I dropped off my 2014 BMW 435i Friday morning for a regular service with no issues reported. Friday evening comes around and im texted that the car is ready for pick up. I sign all the usual form to pick up the car. As the keys are handed to me and as I enter the car i notice something looks strange or "out of place". To my surprise the control for the cars computer console was removed. I went to the agent working with . He told me if probably arrived loose. wtf??!! They held my car another day to order another part and replace it. I spoke to the manager and really didn't get a good explanation as to why the car was delivered to me like this. Whatever i drove off and figured im never using them again. 1 week later there's an issue with my rear tire. ‍. I dont know for sure how it happened but it wouldn't surprise me if they may have punctured it themselves. Right now my experience at the BMW in Fort Lauderdale has been far better then the crap in miami. Use them vs Miami. read more

I got four cars from Braman and almost every interaction with the service has been truly horrible. Once my car was in service for very minor fixes for three months and it was not even fixed at the end. The advisor not even once contacted me during those months. Today, my electrical car needed to a charge before it died on the street.The valet said that it was almost closing time and that in half an hour it wouldn't charge much at all. I asked if it was a fast charge. He didn't know. So I asked "don't you sell these cars here?" He said "no the sales department does" so I said but you service them?" and he said "no, the technicians do", "we are only valet and we just drive the cars", and so I was naturally like "fine but you could have asked!" I was frustrated about not getting answers to my simple questions and so I approached to an adviser. I mentioned how "I might die in the middle of the street", OBVIOUSLY referring to the car..He was clearly dismissive by diluting the importance of a lady charging her dying car and her need to obtain more info on the subject.. he humiliated me by holding his phone up in his hand, in a selfie like position and laughing while saying "oh my phone is gonna die!!!" with that "girly", "oh my god" kind of attitude.. He was laughing as if he was making fun of a little kid and said "don't worry "you won't die"" I had to put a serious face and try to convince him how my worries were valid by saying; "your car dying in the middle of the street Is different than your phone dying when you are trying to take a selfie" I basically needed to figure out how I could charge my car at the Braman service when I needed and that how long it would take to fully charge the car, and the best times to go. However the entire time I was trying to talk to him, his attitude was like he didn't understand why I needed to charge the car there. He kept telling me that I should download the app and there were stations everywhere. so I was battling to explain to him how i needed to charge my car at the service time to time because of proximity and etc. he kept repeating that there were so many stations. then he said that there is a station across the street even. First, I was surprised then I found out that he was referring to the sales department.. When I said that the sales had told me that they couldn't charge it, he rolled his eyes and said that he didn't know what to tell me. Then he moved onto saying "you are the first person that walks in here with this problem." , " I see all these people driving around i3s around, all the time with no problem about charging at all". Getting annoyed, i told him that I somehow get that I am the "first one ever" a lot. instead of changing his way of talking and making sure I don't misunderstand his purpose of him saying that.. he repeats it with a strong emphasis how I was the "first ever".. apparently NOBODY ELSE had this problem!!!!! At that point, I had it, so I signaled him to dial down a notch and told him to change his attitude. He put his hand up and said have a good day and looked away saying he was done with me.. I tried to convince him that he had a clear attitude.. then he got up and told me that he is 50 years old and that he deserved respect, turned around left the office area. At this point I was extremely upset so I left but then I kept thinking how I shouldn't let this disgrace of a male get away with this clearly sexist attitude.. so I went back in and started talking to the cashiers (the only females) in there. I was loud but I was not yelling at the cashiers, i was loud expressing my thoughts. The cashiers were listening to me, and from their eyes, I knew they understood what I was taking about.. they were quiet but understanding. Then a manager came with a cop like attitude as i was gonna get thrown out of there asking me what was going on and why I was yelling at his cashiers with this cop like tone.. keep in mind, they were almost closed at this point so there was just me and the staff that was left in the building.. he was totally tying to get me more mad instead of calming me down and acknowledging me as a "valuable client" So I told him how he was taking a route to aggravate me more instead of trying to calm me down and pull me aside to listen to what had upset me.. I was able to manipulate him towards the correct attitude a little bit by telling him how he should treat me. then he asked who it was that I talked to. Then we walked to the other room and where the service adviser is and started talking. It resulted as 3 badly mannered men ganging up on me telling me how I was the first one that had ever walked in there and complaint about an advisor having a sexist(disrespectful, demeaning) attitude towards a woman.. And I walked out saying that it will be my last time that I will ever be buying a car from Braman and they couldn't care less.. they were like "Great! have a good day" read more

