What can I say about Branded Bills besides they need to move closer to NY .... The company is amazing and their hats are top quality. My pack of 12 has lasted me two years and I still have 10 left. I purchased a Branded Bills"Elite" hat at a golf pro shop in Cabo for almost $100. After two uses, the dye of the black interior band began to bleed through to the tan exterior. I wasn't thrilled that I spent that much on a hat and it was ruined after two uses. I tried Branded Bills one more time and recently purchased a rope hat. The snap band was supposed to have a "BB" logo, but it wasn't delivered that way. Customer support was not helpful in either case. They actually admitted to having the wrong images on their product page. I would look elsewhere, these hats are too expensive for the low quality and poor customer service you receive. read more

BB did an incredible job on our custom order. They got every small detail in our logo right, and the 3D PVC patches are incredible. Christy R was the sales rep who worked with us, and she made the whole process very easy. She was responsive and friendly, and a joy to work with overall.
