When you're feeling presidential, dine at 42. Amazing experience and a delicious brunch in Arkansas at The Clinton Center. Before touring the William J. Clinton Library and Museum we enjoyed brunch. Our server was fantastic, he gave us strong recommendations for appetizers and meals. We had a lovely time with some incredible views of the Arkansas River and the Clinton Presidential Park Bridge. Restaurant had a dignified feel with down home favorites.

Diane and I experienced an enjoyable lunch here while visiting the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum. My toasted President's Club Sandwich on Honey Wheatberry Bread was juicy and delightful. Perfectly salted and peppered Hand-Cut French Fries were excellent. And Diane received superior plump and memorable Cornmeal Dusted Shrimp. Service was brisk and accommodating. The view of the Arkansas River and Bridge through a glass wall, and comfortable chairs, contributed to a pleasant casual ambiance. XXXX-1/2 overall!

What a great lunch spot! Quick service and great atmosphere! I enjoyed the presidential club with sweet potato fries! The Wasabi aioli is a must with these fries!! Highly recommend for a good weekday lunch outing!

It's Nice!! I went for brunch with a group. I ordered eggs Benedict, and my eg was over cook, but my friend's poached egg was cooked correct. Service was good. But the fellowship with my friends was excellent!!

They take reservations but you do not have to have them. It is located on ground floor of Clinton Center with views of river and footbridge. Service was a little slow but waitress was friendly. The shrimp and grits had a creole sauce on it and had plenty of shrimp. Menu is brunch oriented. Pleasant outside seating with fire pits for cooler weather

Chopped salad is unusual in that chicken is breaded, but I liked it!

Flying through, I had a layover in Little Rock, and what better to see than the Bill Clinton presidential library. They have this great restaurant overlooking the river and with both indoor and outdoor seating. I sat at the bar and tried some local drinks and food. I started with the Breakfast Fries, which was a huge plate and definitely something to share. It was really good southern food. Breakfast Fries: Crisp French Fries covered in Country Sausage Gravy topped with Crumbled Bacon and Melted Sharp Cheddar I also had the Breakfast Plate; all tasted great and the Old Fashions were excellent. Get your southern fix right here. Breakfast Plate: Eggs Your Way, Biscuit & Gravy, and Breakfast Potatoes, with your choice of Bacon or Sausage

This is sweet potato hash and the burger. It is good!

The food is soooooooooooooo good! The service is very good. The lighting is good and the building is cool look

This is quite a nice, upscale restaurant, especially for being in a presidential library (Clinton Presidential Center). And probably one of the best views in Little Rock! I sat outside on the open, pleasant patio, but the indoor space had door to ceiling, wall to wall windows, so those needing air conditioning would also get a great view. I had the pimento and ham panini, though I considered the roasted veggie wrap (I think both would have been equally great). Also had fries, which were fine, but next time I would opt for a different side. Lots of light choices--salads, wraps, sandwiches. Nice little cocktail menu. I loved the clean, refreshing Arkansas mule! Great bite to eat while visiting the Clinton Presidential Center (reviewed separately).

Free Valet Parking. The food was delicious. I ordered shrimp and grits with a Belgian waffle and it was succulent. The service was good. The only thing is we got our appetizer and then a few minutes later we received our plates. So our food started getting a little cold. The ambiance is delightful and relaxing.

My food was excellent! The service was quick and the ambiance was nice too. The patio is a nice vibe, if it isn't too hot outside. Great views of the Arkansas River. You must make a reservation, so make sure you do so before showing up. It's inside the presidential library, so you can go early or stay late if you want to browse around. I had the crab cake salad and it was so good,I probably will order the same thing next time!

Had the Black N Blue steak salad and it was excellent. Can't go wrong. Service was prompt but the restaurant was not crowded.

My wife and…read moreI came in on a Friday afternoon, we loved the beers so much that we grabbed 3 6-packs on the way out. Happy hours included half price pints and some really good bar snacks... I would recommend the sampler that came with onion rings, cheese fries, chicken bites (get the dry rub!), and egg roll boudin. This place is so secure in the quality of the beer that they offer that our bartender actually recommended that we go to another place to compare: Moody Brews a couple of miles south. We decided to stay for a while and sample the beers at this place instead, playing rummy and watching a bowl game on TV. A perfect spot for all of that!!

Stopped into Flyway Brewing on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised by how quiet it was. The…read morerestaurant was clean, comfortable, and had the music at exactly the right volume present enough to create atmosphere without making conversation difficult. Nothing felt overwhelming or overdone, which made for a relaxed experience. The service was excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Water hit the table in under two minutes, and our beers arrived in less than five. That's the kind of efficiency every restaurant should strive for. Now for the food: * Cheese Curds ($8) - These arrived piping hot and fresh from the fryer. The curds themselves were crispy but fairly bland on their own. The ranch and Mimi's Red Sauce did a lot of the heavy lifting here and elevated the dish significantly. * Queso ($8, plus $2 for chorizo) - Very basic. Not bad, but not memorable either. It tasted like melted Velveeta with a little extra liquid mixed in. Perfectly edible, just lacking any standout flavor. * Pretzel ($6) - Easily one of the highlights of the meal. They accidentally brought us the espresso pretzel first before correcting it with the plain version we ordered. Surprisingly, both were excellent. Soft, fresh, and flavorful. * Smash Burger & Fries ($17) - The fries were fantastic: hot, crispy, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The burger itself was average--exactly what you'd expect from a mid-range brewery restaurant. Good, but not something I'd specifically come back for. * Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries ($15) - The low point of the meal. The sweet potato fries were cold, stale, and honestly should never have left the kitchen. The chicken sandwich wasn't much better. The breading was overcooked to the point of tasting burnt, and there wasn't much flavor beyond that. * Bacon-Wrapped Quail Sliders - Another average offering. Not bad by any means, but nothing that stood out or justified ordering again. The beer is clearly the star of the show here. Flyway knows how to brew, and that's what would bring me back. The food ranges from good to disappointing, with only a few items really standing out. Overall: * Beer: 4/5 * Food: 2/5 * Service: 5/5 Flyway Brewing is worth visiting for the beer, atmosphere, and service. Eat because you're there, not because you're searching for an exceptional meal. If the kitchen can become as consistent as the brewery, this place could be something special.

I was picking up a book at the library and it's right next door, they advertised on the sign they have toiletries so I thought they might have toilet paper. I didn't see any so I asked. There was a woman filling a bag with ice cream and told the person behind the counter to get it from the back, the clerk was trying to ask her how much to charge, but she didn't respond and then she left. So the clerk comes back with one roll of toilet paper unwrapped like it was taken from their bathroom. I was like, ok, fine, thinking she might charge me .50¢ or $1. I also was buying a yerba mate drink. She rang it up and it was over $7, I asked how much the drink was she said $3.49, so you are charging me over $3 for a single roll of toilet paper, and she says yes. I said no, I will get toilet paper somewhere else, I am not paying you over $3 for a roll of toilet paper, that's insane. I gave her cash, she was still holding the money in her hand telling me I could get something else. I was so confused why she just didn't take that off, she had not put the money in the register, the transaction was not complete, she was still holding the money. I pointed at the money in her hand, and looked at her as if she was trying to make a simple situation hard. She kept repeating you can get something else, I've already rang it up. I wasn't about to argue with her in front of the small child sitting on the counter. So i said well can I get another drink? Still confused why she just didn't give me my money. So I just left with two yerba mate drinks, so strange. I went around the corner to another store and got 4 rolls of toilet paper in a package for $2.49. Seriously!