Scammy repair shop that's always disorganized and seems to work it's staff like a factory floor. I've never left this place happy-most frustrating experience in auto repair. It's too big so it take an hour for them to get you entered in the system and another hour for them to find your car. We leased on August 27 a BMW from Braman Motors Miami. Our sales man was Alfred Olivares, and our Finance officer was Hugo Martinez. The sticker price was $55,345 to base the lease on or so we were told. We were told that we would get our copy of the lease by email, which seemed fine. When we received the paperwork the price had been changed to $58,459. Furthermore we never saw this change at the dealership and certainly never agreed to it. After discussing with Ricardo Plaza their finance manager he gave us all kinds of excuses that they could legally do this. This simply cannot be true that it is legal to raise the price of a contract without the other party knowing. read more

Usually when I get a dent or need a service, I avoid heading into the repair shop at all costs. It's usually the same story -- weeks without a car and hefty fees, but at Braman they make the process SUPER easy. When I need a service, I just go right in and sit down with a representative and I'm out of there in minutes. They even have a rental car vendor they work with on site so you can get a loaner car easily. If you have a BMW issue, I highly recommend sitting down at Maico's desk and allowing him to help out with servicing your car. My light comes on, I shoot him a text and he always finds a time convenient for me to come in. My first car was purchased through Braman and therefore, I thought I would have a good experience. Sadly I was wrong...I received the typical "used car" sales pressure tactic. I can "provide an offer if you purchase today" is what I was told. The value for my trade in was quite low. Furthermore, this was the first place I have been to and was quite repelled by the standard car dealership approach - felt almost like a time share sales approach. After that I got a call from the service shop manager goes by Mr. Arrozco sounding like his some wanna be mafia guy saying on a recorded line ( pay or your not getting your car) so I can go back at 2pm to pick up my car I go straight to the cash register to pay and I go up to jomar with my receipt for him to release my keys and tells me (I don't where it went wrong with us )....ummm maybe not fk people specially during this epidemic heartless devils . to Top it off am walking out and the manager comes out of nowhere and tries to make me Sign a paper I never see before and blocking me from leaving that I had to hurt myself to get passed him . Bought my car from Braman, but once both the warranty and the extended warranty ran out they seem to start creating problems with my vehicle. I brought my car there in working order twice for a simple oil change and once i picked up my car another issue surfaced. They said that one of my cylinders misfired when i was 8 miles from braman. They also had a recent turnover in their service dept. so the new service guy had no idea that they pulled this before. Long story short a simple oil change for $94 turned into a $360 repair. Because of Covid 19 my 2018 BMW 328d I leased new in NH is stuck in Miami in my garage, because no hotels are open on our route home. I called Braman BMW and South Motors and they both told me if you did not buy your BMW from us, don't bring it back to us. How nasty ! I called BMW finance and told them about this problem, and they said they were told the same story from other owners, and this is 150% wrong saying that ! Funny part is my previous BMW 328 I purchased from Braman, but did not lease. I then called BMW North America and told them the story and they could not believe it. I told them to just check the reviews on YELP.com and you will see what a bunch of creeps work at Braman BMW. & south mts. I ended up bringing it back to Ft. Lauderdale BMW who have amazing Yelp.com reviews, and they were all smiles. no problem. We told them when we return in the fall, we will for sure buy our next BMW from them. Last week I took my model car x1 to change the oil. I left my car and they lent me another car, that was good. I took my car the same day and apparently everything was okay, the Maruf (service Advisor) was very nice with me. The next day I missed 2 sunglasses that were in the car. I called Maruf about the incident. He asked me to go to the dealer and talk to the manager. I went to talk to Jorge Roucco - Service Director, who was super cold and did not give any importance to the incident, just said I'm sorry but you signed a paper in us insinuating any responsibility for objects left inside the car. I understand that it was my responsibility to leave the objects there ... including this is absurd ... we are talk about BMW United States and not from Brazil where I come from! I will not go back to Braman any more and I do not recommend them anymore ... I would like to have heard, look let's try to know what team worked in my car and talk to them so that it does not repeat itself instead of listening to what I mentioned above . My mother is old school and called to see if we could go in to see a Series 2 and talk with a salesman instead of texting, emailing, etc. The salesman on the phone was rude and basically told her she could come in but she would need to wait for hours. If that's the case, it's fine and understandable, but the method of delivering that information was so rude and condescending we wrote this dealership off immediately. Does someone need to write a script for these guys regarding how to talk to potential customers? We had cash sitting around for a down payment and were basically begging to get a deal worked out. We were easy targets. Just put on your big boy pants and be a professional, guys. It's not that hard. Also, if you ask a representative a question through chat on the website, don't expect to get a good answer. They'll ask for your number, so the chat option is an obvious attempt to get your information to be able to harass you later.
