Went here for a warranty- The same owner Patrick Walby that BK'd all the previous Brake Teams was the same owner that was forced to sell ALL his Brake Depot stores in California (by the California Bar Association). And has an ACTIVE FELONY WARRANT!!!!!!!! I found all this out on the internet- Go Go Internet Powers! While trying to get information on warranty coverage I came across many more interesting facts...... For my purposes here, while the Tualatin store was jacking.....yes hand jacking my suv, (like you would at your friends garage) the "tech" who looked like he was on a day pass from prison stated that I would need about $700 in repairs......which is odd because he only had one tire off ..... Everything seemed really fishy, so I decided not to have it serviced. Long story short I finally got a hold of Justin's Brake Team on 82nd, and lemme tell ya, well worth the trip. They replaced my front pads, and lubed my calipers? At no cost which was great and somewhat ironic as the issue was with the front, yet the Tualatin Brake Team only took off one rear tire.......Anyway, everything is good! read more

This was an unbelievably horrible experience! These guys are rip-offs and do awful work so DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRAKE SERVICE! I had brake noise going on in the front of our Suburu Imprezza and these guys are within a mile of our house so I just went there... I should read the review first! Their $88 deal is total BS. I was shocked when their estimate came in at $854... I was told I needed all new rotors because they were too worn to turn, pads all around and they suggested a caliper servicing. We have had the car for a few years and had never done brake work on it... I needed the car, so I told them to go ahead. They were nice enough to break my payment into two payments for me. That, and the original person behind the counter Violetta, were the only good things about this entire experience. They did the work and I picked up my car. Within a week, the same grinding noise I went in there for originally was back and loud. I took the car back in and they took a look and told me that the caliper I just had serviced had gone bad and I needed to replace it... $261 more.. now I am over a thousand on this deal. They replaced it and I picked up the car again. Here is the money issue part of it, I had made my first payment of $400 when I had the original work done. I went in on the 15th (per our agreement) and paid them another $200 (I only owed $196 but they had no change) and on the 30th, I went in and paid my final payment. Three days later, I got a voicemail from Zachary telling me I needed to make a payment.. I ignored it thinking that the paperwork just hadnt caught up with him yet. two days later he left a threatening voicemail on my phone about repossessing my car for non-payment. I went ballistic. I had made every payment on time and for at least the amount that I owed at that time if not more. I scanned the paperwork showing my payments and the initials of the people who took my money and sent it to Zachary. I thought I was done with them now. Ten days later, I was on my way to a Blazers game on I-5 and there was a bang followed by horrible noise coming from the wheel where I heard the issue originally. I had to pull over on the freeway and look at it. No visible issues. I have had it by now with Brake Team so I take my car the next day to Les Schwabs and they inform me that the new caliper that BT just installed had lost one bolt and was barely hanging on by the second bolt. BrakeTeam does shoddy work folks!! Les Schwabs fixed it for 12 bucks. Save yourself the money and headaches... do NOT go to Brake Team!! I dealt with Bill, Jordan and Zachary Wagner on the issues. To start-my dad referred me to this place to get my brakes done. I needed something quick and cheap, but have learned you really get what you pay for! The staff at this location was super unprofessional. Eating while working (pizza sauce all over the lady's fingers as she's having me sign documents), rude comments, not to mention super unorganized. I signed paperwork regarding scheduled payments-but then got FOUR harassment calls from the manager wondering when I was coming to pay my balance...? Wouldn't you know that I had arranged payments and when to expect me to come in if you had any sense or organization? And then when I did go to pay, they couldn't even find me in their system!! Then, after paying my balance in FULL, in CASH, the manager calls me AGAIN and says he didn't see that I had come in to pay. This place is a joke. Hated it! they tried to sell me new rotors without even measuring the old rotors to tell me what thickness was left. I asked them if they could actually eyeball 1/1000". They had a HARD SELL! tactic which I hate but maybe you dont. I passed on the rotors and opted for just pads and turn the rotors. I made the appt the day before and brought my car in 9am and asked them how long it would take, they said a few hours, at 12:00 I called and they said it will be done at 1:00pm, I went there and long story short I WAITED UNTIL 4PM! 7 hours!! and yea they do actually use hand car jacks like you find in your grandpas garage to jack your car up. Bill is full of BS and so is this shop. My confidence level is minus zero and now I have to take it to another shop because I dont have any confidence in the work they did. I serioulsy felt bad for the people in the waiting room, everyone of them had the OMG look on their face and everyone of them said they were quoted between $400-700 to get their brakes "fixed" I dont write many reviews maybe two in my entire life but read all the reviews here, and you have been warned, go someplace else....any place else but here. read more

