The battery was fine and worked like a charm and had a lot longer life span for my car. This was verified by 2 dealers and mechanics. Big savings on my part!!!! The rear brake pads and rotors, which I personally inspected with the mechanic were fine. They had lots of life left and did not need to be replaced. Big savings on my part!!!! Christian Brothers should be ashamed of themselves. I am a 78 year young widow on a fixed income. I trusted them not only because of their name, but also my son said they do good work. I am ashamed of the way I was trying to be forced into making another appointment with them to do work on my car that didn't need to be done. Oh yes, did I mention that my car is a 2021 Nissan Rouge with less than 15,000 miles. Christian Brothers can't be trusted. They act nice on the outside but inside they are thieves. They smile while taking your hard earned money for unnecessary work. I am very thankful that I listened to that little voice inside my head that told me something was wrong and to get other estimates. I am a devote believer in GOD and I like to hope that others are as well. I will never go back to Christian Brothers. I hope that who ever reads this uses caution with their car and listen to that voice inside (which by the way for those of you who don't know--is the Holy Spirit). We are supposed to help others, not take their money. We are to be kind and not deceive and lie. Be careful and take time to get second opinions and breathe before you jump. When we arrived our car was already pulled in, and a sheet of what needed to be done was printed. Talked with them for a while, very honest in saying that our battery looks as if it was still under warranty, and advised we double check before purchasing a new one with them. They did complete an oil change, which was quick and affordable. Will say the online/website discounts were not honored at this location. So double check first if trying to compare pricing with other businesses.

My father put marks on some parts in the vehicle to see if they would actually get replaced, and he got his vehicle returned with the marks in the same place meaning they were not replaced at all. They are very dishonest. One of the times I was there, the employees were arguing with a neighboring business over parking. The people here are not very friendly, have a dirty office and waiting area, do not repair your vehicle sometimes and are dishonest about doing so, and you will waste a lot of time here. I highly recommend spending slightly more money for way better quality of service somewhere else locally.
