I noticed it was BB and after my round was complete, I went on their website. I noticed they do customization. I had seen these hats advertised everywhere on social media, but don't think I had ever seen anything by them in person. For the price, I figured the worst outcome would be is that I spend a few bucks on a cheap hat that I don't particularly care for. I decided I was going to buy one of the flex fits hat and see for myself. After navigating the website and deciding on the logo/hat color I wanted, I went ahead and ordered it. Shipping was a reasonable price and it arrived on time. So far I am very pleased with the purchase. The quality is fantastic and it fits great. The emblem and stitching all appear to be very good quality. I did not give five starts because I would like more fitted options. There's really only two colors you can get in fitted for most hats. I don't care for the snapback/trucker hats at all, and I would like to have an option to have the underside of the bill also be black. Not a huge deal, but personal preference. I custom ordered 50 hats from Branded Bills, having bought one of their hats before and being very happy with the product. To my dismay, the custom ordering was far from anything of quality. Part of the order was my own fault, as I ordered the wrong hat, but even the hat I received the profile of the hat was off, the branding was sloppy, and customer service was completely unhelpful and blunt. Let alone it took them 2 weeks just to respond to my inquiry. I bought cheaper custom hats off Etsy that were much higher quality. This company's customer service is flat out awful. I have placed 3 orders in the last month- one of which took a week to arrive with the postal service (we live 30 minutes from where it's shipping). The second order showed up within a reasonable amount of time. The third order- has taken 9 days since it was received by USPS and I still do not have the hats. I have contacted customer service multiple times and I keep getting a generic response saying to "wait and see if it arrives". It doesn't take the postal service 9 days to move a package 20 miles. I've asked for them to look into the package being lost and ZERO RESPONSE. You guys have a nice product, but terrible customer service. Placed an order on 12/20/2020. Wasn't expecting it to arrive before Xmas. Got an email confirmation on 12/23 that a label was created (pre-shipment). Didn't receive my order until 1/4/2021. I understand that USPS gets crazy during the holidays BUT I live 30 minutes from their location. Customer service wasn't very helpful... I have been buying hats from Branded Bills for years. Only hats I can wear that fit my big head and have some nice patches. Plus their hats are very reasonably priced and are very comfortable. Recently I bought a hat and the patch started coming off. I contacted support and they immediately sent out a replacement hat even though it's been months since I purchased it. They ended up shipping to my old address and apologized then got it fixed also right away. I can't express how happy I am with my hats and with the company itself. I saw a great hat advertised on IG, and ordered it. The photo of the hat showed it was a flex fit, but the one I received was a snap back, trucker style hat. It didn't fit my boyfriend's head and was not flattering at all. So I kindly wrote to the company hoping they would send the right hat to me and all I received was a sterile reply saying all sales are final. Needless to say, they won't get any business from me again, nor will I be singing their praises. I had been a loyal Branded Bills customer. I have bought hundreds of dollars if not thousands worth of hats and merchandise from these racists guys. I placed an order on 2/28 and item was shipped on 3/4. After a week of the package "pending" pickup according to tracking number I emailed and stated the issue. They agreed that my package was lost and decided to send me replacement items. That was shipped on 3/11. That's package was "pending" pickup as well for two week! As you can imagine my frustration as now it's been a month and I don't have my items. I contact customer service again and they are less than helpful to say the least this time around. When I emailed stating my situation instead of stating what the issue was he stated " we emailed you a couple weeks ago. Go look through your email." As you can imagine that was very unprofessional. When I pressed what the issue was since I didn't receive an email he sent me some sort of screen shot. Again instead of just letting me know what the issue was. At this point I am furious and stated that if this is how you're going to treat loyal customers I want a refund. The rep replied implying it was my fault that I didn't respond. I then asked again for a refund and the back and forth ensued. Finally after asking for a refund numerous times and the rep refusing and placing blame on me I stated "is there somebody else there I can speak with who can understand what I am wanting" since clearly this rep was an angry argumentative person who should not be in customer service. The rep shockingly replied " I speak and understand English just fine". Which I felt was implying that me who is Hispanic (given my name on the order) did not understand or speak English. I did not or would I ever accuse anyone for not speaking English nor did I ever bring it up in this conversation but this guy did. And when I expressed my shock regarding their response he said " I am digging my own hole" and " the owners know what I said and they don't think anything is wrong". So clearly there is a culture of racism and belittling their customers who buy their products and made them successful. As for me I will never buy from them again and I hope anybody who reads this does either. read more
