I did not expect that my driving privileges would be impacted based on this visit alone, especially without coordination or authorization from my primary neurologist, who is familiar with my full medical history and ongoing condition. My understanding was that this appointment was limited in scope, and I believe clearer communication about the purpose of the visit and any potential reporting actions should have been provided in advance. *** This situation has had a significant impact on my ability to work and manage daily responsibilities. I strongly recommend that patients clarify the scope of care and reporting procedures beforehand to avoid unexpected outcomes. He did not have the authority to touch my drivers license without going through my Primary. I will also be considering filing a formal grievance regarding how this was handled. read more

Dr. Samuel has been my neurologist for about 3-4 years. I love him! Both as a doctor, and as a person. I have nasty migraines which I've had since birth and they're very under control under Dr. Samuel's care. Without this top notch care, I would literally be disabled and my quality of life would be terrible. I used to just have to leave work and be incapacitated with pain and nausea, sometimes for days!! He's so compassionate, and he listens to you and always makes you feel like you're a partner with him in your care. He also does a lot to help people in need in his clinic - individuals that may not be able to access a doctor as good as he is or that high level of care. That really impresses me. Decency seems rare these days, but you wouldn't know it when you see a person like Dr. Samuel. He helped my sister solve a mysterious problem that supposedly was nerve related. We finally got peace of mind and he gave her a clean bill of health, which was amazing! His office staff is very on top of it and great at communicating and handling appointments. There is limited parking in the back but I usually am fine and the area is easy to park in. Sometimes there can be a wait, but that's because people with neurological problems sometimes can have a lot of trouble understanding things. I try to be compassionate and not get frustrated because they need help and their brains aren't I the best shape which is why they're at the doctor. Dr. Samuel is so patient, it's remarkable. I just tell the office staff of my day is tight and they schedule me in the early morning so I can get in and out quickly. He also does my follow ups via Telehealth when possible, which is awesome. And lastly, we discovered we both love electronic music because he plays some dope tunes in the office! We love chatting about our favourite bands and the latest festivals and shows. I am confident now that my brain won't explode any time soon, and I always have a good time at my appointments with groovy Dr Samuel! What a cool dude!! read more

Overall had a very negative experience. A very unorganized office staff and a doctor that simply doesn't care.

Let me start with this is one of the most rudest, condescending doctor that I've ever met. His office staff, which is his cousin also is extremely rude. The doctor bullies, the cousin in front of patients, which I think is extremely unprofessional and I also feel bad for the medical assistance has in his office doing their externship hours because he's also extremely verbally violent towards them as well in front of patients. I don't think that he listens very well. He's more of a talker and every time you try to explain something to him, he gives you 0.1 seconds before he starts speaking over you. I may have had roughly 4 visits at this office before I decided I would never be coming back and that's the truth if you value your health and you really want some help with whatever you're experiencing do not go to this doctor. read more

I don't think there are enough words in human language to express my gratitude to Dr. Moshe, he is the one who saved me. I am living with TBI. I was in a car accident, 3 weeks in a coma, a lot of broken bones, and no ability to move, speak, or eat. The doctors in the hospital helped me to stay alive. I was discharged in a wheelchair with 30% of my brain on my left side gone. Long story short, after 2 years I began experiencing severe brain pain, on the left side. That pain kept me in bed for weeks. I spent almost a year looking for a doctor who would be able to treat me and not tell me again and again that it was not treatable, and that is a miracle that I survived at all. The pain didn't get any easier, I had suicidal thoughts quite often. I continued to look for a neurologist, and I found Brain Doc LA. Dr. Moshe recommended that I start medications, I got scared because I had an unpleasant experience with meds prescribed by a different neurologist. I started my medication after talking more with Dr. Moshe, and I am absolutely happy that I made this decision. Just like that, I found my neurologist, the most knowledgeable, and kind, he is a fan of his job, and he loves to help people live their lives. His staff is attentive and always polite, great listeners as well. The doctor did not show up for our last telehealth visit. An assistant called 50 minutes after the appt time without apologies and immediately asked for money! This is the SECOND time he no-showed. The first time he didn't even know we had an appt! I was done and fired him on the spot. I understand that emergencies happen, but when you have staff that can call and reschedule in a timely matter, there is no excuse. I later asked for my records and the Dr. quoted me out of context decribing how I fired him and refused to reschedule. He put this in my Medical Record! This retaliatory and unprofessional. My visit to Dr. Hendizadeh was prompted by a life-threatening condition that saw me hospitalized previously with a stroke. The medication the hospital prescribed was not helping my migraines and condition, but thanks to Dr. Hendizadeh's care I have received proper treatment for my condition. He also recommended several facilities for the necessary MRI's I need to have done that won't leave me in a horrible financial place. I truly wish I could give 0 stars... This is the first review I have ever written and I find it absolutely necessary to do so. Please save your time and money and go to literally any other doctor out there. Not only is the office staff extremely unprofessional, but Dr. Hendizadeh is one of the rudest doctors I have ever met. I called two times prior to my appointment to make sure my insurance was accepted, in which both times Dr. Hendizadeh's office assured me it was and I was good to go for my appointment. Upon arrival at my appointment, not only did I have to wait to be seen for 40 minutes, but the first thing Dr. Hendizadeh said to me was "So you know your insurance isn't in our network right?" I was shocked... When I told him that I had called TWICE to confirm I was set with insurance, he did not care. He basically told me I would have to pay out of pocket or he wouldn't help me. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism all around at a "doctor's" office - I truly don't know how this man is in business, but trust me avoid this practice. read more

I have been here twice. And every time there's at least 30mins wait. I don't understand what's the point scheduling an appointment. The first time I was here when the doctor was finally able to see me he said "sorry I thought you were here before. If I know you are new I would try to see you sooner". What does this even mean?
