    Nice staff took our order and did fantastic!!!! Running an errand in the area and this is kinda near the house ... we dined in and the food was piping hot. Our order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and the girls request this for dinner as they did on this night. I really felt valued with my interaction with the front counter staff. They supporting staff were pleasant and smiling....that goes a long way! Thank you again for being awesome.     Who is supposed to throw away whip cream caps and banana peels???

    Last time we went to get ice cream, we were totally disgusted! There were customers everywhere, so I guess we are all forgiving of the employees, but someone in management needs to fix this! Behind the counter was a disaster!! Trash, banana peels, dirty handles, dripping milk shake blenders! So gross! We got our hot fudge sundaes and ran!!

    NEED TO GET SOME CONSISTENCY!! Is it the new hires or new management? This establishment keeps getting worse. Issues with food orders not being correct and now issues with ice cream. When I ask for a shake, I expect a shake and not a watery chocolate flavor drink! When I ask for a single dip cone, I expect enough ice cream to cover the cone and not a scoop that fits inside the cone. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER!!!

    My bacon cheeseburger was cold tonight for the 5th time. My fries were hot. WHY??? I expect better from Braums! The quality of the chocolate milkshake has gone down. I have watched several employees use unsanitary practices. There are a few very friendly drive thru employees and we will only drink Braums milk, but I'm beginning to ask myself why I'm still eating here.

    The last 3 times I've been to This location the fries has never been fresh in fact they've been just flat out soggy!! Two of the times I asked for extra cheese they didn't put it on the screen I said It multiple times even at the window they flat out ignored it. All 3 times getting them to give you ketchup is like pulling teeth. Then the attitude of the employees at this location is like they all hate their jobs and don't wanna be there.

    I ordered cookie dough ice cream and it didn't taste like normal I looked down to find this pink stuff throughout the ice cream...

    I don't usually leave negative reviews, but after what happened tonight, I felt like I should share…read moremy experience. I visited Clips on Tuesday, July 7, just before closing. I arrived around 7:40-7:50 PM, hoping to try the new strawberry lemonade ice cream. When I walked in, there were about 9 or 10 people already inside. The employee behind the counter was making ice cream, and I could clearly see several order tickets waiting. I completely understood that she was busy, so I patiently waited. The problem wasn't the wait--it was that my order was never taken. I stood in line, and when it became obvious she was focused on finishing the orders she was already working on, I sat down to wait. I assumed that once she finished those orders, she would take mine. I wasn't going to interrupt her or complain because I understand that businesses get busy. While I was waiting, two customers came back inside to pick up orders they had already placed, which made perfect sense. After that, four additional customers walked in after me: a little girl with braids wearing a karate uniform, a boy wearing a green T-shirt and shorts, a man with a beard wearing a black baseball cap, black T-shirt, and black pants, and a woman carrying a brown bag. I'm including these descriptions simply to identify the group I'm referring to--not to criticize them. My issue is not with those customers. They had every right to order. What frustrated me was that they appeared to be with the group that had already placed orders, and they were discussing what to get while waiting. When the employee finally began taking new orders, she took their orders before ever acknowledging me, even though I had been waiting much longer. I understand that employees can't control who walks into the store or who knows each other. However, they can control the order in which customers are acknowledged and served. Had my order simply been taken when I first arrived--or even before taking orders from customers who entered after me--this entire situation could have been avoided. Instead, I spent over 20 minutes waiting, only to leave without ever placing an order. I walked out around 8:04 PM, disappointed and without the ice cream I came for. I usually have quick, positive experiences here and have never felt the need to leave a review. This is actually my first negative review because this experience was so frustrating. I wasn't upset about waiting--I was upset because I was completely overlooked while customers who arrived after me had their orders taken first. If the owner happens to read this, this occurred on Tuesday, July 7, between approximately 7:45 PM and 8:04 PM. I'm writing this review at 8:15 PM, immediately after leaving the business, because I wanted to accurately document what happened. I'm not writing this review just to criticize the business. I've been here several times before and have always enjoyed coming. I live in Yukon, so it's a bit of a drive, and I don't always make it before closing. When I do have the chance to come to Cool Cups, I look forward to it. That's why tonight was If the owner would like to contact me or review what happened, I encourage you to check your security camera footage from Tuesday, July 7, between approximately 7:45 PM and 8:04 PM. It will show that I waited patiently the entire time without complaining or trying to cut ahead of anyone. After standing for a while, I sat down because I believed the employee would take my order once she finished the orders she was already working on. Instead, I was overlooked, and customers who arrived after me had their orders taken first. I also want to make it clear that I'm not trying to blame or criticize the employee personally. She appeared to be the only one working the front, and I understand she may have been overwhelmed by how busy it was. I don't know if someone called in or if there was another reason for the short staffing, because on my previous visits there have usually been more employees working. With the hot weather, I understand an ice cream shop can get extremely busy. My concern isn't about one employee having a tough shift--it's simply that I don't believe a customer who has been waiting the longest should be overlooked while customers who arrived later have their orders taken first.