Went to get the $88 brake special. The guy tried to sell me rotors for triple the market rate. If I had let him replace my brakes it would have cost over $850. He was going to charge an hour labor per brake at $99 per hour. I did the job myself with all new rotors and ceramic pads for about $250. It did not take me 4 hours, even with no power tools, lifts, etc. He also put on my lug nuts with varying degrees of torque. He torqued one nut so tight the bolt broke when I took it off. Of course the only place to find the proper replacement for this specific of a part was at the dealer for $36, and a bunch more labor. Doing this as a "mechanic" was at least incompetent if not wanton and malicious. In my opinion, NEVER bring your car here, think grifter. They even had some numbers on the back of the form they had me fill out that totaled $450, the amount of labor I was quoted (plus over $400 for rotors). This amount was on the form BEFORE anyone looked at my vehicle! I wasn't supposed to see it. BTW I got OEM rotors for $33 each. read more

Made an "appt" at 2pm to have my brakes replaced. Called at 5pm since they closed at 6 and they said that they were "working on it right now" went to see if my car was done at 5:45pm and they hadn't even started on it. Ridiculous! Not sure the purpose of an appointment or what their definition of "working on it right now" means. Find ANYONE else to do your brakes. read more

I took a truck I have recently bought in to these guys to have my brakes replaced front and rear. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The truck ended up being a lot of work for them. An employee actually drove me to a parts store while they were working on it to get lug nuts I ended up needing. Very professional, quick and affordable work. I had to come out to this location, and I must say this place knows brakes. Inspecting my braking system for FREE can't argue with that. They gave me a great price on a power steering flush. After another place told me that wouldn't fix the problem with my streeing. I'm glad I didn't go ahead and let them fix my power steering pump. These guys did a great job locating the problem and solving it for a minimal price. Bill got me right in and had the issue pinned down in 45 mins or so. Thanks Brake Team. I am going to try to just write about the facts and try to leave my temper checked. That being said, I took my truck to brake team a couple of months ago to have my disk drakes repaired. Couple of hour after dropping it off, I got a call saying that I will need to replace my rotors and pads. I knew that was coming so I was okay with that. They wanted to charge way to much for rotors because most my truck parts are hard to find (not after market just hard to find) so I went to NAPA and purchased the correct rotors and brought them to Brake Team. They told me that since I am wanting to use my own rotors they can't be warranty. I was fine with that. What they didn't tell me is that they were not going to warranty any thing that they did. NO parts, NO labor. I got my truck back after paying $255.67. Brakes for $88, what a joke. So I took my truck and drove it around for a little while and then I started to hear a noise, they told me it is normal, and that it is the brakes setting. After a couple of weeks my brakes started to shake and the noise got louder. On my way home the truck started to feel unsafe so I stopped at the closes shop, which was les schwab. They did a free brake inspection and what they found blew me away, and I had them document everything. This is what they documented, Bolts on LF (left side) press type rotor were NOT tight, causing the rotor to hit the caliper and damaging the hub assembly and rotors. So before fixing any of this I called break team and wanted to see what they where going to do. They said they weren't going to warranty anything. But if I wanted to bring my truck back they would work with my on cost to repair it. HA, I said no. They wanted to charge me for their incompetence. So I had les schwab do the work. Here is a breakdown of my bill, please keep mind that I went in for a simple break replacement. ($88 promise by breakteam). New pads, new rotor, new hub, new calibers, total $833. All the parts that break team installed had to be replaced because it was destroyed. I am really upset about the price but what really gets me is that I have a 3 month old and I was relying on Breakteam to install my brakes, in my opinion the most important part of a car/truck correctly and not put my child in danger. Well here it is, please don't be fooled like I was, pay the extra for good service. There is a GOOD reason that most of the break team shops are closing permanently. