Just hithe drive-thru for this icecream run. Their butter pecan icecream is very good. Today I bought the hand scooped pint because I had the dogs with me and couldn't ho inside. I also bought their coffee with chocolate chunks ice cream. If you go inside, you can buy their 1/2 gallons...but drive-thru can only purchase the hand-scooped pints. It's a bit over $9 for both pints. I'm not sure how it happened. But by the time I got home. The icecream was close to soup. I had the truck A/C cranked up....and only live a couple miles away. Service was ok...no chit chat or anything. The first window (where I paid) I was told to have a nice day. But at the 2nd window i was handed a bag and the window abruptly closed. Braum's - Hand-scooped pint - Fast Food Near Me - North Richland Hills, Texas

Fresh ingredients in a burger made to order that's a better value than other fast food chains. Braums is unstoppable! I'm not sure if or when they will ever need to work on their concept as it's a perfect meld of ice cream store callback, fresh burgers with large crinkle cut fries (dip them in a side of gravy), limeades, and a grocery story with a few items you just can't find better anywhere else (especially Egg Nog). Service meets fast-food expectations. Chick-Fil-A kinda owns the top spot in this category because of their training and service process. Everywhere else is local people, high school students, etc. Braums staff always "feels" local and their fine. This store is quite new, but don't expect to to feel an y different than one that was built 20 years ago. Braums is nothing if not brand-consistent. read more

Love eating at Braum's in Hurst and then going to the Park behind the restaurant, a great way to enjoy some Burgers and Ice Cream and save money too!! All the Braum's Restaurants have fresh food with a pick up Fresh Market that is convenient for dairy and produce!! Lots of other goodies too! I LOVE BRAUM'S. This one is only about 2 weeks old and working out some kinks. The new signage from the highway is AH-mazing - I wish I had gotten a photo of it (It is in the shape of a double dip ice cream cone rather than just rectangular). The store seemed to have some additional Braum's-branded products I had never seen before, like dips, butter and sausage. The sweet workers were a little clueless, and we had to wait and wait (and finally ask) about one of the 3 things we ordered. I always get a frozen yogurt cone (on special pricing right now), but today I went for a shake, and I should just stick to my first love. The shake was mint chocolate chip (maybe because I just saw Tim Walz enjoying that flavor on the news) Sadly, it had a large golf ball sized chunk of chocolate at the bottom that was unappetizing. Great Brains location. This review is for the drive through ladies. They are so kind, and always get my order correct. It brightens my day to see them. Food is always fresh. Condiments or napkins always offered. Come here everyday. Also, happy four is open to 10:30 a.m. half off drinks!! read more

Most tasteless hamburger i can remember ever having. Fries were ok. Two stars instead of one because the staff was nice.

The restaurant was pretty clean. Sure there was some spots but it's fine. The employees there were very nice and it was fast. I got a cheeseburger and you could tell the ground meat was fresh and the cheese felt like real cheese (which at some other places it doesn't) the ketchup felt fresh from the tomato. The onions were great. The fry's were a little bland though. Could use some more wait and need the ketchup. Would recommend. read more

I like Braum's for their fries. Not from this location. The fries were overly doused with salt and the customer service was terrible. I ordered two chocolate scoops in a cup for my daughter. The girl handed me strawberry ice cream at the window. I politely told her that I asked for chocolate ice cream. Thinking that she would redo the order. Instead, she replaced the top scoop with chocolate and left the bottom strawberry- which wasn't noticeable at first since it was in a paper cup. Chocolate and strawberry don't even look or sound the same. It went uneaten. read more

Last week I had went through the drive thru, and couldn't find my wallet.  Before I knew it the nice young girl at the window had already swiped her own card to pay for my order. I was able to catch her name tag and it said Marin. She definitely made my night, so if that doesn't tell you how good the service is then I don't know what to tell you. I decided to give this new Braums a chance and stopped to get some ice cream, right away when I walked in I noticed one of the green apron employees (i assume they are higher staff) clearly had some sort of attitude since I saw him ignore another customer who I assume had a question with his receipt. A very dry and unwelcoming environment. I patiently waited for anyone to turn and asked me what I was ordering, and when this guy finally turned around and looked at me, no welcoming friendly words came out of his mouth, he just gave me an ugly look, but I ignored it and told him what I wanted. Right after I told him what I wanted, he decided to roll his eyes at me and give me such a crappy attitude so when I called him out, he started acting dumb as if i was lying :) If you hate your job then leave, ive worked fast food before , no pressure , stress, or long day ever made me want to be rude to any customer . We went to the drive thru on 10/28/24 we ordered $34.50 in food. We came home and found our order was not correct. We called back to Braums and was told come back we will make it right. My son returned to pick up the corrected food. Only was still missing a sandwich. He asked for the manager at this point who was very rude. He explained the situation and she walked away and did not come back. 20 more minutes later we finally got the last sandwich. By the time he made it home our milkshakes were watery and un-drinkable. The chicken sandwiches when we finally sat down to eat, we'll they were way over cooked. You couldn't even bite into them. So we went without dinner on 10/28/24. I would not recommend this restaurant for food. Ice cream I don't know about. The management sucks and it was 1 hour after our original order that we finally were able to get unbeatable food.
