It's open Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM - 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 4:30 PM - 10 PM. Reservations required. I can't believe it's been nearly a decade since I was last here. It feels so good to be back, everything is just as incredible as I remember. My friends and I started with the bacon wrapped scallops, fried calamari, and escargot and garlic butter. The scallops could have used a few more minutes in the oven, but overall, the appetizers were flavorful and skillfully prepared. For dinner, I ordered the fruits de mer, one of my favorite dishes, and Henry's absolutely knocked it out of the park. The dish features a generous mix of lobster, shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat, all served in a creamy garlic sauce over linguine. My friends had the broiled cold water lobster twin tails and chicken Alfredo. The lobster was sweet, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and served with brown butter. The Alfredo was rich and creamy, with juicy, well cooked chicken. Our server, Jaime, made the evening even better. She was attentive from start to finish. Henry's is hands down one of the best restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. Same strip mall type locale, but seedier neighborhood, smaller dining area, & less enthusiastic staff. They didn't light my meal on fire (an unnecessary but fun thrill). Food quantity/size seemed less impressive than my 1st experience, but still one hell of a value. Husband ordered a fried shrimp basket & said shrimp was hot, fresh, & firm in texture. Live Lobster Special had 1.5 pounder, clams, shrimp, potatoes, corn, & I added broccoli. All firm- no soggy, water-logged seafood or veggies. Garlic bread for the table & they honored the coupon given at Wilkes-Barre. An excellent choice for anyone looking to have a delicious seafood experience west of the coastline.

He said the pancakes were really good. He would order them again. I had the bacon croissant sandwich with a side of home fries. The sandwich was delicious...especially with hot sauce. The bacon was crispy, the scrambled egg was cooked perfectly with melty cheese on top. The home fries are similar to hash browns. They were tender and tasted great. There is a delicious looking display of desserts at the counter...maybe next time LOL. There is plenty of parking behind the diner.
