Over 6 girls behind the register doing nothing but looking at their phones. Workers are incredibly rude and racist. You can see the difference in the way they treat people of color in comparison to white people. One of the workers offered stickers to these two white girls but not my sister and I. Lots of clothes in store are covered in sweat stains and odd black marks. The store is a mess with clothes and hangers scattered across the floor. Save your time and just buy brandy from your nearest pacsun ( I guarantee the workers are much more kind) or buy online. read more

amazing, my favorite clothing store for their rotating selection! i purchased a cute floral dress & silver locket at this location! - personally, i like the irvine spectrum one a little better because there's more space (but it's super crowded there) - staff is super nice & i have had no bad encounters - a plus is the 3 fitting rooms, they do the job i'd say some of the items are kinda overpriced, like shorts for $20 but i think they are generally high quality & worth it since they capture this beachy, cozy vibe better than any other store! read more

Honestly, store itself is bigger than most Brandy's and have a wide selection. However, workers are so blatantly racist and unprofessional. Not surprising as it is Huntington but the amount of stares me and friend received (two asian women) especially when we were just standing next to the entrance was just sad. Could tell they assumed we were shoplifting. Also when I made my purchase, cashier was pretty rude and did not fold any clothes/threw them into the bag. I went in there looking for some cute clothes to buy saw shirts covered in makeup red ass sign that said if there's makeup on the shirt, you have to buy it I'm not wearing any make up showing the lady the shirt takes it back rudely when I checked out another lady had to make a very loud announcement in front of everyone that if you have makeup stains on the shirt, you have to buy it there's no exceptions fire the emo one thank you. I've seen reviews about the rude service and it made me a little nervous, but whenever I go, the employees are really nice and helpful. This little store is located at Shops of Irvine Spectrum across from H&M and LuLuLemon. I played Santa's little helper today for a family member who couldn't tend to any Christmas Shopping. Only Equipped with little details and on a mission to find a specific item, I went to this store hoping I could make someone happy this Holiday season. The employees were super helpful and sweet. They understood how important operation Santa's Helper was and were able to help find a solution to a sold out problem. I'm blaming the shipping at the Port of Long Beach for all the delayed goods from hitting shelves. Grrrrr!! After attempting to call other locations including Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach it's clear that certain products sell fast and this store that appears to appeal to the teen crowd filled with linen shirts, simplistic T-shirts and accessories. The price points seem kinda high for the quality, but If my family member wants something from here and I can make her happy, then who am I to judge. I'd come back. read more

*INCIDENT OF RACISM* I will be contacting the manager of this store. I'll start by saying that I rarely talk about race, and nothing like this has ever happened to me personally before. I'm half white/half Asian and was browsing the store today after buying from Brandy for years. People were going in and out of the changing rooms as usual, so I decided I would grab three shirts (one was a tank top) to try on. Upon going into the changing room, a store employee (girl about 5'7", blonde hair, working Saturday afternoon shift a little after 5pm) stood outside the dressing room curtain and asked how many items I had (even though she was nowhere to be found beforehand). I said three shirts and some jewelry items, which she said she'd hold onto until I was done. That part was fine. Upon coming out of the dressing room, the girl wasn't there just like before I went into the changing room. I hung up one of the tank tops I tried on, and then she came around the corner and I handed her the 2nd of my 3 shirts since I wasn't going to keep that one. Upon doing that, she immediately asked what I did with the tank top. I told her "I literally just hung it up when I walked out and then I saw you and gave the other shirt to you" She looked at me extremely suspiciously, even though she was nowhere around the changing rooms to begin with or upon coming up. This rubbed me the wrong way, so I decided to put my other item I was going to purchase back on the shelf. My friend (Asian as well) who was shopping at Urban Outfitters next door came inside to meet me and as we were both walking out of the store, the same store employee ran across the store and said that she needed to look inside the Sephora bag of $140 of products I was carrying with me. I showed her, and then she asked me to unzip my CARDIGAN and also show her the inside of my purse. She then asked MY FRIEND who had just walked in with her Urban Outfitters bag of purchases to open her bag and show her the inside of HER bag. Luckily she didn't ask her to unzip because what an invasion of privacy. Everyone in the store was looking at us, and we definitely felt isolated and accused solely because of our race. I will be calling & speaking to the manager about this and that employee. She should be fired, or at the very least spoken to. read more

Please desensitize your price tags after they've been rung up. They never trigger the alarm at your store yet they trigger every other store alarm causing much embarrassment. This happens at ALL locations and causes a scene. If you have these tags that alarm the exits, why does it not go off in your own store? It triggered Urban Outfitters' alarm and the manager rolled her eyes and said "Brandy's tags always do this". Please fix this soon. Came in here to pick up a gift card for a family member. The place was clean but I couldn't figure who worked there. The clothing looked used, everything was faded and thin/cheaply made. I also noticed everything was "ONE SIZE"....why? I couldn't figure out the price range and couldn't figure out who to ask for help so I got a $25 GC...hopefully that's enough! The clothes are good, quality is good. The store is very cramped and small and sometimes people stare at you weird. The employees are teens that talk to each other in the job and don't really pay attention. The dressing rooms are not good at all, and the curtain doesn't close all the way.
