Perfectly smoked brisket layered over crisp chips, cheesy goodness, and all the right toppings -- easily a dish I'd return for again and again. I chose the Brisket Sandwich paired with their Brisket Beans, and both hit the mark. The beans were some of the best I've had -- smoky, rich, and hearty. The sandwich was loaded with tender brisket; next time I'll just ask for a little extra BBQ sauce, but it was still a fantastic meal.
