A lot of the positive reviews seem centered around the fact that it's Halal, which may appeal to people specifically looking for that, but if you're simply looking for quality pizza and a good dine-in experience, this place falls short. The sauce is overly sweet, the crust is mediocre, and the meat quality/flavor is noticeably different from what you'd expect at a traditional pizza place. They also do not serve alcohol, which is their choice, but it makes the atmosphere feel even more limited for what should be one of the premier outdoor dining locations in downtown Clarendon Hills.p What makes it more disappointing is the location itself. There are very few units that can have outdoor seating (as epitomized by the Prospect Tavern that fell through because they couldn't even get three parking spaces for outdoor seating approved), and this spot has some of the best outdoor seating in town, yet it's usually nearly empty while neighboring restaurants are packed. It feels like a missed opportunity for the area. If only we could have gotten something like Parlor Pizza here instead! read more

Last time I went to brama the food was ok... they used to say 6$ even but apparently that has stopped so they give you coins so the no coin factor is out of the picture for a slice so now it's 6.54 . Service is just ok nothing out of the ordinary and nothing special. Would i recommend the place yes if it's the complete las option you have but for a go to dinner spot not really as most times they are dead during the day and staff just hide in back or just don't stay close by to the front when they have customer sitting most times i visit.. the only thing they have as a benefit is the point system rewards but other then that they don't have liquor so if you wanted a pizza and beer this wont be the place read more

I work locally and was dining in with 2 coworkers. I ordered the chicken salad first and they each ordered Caesar salad. Theirs came first. I waited about 5-10 minutes after theirs arrived and Inquired about mine. The young man told me it was almost done. I waited an additional time and went to check on it and the manager said the order was never placed but it was done and did I want it to go. I told the manager I wanted my money back because I had to go back to work. He said but it's done( about 30 minutes after I ordered it) . I said I can't eat it for 2 hours as I had to go back to work. No apology. He then gave me $14 and walked away. I had to wait for him to come back as I gave a tip. He grabbed the $14 and gave me $25 and rudely said that should be enough. I said that you should have given me my money back and the food. I always believe in supporting local businesses but the rude behavior from the manager was uncalled for. People have options. read more

I was at your location yesterday and ordered 4 slices and a cheese fry with 2 drinks for $18.00. We sat down and ate our pizza for almost 15-20 mins. We never got our cheese fries, so I said on the way out that I'd like the money back for the fries I never got. Was told that I could not get my money back. Ask why not as they handed me a bag with my order I no longer wanted. Was told rudely absolutely not can we get my money back. Got home with these stale fries that probably sat there for the whole 20 minutes that we ate. Right into the garbage can. Thanks Brama la pizza. This is my go-to place for good pizza and a family friendly atmosphere. Honestly not much substance behind the hate on it for being Halal. We got a 12 inch pepperoni pizza which was lovely. On entrance my boyfriend said it smelled like a Pizza Hut back when you could dine in. We dined in and was served the pizza still on the pan, but with plain paper plates? Would have preferred actual plates since we dined in, or at least custom plates for the company. So this, and the fact that their soda machine seemed to have issues with the only 2 sodas we liked, and was forced to get water. :( read more

Decently priced and not a terrible wait for a pizza. I came in on a night where the town was busy. All I can say was the people working that night were super patient! First of all, it's all HALAL. They don't serve any pork products. Celebrated my birthday with some girlfriends. The best pizza we ordered was the Chicagoan. We also got the Brama pizza, Taco pizza and the bbq chicken pizza. I felt the bbq chicken didn't really have too much bbq flavor. The service was amazing, the people working there were super nice and helpful, we were a large group of 14 and they accommodated us very well. Neat place! Good food, great prices and a neat atmosphere. Adore the old school tin punch ceiling. You can either eat outside or inside. If you chose to sit inside there are several big screen TV's, sort of like a sports bar. We opted to dine alfresco and when our pizza is done it is brought to your table. We were there on a Saturday night, at dinner time, and the wait time was minimal. Because of the Yelp reviews, we opted for the taco pizza, my fellow reviewers were on the money. The taco pizza was very good. However, I have to admit the coolest part was the owner, Anthony, delivered our pizza to our table and took time out of his busy schedule to chat and when we were finished asked us if we enjoyed the food. Nice touch! On our return trip we are going to try a pizza that has their signature homemade sausage and check to see if Anthony has gotten the H-D he wants. read more

A bit over priced for what you receive . I tried them but not worth the price for what they serve . The stuffed pizza on top the sauce was dry . Beef was dry, the fries you get a small amount with two little cups of cheese, and the potato boats for 8 dollas you get 2 and a half baby size potato smh. Wallah, IT'S ALL HALAL! I love this place! My wife & I have heard the rumors about this place having top notch pizza, and it did not disappoint! Upon walking in, we felt the positive hip atmosphere. A kind staff member waiting at the register with a big smile on his face made us feel welcomed. He even recommended us toppings on our pizzas. And you could tell everything was made fresh. I had to try the cheese pizza slice and the wife had a slice with HALAL sausage and pepperoni. The cheese melts in your mouth from how fresh it is. The sausage was cooked very well. I loved it! Very fair pricing and I can't wait to come back to try their wings & other food on the menu. Super good quality food. I loved how clean and spotless the tables, floors & counters are. This is the kind of pizza place that thrives in the suburbs, but probably would not make it anywhere else. Everything was minimal - service, food, activity. The first thing you see are pizza slices, which sit under a hot lamp, and do nothing to inspire hope. I ordered two slices because I was feeling wild and dangerous and they are good, but not great. I think someone else on Yelp described it as "college pizza"? That seems right. I also ordered the caprese salad, which was good, and came plated well. My boyfriend and I stopped here for a late lunch on a Sunday. Sadly, the pizza was average. Not bad, but not good either. Kinda "eh". We also ordered cheesey garlic bread, which was also ok. The marinara was good. We also got 2 slices of cheese cake to go and was disappointed at the size. Really small for the price I paid. Everything tasted great, with the cauliflower and the BBQ chicken pizza particularly standing out. What made the night most memorable was the owner, Angelo, joined us outside and told us his story and the story of his family.
