This is one of those classic diner/drive thru burger joints that you always pass by but don't pay *too* much attention to. Well, I figured I'd finally give it a try since it's close by. It's.... Exactly how I expected it to be. It's not particularly cheap and it's not particularly amazing. That's not to say it's bad though, it's just a solid 3/5. Opted for an avocado bacon cheeseburger that was nice and hearty and replaced the fries with fried zucchinis which got a little old and mushy after getting halfway through them. So is the combo a good deal? Depends if you want value or not. I'd say if you go for the cheapest options then maybe this is a good alternative to McDonalds but otherwise I wouldn't frequent this spot toooo often. read more

This place has been in Redlands for decades and since I was back in town I remembered they had really good vegetarian patty melts. When I was in the drive through the cashier, Geesella, quickly thought and said to me, let me see how I can save you money because normally when you substitute a burger for the veggie burger it is several dollars more. I was blown away that Geesella was so sweet to offer this. When I got to the window to pay Geesella smiled and said let me also give you a senior discount since my mom was in car. Mind blown at how great her customer service was for a drive through. The food was equally delicious and my patty melt was just how I remembered, delicious! Totally flavorerful, and the fries were fresh, crunchy and hit the spot with my craving. I will 110% be back to order my favorite when I am in the IE. To the owner, give this woman a raise! I've been a Redlands local for years. I wouldn't ever hear about this place, so I gave it a try. Right now I am sitting in the toilet writing this review. STAY AWAY. I now have horrible diarrhea, thanks to Bravo Burger. This establishment is extremely dangerous and should be observed carefully. The food also tasted wrong. I'm not ever coming back here again and I will be telling everyone I know to not ever go to any of these bravo burgers. read more

Good basic burgers, burritos, etc. Staffing is sufficient , but the place is popular enough to still be a bit of a wait at times.

We went to the drive through and got the cheese burger combo, crispy chicken salad and the taquitos. The staff was friendly and helpful The burger was ok but nothing to write home about and the fries were over cooked. My wife did not like the chicken salad but did like her taquitos. However $9 for 3 taquitos seems like a lot. Just as 15 for the salad and combo each is very pricey. The place was not super crowded but we were at the end of the lunch rush so it was quick. read more

Whenever we are craving a burger we come here. We have always had a great experience we usually eat inside. Tonight we decided to go through the drive thru. The drive thru girl was so nice and cheery from the start which I feel is so rare these days. I got my usual avocado bacon cheeseburger which never disappoints! My fiancé and I shared it along with an order of chili cheese fries which were good! We had our dog with us he loves coming along for rides. The drive thru girl noticed and threw in a sweet surprise, a puppy for our dog! It made my day as a dog mom and our dog loved it he was thankful. I walked in and the gentleman was picking up some tables but came over to the counter to take my order as soon as he saw me looking at the menu. Well it wasn't horrible... The bacon breakfast burrito was actually good but the salsa was lacking in taste. Better off using Tapatio or Tabasco on it. Their burgers are written in praise as their title but I simply can't proase them. Bravo that it was made fresh, but sadly enough, it didn't meet my expectations. It was not served as shown in the picture. Their picture(s) show a sesame bun but you do not get this. For me, this is deceiving. This leads me to think that other menu items are cheap shotted and can be deceiving as well. Also, a regular fries means they're seasoned which I had no clue. Not unseasoned as one would expect. Also, if you like ketchup with fries, make sure to ask for more packets regardless of what they give you. It's likely they only gave you two packets for a large order of fries. Makes no sense. Their napkins are tiny squares. You need several! Before I used Yelp, I came here a lobg time ago. I can see why I didn't come back. The food is just okay. Nothing real spectacular. Customer service is attentive. This place would work perfectly as a snack bar concession stand at a baseball game or another type of sports event that's outdoors where you eat what you eat and get what you get to just get by. For the quality of food and a advocate for a person's health, I was surprised to see that none lf the workers at the grill had hair bonnets, nor did I see them wearing gloves as they touched many food items. This always disgusts me. Usually I don't make comment's on this cause it's always blocked by a wall and away from public's eye but when I do, I have to make a comment. For a bathroom that is locked by key code, I'd expect the bathroom to be attended to often as they regulate who goes in, as they press a button behind counter to let people in. This bathroom was disgusting. It was apparent that it had not received attention for some time, as soap needed to be replenished. After typing this review, I can say looks can be deceiving in so many ways. Thr place has been updated to meet modern standards of design, but it seems like they're missing a couple core values to build a long lasting relationship with a customer to return again. read more

We saw the renovations, we saw the free chips machines, we saw the horrible bathrooms. Yet we still came because of how comforting this location was. Over the years, the free amenities were taken away. prices were driven up, the quality of food lowered, and the quantity of food lessened. This location is still a decent, family-oriented burger restaurant, BUT with price, quality, and quantity in mind, there are MUCH better locations. Sadly, my family and I have made a decision to stop coming to Bravo Burgers. In the case you drive by and want to stop by, I strongly suggest you get the family pack and nothing else. Is Myrna ok??? Came through the drive thru this afternoon and the woman working the window was so rude and angry, she said her name was Myrna when we asked before slamming closed her window. Then upon arriving home we discover she also gave us the wrong food. Maybe she should focus more on getting orders correct than being so rude when we asked to add on some chips and salsa (she could have just said " no, I'm sorry that's not possible"). She gave us zucchini instead of the chicken tenders and fries we ordered, thanks for charging us $1 for the bbq sauce we don't need now that we don't have the tenders. Will never return. read more

I went for some breakfast burritos, which I have to say are really good. They are a good size larger than usual, which is a plus. The burritos are around $10, which is worth it when you see the size. They do have happy hour also for some food, which I need to try. I got my food quickly and didn't have to wait long in line. I would recommend this to anyone, but you need to remember this is a burger joint, so don't be expecting gourmet food. read more

Went here for lunch yesterday and got severe food poisoning. I ordered a BLT and onion rings My boyfriend got a combo breakfast burrito with a side of fries. That evening, I spent my entire night in the bathroom. Im assuming it was either the bacon or the ranch due to their ranch just being left out on the counter and it not being refrigerated. I drove down Redlands Blvd the other day and noticed the Bravo Burger was no more and in its place was Redlands Burger. I thought this was great news since Bravo Burger turned into a cess pool of mediocre food. The next morning I went to get breakfast. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. Not a hard thing to make. Eggs, cheese, potato, and chopped up sausage. I drove to the window and out popped a woman who has worked there forever with her hand out looking for payment. And like usual, they wanted a tip before the food is even tasted. I gave 15% like a moron. I start down the street and take a bite and a whole sausage came out and spilled on me. A while sausage. These people are so lazy they cook could not even chop up the sausage so you don't choke on it. I could not believe they made the same mediocre food and then took it a step further to show how lazy they are. I took it back and asked for my money back. They same lady knew I gave a tip but only credited me for the burrito. I caught her on it and there was no apology. Just her digging in a tip jar that was pretty grim looking. The guy who I think has been a manager stepped out and he knows me and not even a wonder why I was holding a burrito with a bite out of it. This place is still owned by Greeks they should be ashamed of themselves for letting their restaurant get less than five stars. Don't be foold. Got milkshakes instead of drinks and added $4/person to the ticket. Substitutions were not pro-rated at all seemed like. Total for two people was $50!!! For drive through fast food. When my son heard the total he commented to me in the car and the service cashier overheard and proceeded to interrupt our discussion to explain the high price. Not good service!!
