This store is a mess! They have too many employees that do not know basic answers to products or purchase options. I purchased an Apple Watch on 06/10/2022 and tried to take it in store today for the "warranty" that they pushed so hard for at the time of purchase. No one knows how or where to replace the screen. The salesman was okay, but customer service was irritating. I had to make two attempts to get my credit fixed. Back and forth, back to check out, back to customer service....I'm 68 years old and didn't appreciate having to walk the entire store 4x. The first delivery persons were super rude, and I had to tell them to return the fridge I just bought. They said it would not fit. They never bothered to measure. Horrible delivery experience. Delivery guys were blaring the horn out front for me to move my car which wasn't in the way. Did not measure anything before bringing in refrigerator. Major damage to my wall after they scraped the wall with the back of my old refrigerator after I told them it was not going to fit. I was in desperate need of new kitchen appliances but put it off due to horror stories about poor customer service and poor quality purchases. Saturday, I decided to face my fears and go in to look at a deal on kitchen appliances in their ad. I walk in and got served right away by Leonard. He was friendly and helpful. I walked away thinking "That was easy". Delivery and installation is coming up. I am hoping everything goes smoothly. Delivery and installation of fridge and stove went well. I have been transferred and hung up on numerous times, whenever I do speak to someone I am promised an email and never get it, and when I have requested to speak to a manager both over the phone and in person, I am told there is no manager available. I've updated my score to reflect the service I received after my issues. Carlton and I believe his name was Quareshi, the managers, were able to correct the issue and come to a amicable result. I truly do appreciate their professionalism, care and attention they gave me. Not once did I feel like I was being brushed off and they were eager to try and fix the original problems. I would put 5 stars but I hesitate due to the one rude salesman ( the second gentleman not the first). I would still suggest being prepared before visiting and telling the salesperson to ease up if you feel they may be rushing you. Personally, I like BrandsMart a lot. When you go there, however, you need to have done your homework, know what you're going there to look for and buy (especially for bigger purchases and electronics) and be aware that, in exchange for their usually great pricing and deals, you shouldn't expect a fancy store and most times you will need to put up with crowds. BrandsMart normally has the best pricing on nearly everything they sell, hands down. They have a huge range of products from TVs, computers and electronics to washers/dryers and household appliances like blenders, toasters, vacuum cleaners and even things like dishes and silverware. I've had to return or exchange things in the past, and have always found their policies to be fair. Most employees are also friendly, and when I purchased a large TV from them, the guy at the loading dock was kind enough to offer to help me carry it to my vehicle without being asked (I tipped the guy a few bucks after we got it loaded in). That being said, sometimes their sales people tend to pester you and offer their "assistance" which gets really old really quickly, and some of the sales staff aren't very knowledgeable about some of the products they're selling (I've been given 2 completely different answers by 2 different sales people in the past). Also, while you can usually put your hands on and try most everything they sell, don't expect to see a lot of information or documentation so you can comparison shop. The store itself is pretty plain and utilitarian, with lots of paper and foam board signage in bright neon that looks like it could've been created by a 10 year old. Also, the aisles are cluttered with displays and the store is usually always full of people, and packed on the weekends. For some items, even ones you can grab from a display (DVD players, for instance), you're supposed to have those put into the computer system by a sales person, then you take the slip from the salesman to the cashier to pay. If you buy something that you need to pick up at the loading dock or if you have returns, expect to wait for a while, up to 20 minutes or more if they're busy. If you do your homework ahead of time, know what you want, have already compared features on the internet or at another store and just want to find the best prices, this is your store. In exchange for the deals, don't expect any frills, and don't be frustrated by the long lines to check out and pick up your items at the dock, as there's simply no avoiding it. read more

