The staff on the phone were very friendly. We ordered two 16 inch. One sausage and one mushroom onion. The toppings were very fresh. They also got the pie cut right. Stopped in for a quick bite, but left feeling a bit ripped off. I ordered a cheese pizza and a side of meatballs (3), which were listed on the board as $4.95. I was charged over $7 for the meatballs with no explanation until after I asked for a breakdown -- after I had already paid. The pizza itself was super thin and just okay -- nothing special, kind of mid. I still left a tip because, well, I usually do. But I don't appreciate the sneaky upcharge or lack of transparency. Just tell people upfront if prices changed or if there's an extra charge. Probably won't be coming back. read more

First time trying it thought it tasted very bland no real spices in it. sauce and overall flavor very bland.

If you love a crispy thin crust I don't think there is a bettet one around! Sausage plentiful and fresh. Good amount of cheese only 2 sizes 14 & 16 inch. 2 Very hungry adults will come close to polishing off a 16 incher with a few pieces left for cold pizza munchies. I have lived in Westmont for about two years now. I finally tried L & F after SEVERAL times driving by saying I have to try them one day. LOL I ordered two pizzas the night I finally tried them. It was football Sunday (which is why you see booze in one picture-ha) so pizza was a yes! Luckily thanks to the clipper magazine I had a coupon for $5.00 off my order. Hey anything helps these days! Thin crust was the pick. One with ground beef and onions and the other with spinach and garlic. I have to say they were pretty darn good. Fresh spinach which was the big test for me. Nothing makes me more mad then getting that canned crap on your pizza. I have had that happen. I def want to try them again BUT it will be their stuffed pizza. Once in a blue moon I like a piece or two of stuffed. Good prices and I like that they offer a little more than pizza and like I said at a good price. Small place and for those that don't know it is just for pick up or delivery. No seats to eat there which is fine. Nice staff from what I saw entering. 50 years for them!!?? GOOD JOB!!! This is the best pizza in the near Western Suburbs. Thin tavern-style with a slightly sweet sauce. You would think this was a Chicago neighborhood joint...but it's Westmont. Take-out only, but the guys always seem like they're having a blast in the kitchen and it translates at the counter. Love this place! read more

L & F must stand for "Lighthearted" & "Fulfilled" because that's how I felt after eating their pizza. I was a diehard acolyte to the "Deep Dish or Die" philosophy, but I have seen the promised land, and it is made of thin crust. The crust is crisp, the sausage hot, and the cheese thoroughly melted, yet they work some Gandalfian magic to make the crust onions and green peppers stay perfectly crunchy. You may think it's mind-boggling how magnets work; but I tell you this pizza is on a wholly different level! Second only to their exquisite pie is their customer service. The people answering the phones were polite and did not rush me, though I am sure they are overwhelmed with calls from opening to close. The delivery man was funny, polite, and smelled fabulous (though that may have just been the pizza). 10/10 would recommend. read more

It was delivered well within the time frame they gave us and it was nice and hot! The delivery person was friendly and was able to take a credit card for payment. We thought the pizza was delicious!
