We purchased an expensive car cover which was to be kept on the car except for while it was being run. It disappeared and they said we never provided it. It was actually being used on someone else's vehicle. After over a year they "found" the cover, but it was not the one we purchased that actually FIT our car. The replacement did not fit our 18' vintage car. In the meantime, the monthly fee went up and up. They finally wore us out. It was not longer worth the monthly fee to have just a roof over it. No other services they promised. We would never refer anyone to this facility.

Complete Review: We recently purchased a new RV, and after spending a short amount of time in the RV we started noticing flaws in the workmanship and things that didn't function correctly. Since we reside in our RV, taking it into the dealership for repairs was impractical and expensive. I notified the dealership and they provided me with contact info for Accurate Mobile RV Repair. I left a voicemail for them and Karen called me back the same day. Since the repairs would be covered under warranty, Karen advised me of the process that is required by the manufacturer to get the work completed. I sent her a list of 14 items needing repair; everything from a cracked shower, appliance issues to missing exterior rivets. Karen is very competent and knowledgeable about the warranty process and pitfalls I might face. She was able to advise me what the manufacturer would require me to pay and what would most likely be covered. She also does all the scheduling and had a couple of great troubleshooting steps. Like clockwork, Josh the owner of Accurate Mobile RV Repair arrived and performed a walk through with me to review all the issues on my list. He asked questions and took photos of each item for a before and after report for the manufacturer. On my list was an outdoor faucet that I couldn't get to work properly-Josh discovered it was "user error" on my part but never made me feel I was incompetent.