Terrible customer service. SO UPSET. My husband and I purchased a fridge. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the sales rep that we purchased it from was very helpful and had a great attitude. The fridge was delivered, but we found out it didn't fit. That was our fault with misunderstanding the measurements, so we rejected it and had them take it back. We called the next day to verify the refund. The woman with customer service said okay, it will be 3-5 days. We waited a week, and saw that the refund was not sent. I called again, was transferred 4 times, and spoke to a manager, who assured me that it was still processing, even though it's been 7 days now. We said okay, and kept checking. Today marks 2 weeks! My husband called first, and said they hung up on him. I then called 3 times. The first time, I was hung up on as well! The second time, I spoke to them about the refund, after which the woman asked if we wanted to get a new fridge instead. I said no because we already bought a new one by that point, and she said okay and JUST HUNG UP. What?! I do not get frustrated easily, but by this point, I was so upset. I called back and spoke to a new person who, after receiving my information, said that the refund was NEVER initiated and that it will now take 3-5 days. I told him just now that I will be checking and he assured me that it will go straight to his manager to process. I will be checking and will have to go to the store myself if it does not process within the next 5 days. Let's hope that won't have to happen. read more

BrandsMart is a great place to go for all your Appliance needs. They have so many Brands and models to choose from. Their prices are pretty competitive to other stores in the area. During busy times, it is not always easy to find an employee to help. Customer service is definitely hit-or-miss here. I have had good experiences and not-so-great experiences. The salesman was rude and was making fun of me. Also talking to another salesman loudly about me. It was a performance that they put on. Lied about charges also. One time told me 12 months financing and next it was 6. Told him you said 12. Changed his tune and said that's right 12. Didn't know their policy's. Very pushy. Bottom line I would rather pay $100 extra than deal with all the idiots in the store. To make mates worse when I was checking out my 94 year old mom had to here the employees cursing. The drivers/installers did a great job, from finding a water line which wasn't an easy one. Refrigerator came with dents and they did the best to try to get me a deal to keep it or if it was for me to return for another one. They were kind and courteous gentleman. This is my second refrigerator bought from brandsmart. I'm a valuable brand smart card holder. Made the worst decision by purchasing an 85in Sony tv in BrandsMart. I went to pick the tv, brought it home hanged it up when I turn the tv there were lines. The tv was never dropped or damaged. The following day I went to exchange or get a refund . Told what was going on and they told me they wouldn't accept the tv. I had purchased a "warranty" turns out the warranty did not cover it and they stated I did something to the tv. All I did was hang the tv like another tv I had purchase. I had just bought the tv it wasn't even have 24 of the purchase when I went back and they said no refund or exchange could be done. It was $2000.00 to the trash. I contacted Sony, sony stated the store should of been able to atleast do an exchange since the purchase was done within the 30 day grace period. Brandmart has no loyalty towards their customers.They were no help. Update Late after my initial review I contacted a, from what I thought, a centralized Customer Service. However, I soon realized that this agent was a gentleman, who was nice enough in wanting to help me, directed my call back to the same Sawgrass Location in which I had all my initial issues. I spoke again with Sue who was and continued to be the shimmer of hope in this otherwise perpetual nightmare. She (Sue) took all of my information again in order to relay it to the store manager. Within the hour I received a phone call from Sue stating that the Manager had authorized, finally, the credit for the price guarantee, however, they would only adjust one (the washer) for this location. Since i had to purchase the matching dryer at another location, I was told that I had to contact the Palmetto location, really? I took a break and ate some pizza with my family. I then began my effort of endless, holds, transfers, and hangups in order to have my dryer price adjustment made with the Palmetto location. Much to my confusion and dismay, I was deflated once again, upon being told that I had to come in to the store with receipt and flyer in order to have the price adjustment made. This, the woman said, "is there policy" and "there is no way of doing a price adjustment over the phone." Should I give up and eat the remaining $53.00 because I was exhausted both physically, from driving all around South Florida and battling traffic, and mentally, from dealing with such utter incompetence. I trudged on, did some online shopping, and let the power of Yelp and the Review run its course. I received a message the following day. Ms. Bowe V.P. of Customer Operations with Brandsmart reached out to me the following afternoon and apologized for the