I recently snagged a few pieces from this boutique prior to attending a work conference. I love that their clothing has a cute/trendy look, while still being appropriate for an office setting. Unlike nearby competitors, their storefront is also very size inclusive. They offer variety, but also continuously stay stocked on small/mediums. I've never struggled to find my perfect fit here. The outfit suggestions they put together are always super cute and help take the guesswork out of matching pieces. The customer service is impeccable, and Izzy especially always goes above and beyond. She's incredibly personable, easy to work with, and has an amazing eye for putting looks together. This store is the cutest little boutique ever! They always have great pieces and the prices are great! My greatest find was a denim dress for $50, I have to make a note of this because I had my eye on it at Nordstrom and it was priced there at $268! The dress is IDENTICAL down to the unique seam in the back. Only difference is the brand. So, of course I snagged it here. Not only are items cute and prices great, the gals here are incredibly sweet! Very friendly, helpful and they'll always go above and beyond to help you. The cutest part, while you're shopping, is they always offer bottled water! Not even all the luxury stores in South Coast Plaza do they offer that to you immediately. This is a review that is two months overdue, because of the discrimination my daughter experienced at the Huntington Beach location. I was shopping in this store while my daughter was at Sephora. I received the usual greeting at the door, which included asking if I wanted something to drink. As I tried a few items in the dressing room, my daughter walked in to the store and a sales associate asked her, "What are you doing here?". There was no typical greeting of hello or even asking her if she wanted something to drink. She felt uncomfortable and explained that her mom was in the dressing room. I ended up purchasing an item, but if I would have known that the employees for this establishment do not treat all patrons with equal respect, I would have left. I wish I could return the item and speak to management. Just because someone looks a little different and may not match the vibe of the store doesn't mean you treat them as an invaluable customer. You have lost my business forever. I will be contacting the stores headquarters to make a formal complaint. read more

I am a newer Stitch + Feather shopper, and I have absolutely loved shopping at the HB location in Pacific City! All of the employees are so stylish and helpful, but two in particular have really stood out in the times I've been shopping in store! First, Juel! Whether you are shopping for an occasion or just browsing, she does an amazing job of helping curate selections for you! She even takes in to consideration color theory and pieces that would really highlight your features. Plus she is so welcoming! She allows you to browse on your own and gives just the right amount of help! She's a natural born leader and conversationalist and has made my shopping experiences that much more fun! If you're ever in store, as for Juel! Secondly, in my most recent shopping experience in store, Brodie was so helpful! I'd never met her in store before, but she took so much care picking out pieces for me! Really appreciated her styling as well. This store ALWAYS comes through from a service level. We had ordered a top on the website and when it was delivered, it didn't fit exactly how we hoped. I called this location and Julia couldn't have been more engaging; she put me on hold and made sure they had the item we were looking for in the right size and said she'd hold it for us. We drove over there and of course, found a bunch more stuff to check it out. Lauren, who was assisting with the fitting rooms, couldn't have been nicer, and was on top of everything, working with several customers at the same time and carrying on a conversation with us. Jasmine (the manager) clearly had a good handle on things and was grateful for the feedback I shared about how every visit has been a delight. I've written a review a couple of months ago on how I was being followed by a Really Tall Caucasian lady and never have I experienced that in my Life as a Black women! However yesterday was better! Arie (cashier) she was lovely, nice and made me feel comfortable! The women in the fitting room was nice and asked if I needed anything! Stopped by the newest Stitch and Feather location located in Pacific City, Huntington Beach. I normally go to the Brea and Fullerton locations, but this one was close to my work. The store interior is just adorable and the layout is very creative and artsy. The girls were no different from the other locations because they are always the sweetest. I loved the larger selection of clothing and accessories and I noticed more brands that I haven't seen before. This place is amazing! I wish I would have found this place sooner. I have a really hard time finding clothes I like that fit me well. I pulled clothes for myself and Sofia added some in the dressing room that she liked for me. I loved every single thing she pulled. She was better at shopping for me than I was for myself! She managed to find me jeans that fit me perfectly somehow! I am amazed. I have hired professional stylists who have not been able to do such a good job with multiple tries. This is hands down one of my favorite stores! They always have super cute, great quality clothes for a good price! All the employees are very nice, stylish and attentive. They take your clothes to the fitting room right away so that you don't have to carry them around while you shop.