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Anyone who's thinking about going to brake team... Don't... Ever... They talk over you and throw guilt and lies in your face to get you to buy more... They charged us 300 bucks to "fix" my car... When I went to pick it up, it had been left unlocked all night with the keys in the ignition because the "owner" didn't know how to push the safety button and get it out... Then, when I drove it off the lot, the caliper was broken on one side... They tried to charge me for a new one... Though, I'm not stupid, they had broken it... When I called to get it taken care of, I was connected with a call center and sent to a "supervisor" who was very nice but lied and lied and lied... When I went back into the shop, I told the other "owner", Kevin, I was upset because I'm lucky my brakes only locked up in a parking lot... He smirked at me and rolled his eyes... Then I called the call center again and the assistant to the owner answered, she knew it was me already and had a really bad attitude before she even spoke to me... admitted all of the lies, including the fact that I was never speaking to a supervisor, he lied... Oh, and the "owner" is not an owner, he lied too... and proceeded to tell me they won't help me just because I'm mad... She yelled over the top of me that she's too busy to talk to me and so is the real owner, stating multiple times, "I'm too busy for this and my time is much too valuable to speak to you anymore!"... Then she told me never to call back.... Please please please, if you care about the safety of your family, never ever go here!!!! read more

Learned my lesson about not checking reviews before giving someone my business. Getting coffee across the street, figure of get my brakes checked, shook a little when slowing down at high speed. Told me my truck with 13k miles on it needed new front rotors, pads, AND calipers. I gotta little hot, immediately they say they can 'service the calipers and only cost me $500 I get it done, two days later, I smell my brakes melting. Now they say passenger caliper needs replaced. Call bs and explain I have no more money. (true) said they will do some stuff to the caliper no charge, only take two hours. It's six hours later now and I'm sitting here writing this review. I'll just eat it and go to the dealership tomorrow and see what I got taken for. All the people in the shop today were also saying their bill was between $300-$400 as well. Boy do I feel dumb for trying to go with a smaller, local place and try to save some $. Garage guys seemed knowledgeable enough. Overall not really happy with my choice to come here. EDIT: OK, they're not dishonest maybe. Just totally incompetent. Took my truck to the dealer, they showed me the front brake pads were installed incorrectly. they put two outside parts on one wheel and two inside parts on the other, which caused the caliper to scrape. Nothing at all wrong with the calipers. Nothing. Replaced the pads the correct way and no problems. Go back to Brake Team and show them their mistake, ask for refund, guy says he can't I have to call corporate. Which is just some guy's email in Portland. While I was there today, guy was telling them just put his wheels back on so he can leave since he'd been there since 10am and it was 4pm now. Their mistake, and they had no inclination to try and fix it, just explain that they're not allowed to give refunds. Shady, incompetent, and at worst, liars. Update: so after 6 hours waiting and no update from neither the manager nor the mechanic, the manager comes and says we need a master cylinder? Why? He says there's pressure in the front but no pressure in the back? Why? He said I'm not too sure just that the mechanic said we need to change theater cylinder. Told him that doesn't make sense on how we came here with lots of pressure when we press the brakes..the mechanic drove it around the block and didn't say anything about the pressure being bad...and now after they bleed the brakes there's no pressure only in the back?! Then the manager says you want us to bleed it again? Wth? We tell him we just want our Tahoe out! We have kids waiting for us in Beaverton and a baby that's been here for over 6 hours! He says ok we will fix the problem. The manager comes in and says "I'm sorry but I know it's my fault and I take responsibility and I will pay for this out of my own paycheck" how do we know that?! He says cause I'm telling you. Then he says my boss called and chewed me out for my first review. He asks me to write on my review that everything was fixed and that he paid for it. I tell him nothing is fixed and why would I do that when they seem to not know what the hell they're doing being that it's 7 hours later and our Tahoe is still on jack stands! He begs me to write that he fixes everything because "his job relies on yelp reviews" haha! I told him to just fix our car. SO they get the master cylinder and he comes in saying it's going to be really fast! We will be out of here shortly. 