What makes this even worse is that no one notified me about the issue. I have children, and now I have to worry about possible health risks from exposure to rat droppings and viruses. Thankfully, the rats didn't destroy my property since I don't store food in the unit, but that does not make this situation acceptable. Now I'm left without a storage unit and dealing with a disgusting mess that could have been avoided or at least communicated properly. I've attached pictures so people can see for themselves.
