What's disappointing is that this was the first bad experience we had after many good orders. I stopped ordering for weeks, but decided to give the place another chance today. I politely mentioned what happened previously, not to ask for a refund or discount, but simply as constructive feedback so the business could improve. Instead of hearing me out or apologizing, they became offended and told me to order elsewhere. That response says a lot about the difference between simply selling food and actually knowing how to run a successful business. Customer feedback even negative feedback is valuable when handled professionally. Accountability and customer service matter just as much as the food itself, and unfortunately this place falls short in both areas.

Our food truck turned out great, and they have been super helpful in helping us trouble shoot any glitches that came up while we have been operating. Martin, the owner even drove out to help us a few times when we had some trouble operating some of the equipment. The quality of the work was excellent, we passed both LA and Orange County health department with no glitches and Martin was with us both times to help us through the process. They took care of all the paperwork in addition to registration. In fact both inspectors were impressed with the quality of the work and noted it to me during the inspection. (They see many trucks). Finally the price is great, we shopped around and they were the best price out there period. I decided to sit outside and enjoy the warm sunshine, and a server came out to check on me. My friend had texted a different place for dinner, so I visited the clean ladies room, paid my tab, and received a warm farewell and invitation to return for dinner another time. Neat place, solid German menu, and super friendly staff will make this a dinner stop for me in the future!