30 mins later we see the mechanic halfway in our motor and shaking his head. Now this mechanic speaks not one word of English. I go outside and ask the younger mechanic who can speak English that was working on another car what was the problem. The younger mechanic tells me that the older mechanic stripped the brake line so he can't get the master cylinder in! I went off!!! Told the manager so nothing was wrong with our master cylinder!!!! He was stuttering saying it will get fixed but I was so pissed! Told him you guys broke my master cylinder and trying to blame us for it. He actually agreed and said yes! He tells me that he's sorry and that he will fix it today. This is now 9 hours in! I call my friend to pick me and my baby up knowing it's now going to be awhile for them to fix the line the mechanic stripped. I leaves and My husband stays because the manager says it will be fixed tonight. After a hour and a half later they tell me my Tahoe has to stay over night because they can't fix the stripped brake line and that they need to buy a whole new unit and replace it! Of course he says no charge. That's not the point! Now My husband needs to call for a ride! So the manager tells me they will put my Tahoe first priority in the morning and everything will be fixed. Explain that I don't trust their work. Even if they fix it I will still have to take it in somewhere else and double check my brakes. This is our family car and I have three small kids and I would hate for anything to happen due to their lies. Now being there for over 10 hours I got to meet customers that had their brakes done here and their experience. Pretty much they got the same talk about how everything was bad and needed to be changed. One lady came in and said she just did her brakes (pads and rotors) calibers and bearings replaced here in January. She came back today to tell them there's a noise coming from her wheels. She paid $1300 for the whole job! The manager tells her I need a receipt. She asks if they have a copy because she just got it done in January, he tells her no! She's pissed! She takes her SUV across from Brake Team and they show her that her bearings is shot and haven't been recently replaced! She comes back to tell us to take our Tahoe to get a second look because her bearings wasn't changed! She left saying she's going to try to sue Break Team. That made me even more upset and scared for my family. Now I'm home with no car. Haven't even gotten any response from the owner. All we got all day was the manager saying everything was going to be fixed. They could t even refund me the $274 that they charged me the first 4 hours being here! I mean it was their fault my master cylinder needed to be replaced! If I didn't ask for a fluid flush I woulda been able to do something with my family on my day off from work and woulda been able to pick up my sons from school. I'm going to call my lawyer and see what I can do because I know it's illegal to falsely say I have something broken and to scam me into buying something I didn't need. First of all, I feel like I was scammed into making an appointment at this location. I am near Gresham, and wanted to go to the Brake Team there - which is now closed. Took about 8 hours to do my brakes and change the oil. There was only one other vehicle in the shop the entire day. $700+ later I am bullied into a payment plan, and today I'm feeling harassed by the "manager" who is a complete jerk, on the phone as well as in person. I was also offered a "gas credit" for having to drive so far, which I never received. I had a bad feeling about going here from the start, and regret not following my gut feeling. read more

Worst service ever! Jordan Bilyeu, apparently an owner, was dishonest and very manipulative and insulting. He used every scummy sales trick in the book to try to scare us into paying $600 for front brakes, including asking if we had children for a petty scare tactic. After we waited 4 hours we decided to take out vehicle to jiffy lube and after we told him he declared that jiffy lube would ruin our van and are quoting us at a low price to bring us in the jump the price up...kinda like he did by bringing us in with his $88 brake repair offer. Now sitting at jiffy lube laughing over his pathetic attempts to screw us, walking away paying $500 for replacing front AND BACK brakes (pads, rotors and calipers) and fluid flushes. Do Not Do It! I decided to go to Brake Team for their $88 deal b/c I thought I'd save myself a few bucks and time having them do it instead of doing it myself. Big Mistake. I took my car to the Vancouver location, and they had it done in no time. I was pleased. They sold me on flushing the brake system b/c when I told them I hadn't planned on spending the $100 + for a flush, they without hesitation, gave me the service for half price. The cost fit the job. Later in the day, I noticed that the brake pedal felt 'squishy' and the brakes were squeaking. I called BT and they suggested that I take it to Tualitin. I drove the 15 miles from PDX assured that I'd be given a Gas Credit for the inconvenience of driving so far outside of NE Pdx. Once there, they told me they couldn't give me the credit but they'd make sure the gig was done. Correctly. It turns out that the VC location neglected to resurface my rotors. The resurfacing machine they use in Tualitin was not working so after waiting 2.5 hours for them to spend 4 minutes to remove lug-nuts, I had to schedule another appointment because I couldn't wait another 4 hours for them to have the rotors sent up the street to be resurfaced. Also, it was noted that the reason my brakes were squeaking was b/c my master cylinder was going out. Call me crazy, but I, on faith, would assume that I would have been made aware of that a week ago, 50 miles ago, when I had them swap pads and 'resurface rotors'. I digress... I showed up the following Saturday and they were under new 'supervision'. I, again, was assured that I'd be given a gas 'credit' for having to make the drive. Again. It took them 1.5 hours to get the rotors off and out of the shop b/c the 'mechanics'(i use that term loosely) were correcting mistakes