Cowser will treat you right, and they won't tell you that your tire has to be replaced every time you run over a nail.

I've also personally confirmed this with the owner in the past. However, on multiple occasions, I've gone there before 6 and been told they were already closed. For example, I went around 5:10 PM previously and was turned away. Today again, on April 10, 2026 at around 5:20 PM, I went there and was told they were closed. This is really frustrating, especially for a service like auto maintenance where timing matters. Customers plan their visits based on your listed hours. When those hours aren't followed, it wastes time and breaks trust. If the business is now closing at 5 PM, then the hours should be updated on Google. If you say you're open until 6 PM, then service should be available until that time. As a regular customer, experiences like this push people to take their business elsewhere.

Hi folks. Son had a flat. He made the mistake of going to Discount Lire. They tried to upsell a…read moretire, ruling the one with just 17k miles as non-repairable. Took it home, put the spare on, drove the tire to Mo @ Kings Customs. I asked if it can be safely repaired. They said by either methos, patch or plug. Plug is more labor, but I asked for a patch. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road, tire repaired, good for another 50k miles. I told my son long ago to always trust Kings Customs, never bother with Discount Tire.
