Horrible service. Not a place you want your wife to go to by herself. Keith Dunkin is the one that always works at the desk and always calls females "honey" and "darlin" and is too inappropriately friendly when their husbands are not there. Very creepy guy. I came for just an oil change. Keith told me a list of things that also needed to get worked on including my drive shaft (which was not on the report and doesn't need to get fixed) which is great but I use another tire and brake place for all of my cars for those issues. I just needed my oil changed. Keith apparently was offended that I use another place because when I came in to pay for my oil change he was looking at my cars repair and maintenance historand rudely demanding to know where I go to get my car done. I told him that it was not his business ( also known as setting boundaries) He seemed to be even more offended by that because he kept repeating,"excuse me?" In a raised voice and acted like he crumpled up my report and threw it out in an aggressive manner. I told him I needed my report and he said "why is that your business?". I told him that his behavior is not ok and asked for his supervisor's/owners number which he refused to give me. At this point I didn't feel comfortable handing my card to him to pay so I told him to set the card reader on the counter. I asked for my report and he was refusing to give it to me at first then just gave me the receipt only. I didn't realize that it was just the receipt until I drove away so I had to come back for my report. The moment I came back in he immediately said, "excuse me" in a rude tone. I told him I needed my report. He shoved it in my face and said, "this one?". After I took the report from him he was yelling at me to get out, but I needed to take a quick second to read it to make sure he actually gave me the correct paper. While looking at the report he stomped around the counter and got extremely close to me face and yelled at me to leave. Now I was on the phone with my friend the entire time so she reached out to another location and found out the supervisor, Eric, was already on his way to that location. We waited for Eric to show up. When he arrived he basically said that Keith was offended that I told him it was not his business where I take my car and that I was offended by his response therefore no individual person is at fault. I also asked if they did any anti sexual harassment training because of how Keith addressed females and he didn't directly answer the question, but informed me that Keith is from Kentucky so it's normal to talk to females that way where he's from. To summarize: If you want to go somewhere that bullies you into getting your car done with only them, being lied to about what really needs to be worked on, and have your wife be hit on them then this is the place for you. read more

I called in the morning about an alignment, they said they got slammed at opening, but Trevor set me up with an afternoon appointment that same day. when I show up, they had my information pretty much ready go and let me know I'd be next in the alignment rack. all in all, I spent just over an hour there, and time for the service once my car was in was probably just under an hour. the waiting space was roomy and it was nice in that they had kids toys and I had my son with me so that helped keep him occupied without resorting to screen time. he also liked the big windows into the service bays because he was really interested in watching what they were doing to our vehicle. when it was time to check out, I had a surprise discount waiting for me. Trevor let me know that America's tire was supposed to provide me with a coupon with my recent tire purchase, and that he was gonna honor the discount. I didn't know that existed and would have been none the wiser so I very much appreciated his looking out for me as his customer. he had also mentioned that he had just dropped off more coupons on Thursday, the day after I got my tires. so it all lines up. I also wanna shout out my technician Phil, who performed the alignment, saw it shifted after a test drive and went back to make sure it was all good to go. I appreciate the thoroughness and for making sure to get it right. especially since i do often have my kids in the car with me. additionally, I want to note that there were no attempts at upsells or anything like that. just straight to the business at hand which was nice. I was also witness to them getting on one of their suppliers who still had not delivered a filter for another customer that was ordered when I first walked in. it was apparent he was sticking up for his customer and apologized profusely to him in the waiting area for the delay for a part that should have arrived within 15 minutes. it was nice to witness that he cared enough to do those things. read more

I took my truck in to get new shoes/tires installed and a 2.5 in level added to the front. I've been twice now with two separate vehicles and have had a wonderful experience from start to finish each time. Both times I was greeted IMMEDIATELY when walking in. I felt welcome and valued from the moment I walked in. Dropping the truck off at 8am, I was briefed by the owner on the work and time needed for it, and was assured the truck would be ready when I got off work. He even offered to help me get an Uber to work! I received an update mid-day and was able to pay over the phone before pick up to ensure I didn't hold them up at end of day. When I picked the truck up - it looked STELLAR and it feels stellar on the road. Their work is truly top notch. I called ahead to let them know and whoever answered the phone told me that they only work on brakes and A/C components and not to bother to bring the car in. When I said I'd been in in the past for things not related to those things (water pump, sparks and boots, general tune up, etc) he just said "not my problem". Kept calling me "dear" and had me on speaker phone so it was hard to hear him. Could not believe the change in customer service in such a short amount of time. In my first review I praised them for not treating me differently because I'm a woman, but that's no longer true. Very condescending and rude. I needed brakes for my car and this seemed like the natural place to go, Brake Masters. Right? I drive a Honda. Nothing special to consider and yet, they didn't do a good job and after 6 months my brakes were making a bad sound so I took the car to my mechanic. $400 later and they replaced the pads and told me the previous brake job was not done well.