lack of knowledge on the Customer Service Manager/Representatives part in dealing with the "OF COURSE" 30 day price guarantee policy. She also stated that at no point in time should a consumer have to revisit the store in order to have this price adjustment and should be done over the phone. I was told this was my only option upon speaking with any and everyone associated with picking up the phone when dialing Brandsmart with my concern of the "OF COURSE" 30 Day Price Adjustment Guarantee. Speaking with Ms. Bowe reminded me of my days as a GM in the Hospitality Industry when I would have to make the dreaded follow up phone calls to the customer claiming food poisoning or worse. Unfortunately, I have a feeling she has to make more of these phone calls than she would like. At the end of it all, she made sure that the Sawgrass adjustment had been made, she made the Palmetto adjustment for us, alleviating the need for my wife to stop after work and before picking up the kids on her drive from Downtown Miami in Rush Hour. She also will be sending us a small token of appreciation in the form of a gift card for our troubles. All in all Brandsmart is a very impressive company being incorporated since 1981 according to the BBB and from what Ms. Bowes stated, around 2500 employees. To all Brandsmart employees that read this, in the words of Paul McCartney, "When you got a job to do, You gotta do it well, You gotta give the other fellow hell." That "fellow" is not the customer and is most certainly NOT Ms. Bowe. Quit giving Ms. Bowe Hell. I gave them another star for Ms. Bowe's effort towards a resolution. Customer service in store is great. Howe ER the warehouse pick up area is not! I waited over 20 minutes while the workers stood and talked amongst one another never acknowledging the wait or why. Then when my product came they allowed someone who is in training to fumble around bless heart for at least 5-7 minutes as he continues to seek help from them. At the end, we were promised a new machine because it was still under warranty. Got fed up with waiting for a response from the manufacture so I called Samsung myself.. only to find that Samsung won't honor their warranty if Brandsmart touched the machine. Got transferred between multiple departments within Brandsmart saying they need info from the other departments and vice versa... Over a month later, and we're still waiting for our replacement. I bought two stove,microwave and a refrigerator from Brandsmart in sunrise last week Thursday. I picked it up on Friday. When i open the packaging the fridge and the stove was mash. I am now being told that i have to contact my shipping company. They did not damage it,Brandsmart is at fault ,the outer packaging was intact. Only apon opening it, it was seen. I spent my hard earned money on those appliances more that $2500. That was damaged by the forklift, i watch the way the is lift the appliances. I am from the Bahamas, i travel to Florida to purchase them after mines was damage in hurricane Dorien. I have already been through enough in the storm, i don't need any more stress from Brandsmart. Previously I had an issue with the extended warranty on my device when my device was in need of repair. However, Brandsmart Corporate office reached out to me and proefessionally assisted me in getting my laptop repaired for the 2nd time because it wasn't repaired the first time and ruturned back to me in that state..... The service center manager RUDY MONTERO was great and very helpful! He went the whole 9 yards to provide me great service. Brandsmart was wise to invest on Rudy. Eventually the warranty company didn't had the part to repair my computer and had it replaced with a new one. Brandsmart Sawgrass is not at vault however they can work better on customer service. Schedule to be delivery on 4/3. The two drivers shown up giving me attitude and complaining they can't lift the washer and dryer to upstairs??? Wtf!! If they can't lift the washer and dryer to upstairs, at least be nice. Instead they are being very impatient while I am calling customer service asking what to do. And their attitude toward me is like blaming me that you two men can't lift washer and dryer to upstairs. I told them to leave and take everything with them. On the way out, they called me bitch. Complete incompetence and lies. I purchased a refrigerator for my elderly father. The first one was delivered and it took 24 hours for the ice maker and water dispenser to start working. When it did, the water came out of everywhere but where it was supposed to. So Brandsmart sent us another one. When the second one arrived, the water didn't work. The installer said that it would take a while for the pressure to build up and he left. The water never worked. I called Brandsmart customer service and was told that someone who could help would call me right back. He never did. I called back and was told that a delivery had been scheduled for me. Unfortunately, I was never advised of this. I was also told that the installers are not supposed to leave until they confirm that the water dispenser works. Apparently their installers aren't especially good at following directions. So now I have a third refrigerator scheduled to be delivered. That's three refrigerators in one week. And nothing but incompetence on the part of Brandsmart. And my elderly father who can barely move has to deal with all of this. Unpacking and repacking the contents of three refrigerators. And assembling the shelves in each of them. This is my last time dealing with Brandsmart. In short, they pretty much suck. read more