they made with another customers vehicle. After being there for 3 hours, said customer pulled away only to pull back around a minute later. His alignment was not correct.....So, I waited. They eventually get to my car and 2 hours later, it was put back together. They ask to go along for a ride to make sure they didn't $#ck it up again. It was squeaking. Right out of the gate. This was not happening when I brought it in. The mechanic claimed his hearing was bad and was working in a shop(likely true) so another guy, w/o a DL gets in and can hear it 'faintly' from the passenger side. There was no doubt it was squeaking and squeaking without even applying to brakes. They pull it back in and resurface the resurfaced rotors. They told me the cylinders were fine. They decide to re-bleed my brake system b/c there was air in it from the guys who did it in VC. I'm exhausted thinking about it so I'll end here. Trust me. Positive reviews on here are bogus. Especially reviews in the past 3-4 months. I've spent over 15 hours waiting for a gig to be done that should have taken 1 hour. I've lost money b/c of taking time off work. This is the first time I've felt so strongly about poor service that I've posted on yelp. Fair warning, good people. Spend a little more money to have the job done right the first time. read more

I have never had service so bad, anywhere, that made me feel like I needed to sign up on Yelp to tell others to avoid a place. Seriously. We purchased the Amazon Local deal to get front and rear brake pads replaced. Before the front desk guy was even handed the keys he started listing all the things they were also going to check and that are recommended to replace or repair at the same time. We pointedly said that we were only interested in what services we had already purchased, nothing else. After they did their inspection, he took us on a tour of our van pointing out everything except brake pads, that needed work. We were instructed that our oil was so old and dirty it was dangerous (we had an oil change last month, just no recent sticker in the window by choice), he pointed out several hoses in the engine compartment which he claimed were old, cracked and very dangerous and in need of replacement (which had all been replaced by a certified mechanic a month prior, due to actual issues and was DEQ verified). High pressure, fear driven attempts at upsales tactics failed so he got the "manager", we don't know for certain she really was the manager but what we do know is that she refused to allow the rear brake pads to be done unless we agreed to hundreds of dollars in additional repairs, we refused because frankly we don't have the money and choose to not go into debt. I explained that we'd be fine with just the front brake pads being replaced, and that we live within walking distance of work so that would do until we had funds. She stomped into the back area then returned to inform me that she would not agree to warranty the pads on the front brakes if I didn't agree to the other work. This is when my husband and I told them we no longer trusted them with our van and to put it back together and we would get a refund. Knowing we'd need information, such as names, for Amazon to give us our refund, after I had keys in hand I borrowed a pen to jot down her name and the front desk guys name. He said he was new and couldn't remember her last name, so walked me back to ask her. At which point she started raising her voice at him then me. She claimed that I started screaming at her, which was not the case, but I wanted to scream when she told me that she was just trying to offer me a deal and now I was going to get into a wreck and deserve it because I am a bitch. Run very far from this place. Unprofessional. High pressure sales tactics. Pay the extra costs to go somewhere with a good reputation. read more

So my wife wrote a review earlier and I'm on here to let everyone know the outcome. So we came here to get our Tahoe's brake pads changed out. Not because it was squeaking or because there was no brakes when pressing on the brakes...we got our Tahoe services a month ago for oil change and they did a free brake inspection. The guy shows us that we have meat on the pads but we will need to replace them soon before it comes down to metal and ruin our rotors. So even though nothing seemed wrong with our brakes today, I figured I was off from work and decided to call this place to see if this $88 brake job was real. The manager tells me yes and to hurry up because he could squeeze me in today or I would have to wait 3-4weeks for a appointment. I ask how long it would be being I had my 16 month old daughter with us. He says 45mins. I figured at the longest would be hour to an hour and a half giving he said 45mins. That wouldn't be too bad with my baby. So we go in and the mechanic takes my Tahoe for a drive around the block. Comes back and the manager says they're going to take a look at the pads. It took them over an hour just to take the tires off and then another half hour to 45mins to call us and show us our pads. There was still an inch of meat and the manager tries to say how bad our pads are. Then he says we need to adjust the calibers and tries to say we need new rotors! We tell him no the rotors look fine! He says ok let me have the mechanic measure and see the specs and how bad the rotors are. So about 10mins he comes back in and on