With Camp Pendleton self storage I was treated like family, and given care at all levels for moving in, Monthly rates, and moving out. CARLOS is very understanding and helpful, and with his long life and prestigious career in the Marine Corps made the process that much more comfortable. I hope to utilize them again when I come back years from now.

But theres no restroom Acsess for more then a year now . To be paying a great amount ,there is a lot of things that have been going wrong with flooding , carts etc and not willing to work with u as a customer , especially being a loyal customer .But main concern was always being harassed . There aren't any beaten down cars being stored there (they have rv parking as well).... I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Multiple cameras every where for security. There has always been someone on the property doing business hours. Tammy, the property manager, is excellent to deal with. My family has used this storage facility in the past and always had good things and to say about them. Very clean property and very well maintained. I called up (YES, a real person answered the phone...and they were on the premises, not a call center). and they had some units available. For security reasons, I like the fact the gates aren't available to enter 24 hours a day. Gate hours are 6am - 8pm daily. Keeps the bad guys out from roaming the property in the middle of the night. They were $100 less for a 10x20 than the other storage places. If any one asks for a unit in valley center....I would tell them just to go here.

We were also asked to move a vehicle from our 40ft space after they rented it to us knowing we would have a trailer and boat in the 40ft space. They fit without any problem and then after a year said it was not allowed. Extremely disappointed with our experience. Completely dissatisfied.
