Great place, I manage fleet maintenance for a local business and we bring all of our auto needs here. Matt the service manager(believe that is his title) is wonderful and professional. I had brought my personal car here for an inspection, and an exhaust sensor got damaged on the wheel guard around the oil change pit(lowered Volkswagen), I only realized this after leaving and the CEL came on. I brought back my vehicle and Matt assured me it would be fixed as soon as the replacement part arrived. I got my car back and was told it was on the house after the connector was re-pinned. I just spent $158 for a 16 minute car wash. I purchased a hand wax and Hambletonian clean, which promised my seat would be washed and the car would be showroom clean. Don't do it! My car was already very clean inside, I was hoping they would clean it to a higher level given the expense. NO! I immediately inspected my car and was sadly disappointed, but they told me that 4 men worked on the car and got the job done super fast. What a lie! Even the people inside at the counter said there was no chance my car was done. But they were "wrong." I left the Auto Spa disappointed and went immediately across the street to the CVS to by cleaning supplies to do the job properly. Whatever was used on my car seats at my detailing left a whitish haze in spots on two of my back seats. I brought the car back and they re-wiped the seats, which looked ok when I left but the next day, after the seats dried, the haze came back. These seats are never used so I was annoyed when I was told it happens with wear. The rest of the detail work was wonderful but I don't know if I will be returning. read more

My truck is used as a truck and it needed a much needed cleaning inside,not just vacuuming. This including washing the mats. All was done much better and quicker than I could have done myself. Returned 32 days after the oil change and they charged me for the car wash even after talking to the manager who pointed out I needed the car wash within 30 days. Came in for an auto inspection after being referred. Waited over 45 minutes before anyone came over (first car in line the whole time) the guy came over and said "what do you want" and seemed irritated to be there. Asked for an inspection and car wash/ vacuum and was told to get out of my car. The lady inside was equally as rude and when told her I should be paying for a car wash also she said they don't do that and I have to bring my car over and wait in line again to get it done. When calling this morning to see if I needed an appointment and estimated time I was told you will find out when you get here. I will not be going back and do not recommend. "Holy Shitballs Batman!" "Holy Shit" is exactly what my expression was when I got my small SUV back after paying for the Hambletonian package which appeared to be the most expensive car wash package available based on prices posted. While I was hesitant to spend four times the cost of a standard car wash I decided to splurge and take a risk because I've heard SO much buzz about this place. Let me tell you I was NOT disappointed, I was actually flabbergasted at how clean my wheels came out. Granted I have some minor stubborn stains on the body of my SUV that probably require full detailing but I also take that bad boy into the heart of the Catskills over some unpleasant terrain for my adventurous hikes. Having not washed it in several months I will say the SUV was pretty filthy for my standards (friends would say I probably had the cleanest dirtiest SUV they've seen). Needless to say I did have a coffee stain on my front passenger floor mat that has been there for YEARS! I basically had given up on trying to use chemicals to remove that several year old coffee stain. When I got in my SUV and saw that coffee stain gone I nearly fainted! I had tried everything to get that thing out but whatever the staff did at this car wash got that stain out instantly AND fully! I almost wanted to complain that I was attached to that stain and wanted it back but seeing that they got it out literally had me speechless! The staff has all kinds of tools at their disposal for cleaning your vehicle in a flash. I saw an attendant using some pressurized power spray deodorizer all over my dashboard and the end result was all those dust particles removed from the crevices. Really amazing job at this place in haste fashion because it was FAST! If they did an absolutely amazing job on their best car wash package rushing to get all those cars completed, I can only imagine how amazing my vehicle would have been with a FULL detailing where they can take their time! Next time I'm in I'll treat my SUV to some headlamp restoration which this place also does for roughly $35 depending on vehicle type and severity of the headlamp damage. For the standard messy vehicle this place is FREAKING AMAZING! I can't express how shocked and amazed I am from the bang up job they did. Now if you are an outright slob and your vehicle is so filthy it should just be scrapped, you really have no right to complain if they can't elbow grease your dashboard clean at the speed they need to work to satisfy all the customers in the queue. In that instance you really should (1) stop being a slob and (2) don't be a cheapskate and treat your vehicle to a FULL detailing deep cleaning if it requires the deep cleaning to remove that hot dog stuck in the seat crevices from 3 years ago. Went yesterday and got the place full service wash. I spilt some water in the cup holder and asked if they could wipe it up. No one else has been in the car and basically spotless, just really wanted driver side mat vacuumed, dash wipe down and windows cleaned. I wound up with wet rear bumper, windows (which I had to go over) and cup holder with the water I had specifically asked if they would wipe it up. They didn't have to do anything to the back seat area at all. For such an easy clean up, I think $18.50 plus tip is outrageously overpriced. Not sure if I will use them again. read more

Mostly, I am fine with this place. The service center has been spot on every time I needed. I don't feel pressured or cheated by the crew, they always explain in details and make me feel comfortable before making my decision. The car wash, on the other hand, is fair, not exceptional on my view, specially inside car jobs like vacuum and wipe out dust. The price seems to be a tad on the higher note, which is why I have a higher expectation on the quality of the job. Not as good as it use to be. I'm a monthly customer but the car was still dirty after the wash today. The back tailgate hardly looked like it was washed. When I pointed it out they just wiped it down dry, essentially just grinding the dirt into the paint. I've noticed the staff taking more and more short cuts. In the past they would wash down the front and rear with a brush to get the heavy dirt off, recently they skip it more times than not. Maybe it's time to look for another place. read more

The attendants are super courteous and professional. They check up with about everything so you learn about your car and the services they have for you.