a scratch piece of paper he has the specs of our rotors. So he says "oh you were right! The front rotors are fine and just the rear passenger rotor needs to be replaced?" I ask what is the specs suppose to be. He says .81...I ask what is the specs on the rear passenger rotor? He shows me what he wrote down which was .792...we tell him we don't want it changed. Really?! So he goes on and says ok well your fluid looks a bit dirty. I look, and it looks like it would need a flush. So we tell him ok for the pads and the flush. Bill came out $274. Paid it and he says ok it'll be really fast! We get here at 9am. They are not updating us with anything! By 1:30 my wife is worried about our twin boys that need to be picked up at school in Beaverton. She tells the manager that we need to leave and get our sons from school! The manager just looks at her with a blank face and says ok? She tells him get the car our ASAP! He says well the rotors are being resurfaced and I can't take them off. No sorry or what can I do to help! He just walked away and played on his phone. We called a friend to get our boys which thank god we had someone! Imagine if we didn't have anyone here to help get our kids? So knowing we had our kids safe we sat to wait for our brakes to be done. So 4 and a half hours and not done! Now after 6 hours the managers calls us and says we need a master cylinder? Why? He says ok we will fix the problem. My wife writes a review on here while this is happening and the manager comes in and says "I'm sorry but I know it's my fault and I take responsibility and I will pay for this out of my own paycheck" how do we know that?! He says cause I'm telling you. Then he says my boss called and chewed me out for my wife's review. He asks my wife to write on her review that everything was fixed and that he paid for it. She tells him nothing is fixed and why would she do that when they seem to not know what the hell they're doing being that it's 7 hours later and our Tahoe is still on jack stands! He begs her to write that he fixes everything because "his job relies on yelp reviews" haha! She told him to just fix our car. SO they get the master cylinder and he comes in saying it's going to be really fast! We will be out of here shortly. 30 mins later we see the mechanic halfway in our motor and shaking his head. Now this mechanic speaks not one word of English. I go outside and ask the younger mechanic who can speak English that was working on another car what was the problem. The younger mechanic tells me that the older mechanic stripped the brake line so he can't get the master cylinder in! I went off!!! Told the manager so nothing was wrong with our master cylinder!!!! So after 2 weeks of trying to get reimbursed for my rental car, still getting the run around. So I went down and petition for 3 hours then I got my reimbursement. Worst place ever. I took my truck there and they made it worse. Brakes were dragging when I left so bad that you would let your foot off the gas and the truck would stop itself. I called to see if they could take a look at it and they tried to send me to a location 40 miles away instead of the one that was by my house. Once I brought it in it sat there for close to three hours and no one looked at it once. While waiting in the lobby I spoke with a gentleman who had to bring his car back as well. They are crooks! I ended up taking my truck home and fixing it myself. read more

Terrible experience and waste of money. My breaks were vibrating Worse after I got them replaced here. They quoted me at 200$ but they dropped it to 99$ immediately when i asked. shows how much they mark it up and how cheap of quality work they do. I had to take it elsewhere and get it rereplaced days later. At the second (non break team) shop that I took them to (Break Force llc) they inspected my car for free, took less time, and told me that the guys at breakteam had warped my rotors when they were "fixing" my car. One Star, but I wish it was ZERO. Not only a rating, but the service and experience I got. I called up on a sat. morning to make an "appointment". was told a good time to drop the car and an approx. time it would take. This is where I should have paid attention to the little hairs on my neck, You know the ones that tell you to "run the fuck out of here". But I didn't. after being told over the phone an hour and a half wait I dropped the car and was told in person my appointment didn't really mean anything and there are 3 other cars waiting first, so asking when I could come back and pick it up I was told first the next morning, then maybe more like 2 pm. with all of that being said I still waiting for the car 2.5 days later. I went to pick it up 4 hours after I was told it would be done on Tue. morning and it was till on the lift with the wheels off. the bill is 4X the original quote and I am NUCLEAR PISSED!!!!! never before have I gotten such bad service and had no communication from a company like from these clowns! DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT THINK ABOUT THEM AND DONT FALL FOR THEIR B.S. $88 SPECIAL!!!!! read more

Never written a review before but I owe any future customer this. The facts 10 hours, $1500 dollars later and my boat trailer brakes still don't work. Place is so poorly managed I'm not going to take the trailer back to have them try and do the job right for fear they will do more damage. read more
