SO FREAKING GROSS!!! This guy was making my food AND PICKED UP MY FOOD WITH HIS BARE HANDS, which happened to be chicken strips and fries. Nice staff took our order and did fantastic!!!! Running an errand in the area and this is kinda near the house ... we dined in and the food was piping hot. Our order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and the girls request this for dinner as they did on this night. Bad experience!! I waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker box, I sat there another 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Just got done with the worst experience ever at braums! The service here was so awful! Went through the drive thru today trying to order and the lady taking orders was so rude and unprofessional. We were the only car in line and she acted like we were such an inconvenience. We were having trouble deciding on what to order and she said "are you actually going to order anything today? I'm going to jump over to the other line and wait on them" again we were the only ones there. Ended up telling her never mind and just left because her attitude made us not want to eat there anymore. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been too and I just went to the market area! Why does the management insist on allowing people to work the cash register who do not speak English or claim not to so that they do not have to provide good customer service?? There is an Asian and Latina woman who both claim to not speak English, never greet you, never tell you the total of your groceries, never hand you your receipt, but can only tell you they do not speak English! There is something wrong with the management and ownership for allowing this restaurant to be ran so poorly! What has happened to this location in the past few months? I have been getting my malt at the drive thru of this location for 12 years and was never required to pull up just for a single malt until the past 3-4 months. Each time I go to this drive thru I am asked to pull up! Can you believe this, always asked to pull up over "one" malt??? I am forgotten about when I pull up and it is usually 15-20 minutes before I get my malt. I refused to pull up last night and I was bad mouthed by the employee at the drive thru and was handed a malt that was nothing but chocolate ice cream disguised as a malt by the whipped cream that was added to the top of it. Please, Braum's, hire managers with some accountability for your store. Your stores are all about ice cream and yet you punish a loyal customer of 12 years by making me pull up and wait 20 minutes for ordering one malt? If this happened occasionally it would be understandable but every time????? This is "one" malt and when there is 4-5 cars in front of me when I order and am still asked to pull up once I arrive at the window there is some serious management issues. I love Braums. They have a good hamburger for a great price. The burgers are always hot and so are the fries. My husband always gets a shake and they are great also. I also like that they have their dining room open so you can eat inside. They have social distancing and it is so nice to be able to eat somewhere other than home. read more

This is the best Braum's location I've been in. Staff is more mature and professional than your usual Braum's. They're friendlier, faster and more consistent too. Plus the dining area is spacious, comfortably laid out, and kept very clean. I usually avoid the hot food at Braum's as it's too basic for my liking. But the sundaes, shakes and other ice cream (actually frozen yogurt I think) products here are a hit with my family. The grocery area is constantly being stocked and has reasonable prices on their limited selection of goods. This place has become a regular stop for us. We consider ourselves lucky we live so nearby. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The amount of health codes they break on the daily is amazing. From leaving chemicals out and above food to not using gloves. The entire restaurant is extremely dirty and the tables are always filthy. They can't make a simple, basic burger to save their life. This location is close enough to my house that I usually stop once a week for food of some sort, and in the last 4/5 months I've noticed an older white woman who appears to act like a manager. She has belittled another employee almost every time I've been in, and she is absolutely awful in the drive thru line. I understand how difficult it is to find good help, but in my 10 years of retail service I've yet to see someone last this long at a job with an attitude like that. Unfortunately, I have been displeased with the management of this location on several occasions. One bad experience is understandable, and I'm always willing to give places numerous chances to change my mind, but this particular Braum's is just pitiful. The last straw for me was receiving an order with an entire contact lens in it. I wear glasses, so it absolutely not mine. The manager Veronica, or someone named Veronica claiming to be a manager, refused to refund my order and said none of her employees wore contacts. In addition, I watched a young woman struggle trying to checkout in the grocery area with a cashier named George who kept refusing to run her EBT card. I could tell it was incredibly embarrassing for the woman and asked management to come assist, they either have no been trained how to process an EBT card or just thoroughly enjoyed belittling a young woman using food stamps for groceries. The place was not that busy and we were able to order right away. They had plenty of staff on hand to get us taken care of quickly. We ordered ice cream on waffle cones. The double scoop is gigantic so if you are wanting a whole LOT of ice cream go for the double scoop! For all four of us it was under $5 dollars! What a tray to take your family out for a snack and not pay a huge price. As we sat and ate our Ive cream people started coming it and wishing 10 minutes there were about 15+ people in line and the drive through was packed. I've noticed around 9pm they get busy! This Braums is closest to where I live put I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to the next braums because of the awful customer service. They are never friendly and there was a specific time where when handing me my card and receipt the man didn't look at me or say a word, just reached his hand out of the window. I kindly said thank you and he shut the window. I said you're welcome for him but I guess he didn't like that. He then went to the second window where you receive your food and proceeded to ask me why I had an attitude. This is a workplace so I guess I missed where the WORKER was supposed to treat a customer like this. Another time I went and they handed me the wrong change so at the second window I let them know and he proceeded to have an attitude and then handing me my money all in quarters (it was over a $ worth). I'm pretty much done with this location. Do the people that dish the ice cream receive any training at all? I remember when you used to actually get quarter pound scoops of ice cream at Braum's. Now all the Braum's seem to be skimping on the dips and they never weigh them like they used to back in the day (when they were awesome). But this location fixed me a double dip sundae today that would be hard pressed to total a quarter pound between the two scoops. And it's often the young teenagers, who have a deer in the headlights look to them, that give the tiniest scoops- as happened today. And to top it off, the ice cream was half-melted because they always seem to leave the lid open on the small section that contains the plain vanilla and chocolate flavors. Why don't they close the door?! And finally the pecans were stale in taste and in texture. I've always preferred Braum's over other places for sundaes and such, but I think I'm gonna have to switch to Andy's where they are much more consistent in their product and the portions served. read more

Although I love getting my sundae's and burgers here, I'm writing this review to talk about their gluten free section in the grocer's section. Braums provides great brands (Like Udi's) that I would buy at other 'more expensive' specialty grocery stores for less. I love being able to buy gluten free pizza's & microwave dinners (which do not come in plastic containers). This store is pretty clean and the staff is fairly friendly. Nothing stellar to shout out to the yelp community about - but nothing negative. They still get 5 stars because of their specialty food selections. read more

I've been to this location twice. On both visits, I've had cold & hard food. They were both visits in the breakfast hours so maybe it's just the breakfast crew but it wasn't satisfying at all. Also, the customer service is lacking. When I pulled up to the drive through, a loud & annoyed voice yelled "ORDER WHEN YOU'RE READY" I wasn't greeted with a hello or anything and this was both times! All time favorite location. The staff are friendly, dining room is clean as well as the restrooms and the shopping area is filled with all kinds of flavors plus with other essentials, i.e. bread, fruit, etc. All areas of the establishment is very spacious so you don't feel like your walking into a closet with 20 other strangers. There is plenty of parking available and the drive thru doesn't have the tight corners like other crowded locations. Today, I took my kids with me and we dined in. My kids ordered the Chocolate Mint and Lime flavor ice creams. I had the 1/3 pound hamburger meal. Everything came out great. I bought the following: package of chicken package of beef milk heavy cream (2) The heavy cream was not bad (did not smell off) but it was chunky. Some heavy cream has thickeners in it so I'm assuming whatever was used was not homogenized correctly. I thought it was disgusting and threw out two containers of it.
