Heirloom tomato salad and goat cheese mousse
    Julia

Had an excellent meal here!! The view is very peaceful and a great overall ambiance. Service was great and our waiter was extremely attentive. Highly recommend the heirloom tomato salad to share, and the goat cheese mousse was unique and delicious, and was great for dipping the bread in! I could've eaten a whole loaf of the complimentary warm sourdough. I got the salmon salad and it was a large portion, light but also filling and so tasty. The maple mustard salmon looked delicious and my coworkers confirmed it! Would definitely return next time I'm in town.

We came here for my sister's birthday a while ago. Food was alright, but didn't really meet expectations for the price. Service was good though.

Amazing food. Owner was attentive and kind. Great view of the Arkansas River. I highly recommend this place! Oh and the bread....I am still thinking about it a week later!

    Chocolate Crème Brûlée.

I love everything about this hidden gem. We sat outside with a view of the Arkansas River. The customer service was exactly how it should be, courteous and attentive from the host to the server (Jennifer). Ohhhhh, and the food, fresh salmon atop creamy risotto. The flavor was just right on both. Then there's the chocolate crème brûlée, a must try if you're a chocolate lover. Go check them out!

Only restaurant in Little Rock on the river near downtown...farm fresh food served farm to table from a local farm outside LR...service was 10 out of 10 and a MUST go to if you live local or coming from out of town! Myles and David went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed! Thank you!

The food and drinks are always good here. Nice cocktail list with a bartender that knows how to mix a perfect before dinner drink. Food is prepared fresh from a team of chefs who specialize in farm fresh produce and high-quality meats. This month they were featuring Arkansas Heirloom tomatoes-- wow they were delicious, sumptuous. The mixed grill was oversized with steak, pork tenderloin, a bison sausage. Takeout box required if you order this entree. The roasted okra was the highlight of the vegetables I was served. Wife enjoyed the fresh cod with roasted vegetables. Service was impeccable. Quiet dining room, with great views out to the Arkansas River. Parking is not easy, so be prepared to walk around the water preservation reservoir in front of the office building to get in. I did not see any other places to park. Overall a nice meal from a team who know food.

Atmosphere was nice, service was great, but the food was bland and uneventful. Potatoes were cold, veal was greasy. We won't be back.

The food is fabulous! I love Brave New. Usually have seasonal dishes. If it's warm, sit outside for beautiful view of the river.

All protein/sides dinner entrees I've had over the past two years are well portioned, well executed, and seasonal. Big plus is we can feed the meat eaters and the vegans in our family from one menu because they have some exceptional small plates and sides that are heavy veg or carb (tempura veggies! Cornbread! Roasted carrots with chimichurri!). Desserts here are exceptional...just...try them. Any of them! Their pastry chef is talented. The ambiance is really lovely - contemporary and clean (even the bathrooms thankfully), although I've had more than one occasion where my table / booth is so wobbly i feel like I'm dining in a train car. Outside you can catch an awesome sunset in the summer / fall at dinner time. Plus, the alley area is such an innovation physically space for something a bit more festive like brunch or their Wednesday trivia. My servers are always nice and kitchen staff have been accommodating to us with young kids. Some servers are top notch attentive and swift, and some are a bit delayed and clumsy, which is, frankly, a cut above in Little Rock.

One of our friends (and a Little Rock native) recommended Boulevard Bread Company, and we're so grateful that we stopped to check this cute spot out! There are a few Boulevard locations in Little Rock, and while this one wasn't the most convenient to the highway, it was still open for lunch as we were driving through the city around 2:30 PM. I placed our order online from the road, so when we pulled in, our sandwiches were ready and waiting! I'm glad we did order ahead, as they were still pretty busy when we arrived. We grabbed a table and enjoyed our lunch inside the cafe. We split a couple of their signature sandwiches, and our favorite of the two was the pastrami. The rye bread pairs quite nicely with the roast beef. We also shared the turkey sandwich, which was good but not as memorable as the pastrami. I can confidently say that we'd make Boulevard our new go-to road trip stop in Little Rock! From the freshly baked bread and tasty sandwiches to the friendly service, this is a solid spot for lunch.

My husband and I came on a Tuesday afternoon, a little before 1 pm. We got parking right out front without any problem and went inside. We were greeted by an employee behind the counter. I ended up ordering: Small Turkey Original Sandwich, $8.19 prior to tax- Although you may think this sandwich is small, it is pretty hefty, as it is packed with smoked turkey, genoa salami, cotto salami, sliced red onions, black olives, sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and 3 different types of cheese (cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella) on sourdough bread. A very tasty and possibly messy sandwich, but the hearty sourdough bread stands up well to the filling. You will get full off of the small size (although you could always order the medium or giant size) and you will love it and feel satisfied like I did. My sandwich was cut in half, which makes it easier for me to eat. Would order this sandwich again. ----------------------- (Total= $8.90 after tax) After I ordered, I was given a pager. It buzzed when my sandwich was ready for pick up at the pick up counter. Wait time wasn't too long, close to 10 minutes. Although small, the ladies restroom (single toilet) was clean upon this visit. Overall, had a very good experience and will definitely check out Schlotzsky's again the next time we see them again on our next vacation.

This was my first time visiting a Cheba Hut, and I have to admit, walking into a restaurant that is completely marijuana-themed is different, but honestly kind of fun. The vibe is unique, laid back, and memorable without feeling sketchy or over-the-top. The cashier was on the quieter side, but she was extremely polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful while ordering. Customer service overall was solid. Now for the food and pricing, this is where things get a little mixed. My total came out to $21.38 for an 8-inch sandwich, a drink, and a Goo Ball. At that price point, I expected something close to one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Unfortunately, while the flavor delivered, the portion-to-price ratio absolutely did not. I tried the Goo Ball first: Krispies, peanut butter, cocoa, honey, butter, and marshmallows rolled into a ball. Honestly? This thing was $3.59 worth of disappointment. It was bland, underwhelming, and somehow managed to taste like almost nothing despite all those ingredients. Maybe this hits differently if you're stoned, but for me it just wasn't worth the money at all. 2/10 For the sandwich, I ordered the "5-0": Smoked ham, Genoa salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, bacon, giardiniera peppers, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, Shake, and house dressing. Food came out in about 9 minutes, which is pretty reasonable. Flavor-wise? The sandwich was actually really good. The meats and dressing worked well together, the bread was solid, and overall it tasted fresh and satisfying. I'd honestly give the flavor an 8/10. But the value? That's the problem. For a $12 sandwich, the portions felt skimpy: - 2 slices of pepperoni - 1 slice of bacon cut in half - 2 slices of salami - 1 slice of cheese - 1 tomato slice cut in half - maybe 1/8 of a pickle slice There was genuinely more lettuce than every other topping combined. It felt like a sandwich built to look full instead of actually being full. If this sandwich were priced around $8-9, I'd probably leave happy. But at $12+, I expected a much more generously stacked sub. Cheba Hut has a cool concept, clean restaurant, and tasty food, but the pricing versus portion size keeps this from being a place I'd regularly come back to. Great vibe, decent sandwich, disappointing value.