I like Brandsmart well enough. I bought a washer dryer set here last year. Usually, I would have waited out the situation, however this time I was in a bind. My old washing machine made sounds as if it was in a terrible fight and constantly threatened to topple off of its cement seat... Which would have been ok if the agitator wasn't destroying all the clothes. The final straw was when water started pouring out of it when my wife tried to wash my blanket I've had since college. I was willing to wait for its demise, but after it put holes in my blanket I realized it was time for it to go. I did get a great deal, but of course the newer model washer was released right after I purchased mine. Isn't that always the catch with technology? Now my wife can only wash one load instead of two at a time and can't use the washer as utility sink, which we don't have so that would have been a nice feature. Ah well, things to think about for 10 years from now - now. My most recent purchase was a new laptop. This time I took plenty of time to investigate the best deal for the most power and memory. After months of searching the Web, it was Brandsmart that offered the best bang for your buck laptop. It does have a Star Wars theme, luckily my wife is a Star Wars fan. I don't deny the red back-lit keys are a nice touch and make working at night much easier. read more

Brandmart has been around for a long time. They lure people in with deals but if you read the reviews most are unhappy with salesman, delivery, products, etc. So it is really buyer beware! Our recent experience brought us here to purchase a new dryer and above stove microwave. We were immediately approached by an overbearing salesman in the washer/dryer section. He asked a ton of questions before I had a moment to even get up the stairs. I answered 1 and then shut him down by saying "we are just looking today" with the most bitchy look I could muster up. He took the not so subtle hint and left me alone so I could look at dryers in peace. I had my measurements. I had looked at reviews online and now it was a matter of did I like the look and a little comparison shopping both in store and online to see if they really had the best deal. When we finally made a decision, we called over a salesman to help us put the order in. He had to "check in the warehouse to see if it was in stock" despite checking the computer so we waited while he walked downstairs. Eventually he reemerged and they had it. Then we decided to take advantage of the sale and replace our microwave, which was slowly dying. Again, we did the same process located our same salesman to add it to our order and wouldn't you know he had to check downstairs again. What is the point of having a computer with inventory on it?!? We made our way to the cashier to pay. Jeremy C. and I wanted to split the charge and cashier said fine but she processed his card for the full amount. Idiot! It went through but there was not enough money in his account. She called a manager over to see if she should process credit, half credit, etc. He spoke in circles but since I worked in the credit card industry for nearly a decade, what was done was done and a credit wouldn't make a difference. I decided to give him cash to avoid any further confusion. We then went outside to the loading dock to get our items. There was no organization there. Tons of people standing around and no communication. Eventually another customer said to give our receipt to one of the guys, which we did and about 35+ minutes later we got our items. However, while we waited no employee called for receipts, there was no sign, there wasn't a dedicated person managing them or the order of people/items. Basically it was a shitshow. While waiting I told several other customers about the "process" with the receipts after they stood around blind like me. My dryer is great, as is my microwave but the process to get them could lead anyone to drink or just go elsewhere! read more

I had a great experience with my online pick up order. Ordering online was easy. I didn't get an email confirmation but that's my fault for not creating an account. Email customer service sent me a confirmation and informed me it was ready for pick up. They had an awesome deal on a tv and had to take them up on their offer. Off brand tv but the quality is great. What I liked about the pick up process is they open the tv and plug it in to make sure it works and the screen is not damaged. I was surprised they do that. Everything looked fine so they packed it back up nicely and I met them at the dock. The service guy brought it out to my car and I was on my way home to enjoy this new baby of mine.
