They have reverted to their previous tip policy, cash. They no longer allow you to put the tip on your credit card. In a world where cash is rarely used, I find this inconvenient as I don't usually have cash on hand and when I do, it is less than the amount I would tip so now I need to make a special trip to the ATM and then find 5's and 1's. I understand it costs the salon a bit more to process, but I also feel a top line salon should offer top line service in every aspect, which includes ease of payment and minimizing client inconvenience. I will look into using paypal, but that will also be dependent on the hair stylist having a paypal account as well as their comfort in using it. I am still very happy with the quality of my color, it lasts and does not dry out my hair or quickly fade, even in the Plymouth sun!
