I really wanted to love this place, but wow.... I won't be back. i threw 3/4 of my sandwich away. I ordered the spicy chicken and I LOVE spicy but this was overkill. they must use habaneros in their sauce because it was over the top hot. I literally couldn't taste the sandwich because my mouth was focused on surviving the lava i put in it. (It took 20 minutes before my eyes stopped watering and i could stop drinking my soda. That's after 2 bites.). Specify on the menu "this is the hottest pepper we could find" so customers are aware, up front, not to order it. Also, the chicken was "pieces of dark meat"... literally, individual pieces about 1"x1", breaded, layered on the bun. When i order a 'chicken sandwich' i assume a nice chicken breast. I am not a fan of dark meat and if they are going to use it, they should clearly state on the menu that it is NOT a chicken breast. I wouldn't have ordered it had i known. SO, this was a big fat MISS for me and after reading the other reviews, I'm not going to waste my money trying their burgers either. read more

Food is super good!!! french fries are cooked in tallow and the meat is delicious. Pretty sure the chicken is chicken thighs, which is way more tender than chicken breast. Love the batter as well. Definitely our new favorite place for upper Yucaipa. read more

However, as nice as the cashier was, the food was lacking in flavor and was not prepared as advertised: 1-The "Moo Philly" was very plain without flavor; 2-The "Classic Moo" didn't have pickles, but the patty was good; 3-The "Sweet Cluck" was okay in flavor, but didn't have coleslaw; and 4-the Mac and cheese was flavorless. First timer! Had a great experience, food was delicious. I love spice and the spicy cluck was BOMB!! It had a really addicting kick to it. Gotta get the ranch on the side too, ranch is delicious from here. The classic moo is also very tasty, the taste of the meat, with the grilled onions and cheese went very well all together. I then tried the moo dip, which is something I normally wouldn't order, but glad I did! The roll was soft and fresh, the meat tender, and with the au jus, banger!! I was so disappointed, We got the Moo Dip and it was awful, and the price was crazy expensive, definitely not worth $12.99. The sandwich was dry & flavorless. The cashier was nice but her shirt was dirty with food on it, very unprofessional & they just opened, which means she just arrived to work with a dirty shirt . Cluck And Moo, more like Cluck and NOOOOO. The food was absolutely terrible. The burger tasted like it had been cooked on a grill that hadn't been cleaned since the Vietnam War. It had a burnt, greasy flavor that completely overwhelmed everything else. The bun was soggy, the toppings weren't fresh, and after a few bites I ended up throwing most of it away. The service wasn't much better. It took about 15-20 minutes for just two people, even though the restaurant wasn't especially busy. The staff didn't seem very attentive, and there wasn't much communication about the wait. Overall, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish, especially considering the price. There are plenty of better places to get a burger. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back or recommending Cluck And Moo to anyone. read more

Excellent food.. we tried the burgers and the Mac and cheese was soooo Good. Cole slaw was very good too! We went by on Tuesday. ( 8 people) to get things to eat and watch the Dodger game. This was about 4 pm. Need to check if they are closed On Tuesdays. We have been there 3 other times. Always open. Another family was there too. Surprised to find it closed on Tuesday 6/02.. The quality of the chicken was good and juicy with a nice crisp, unfortunately it was overly spicy. I'm someone who loves spice but it was ridiculous like my whole tongue was tingling and I was choking, even my body got chills felt like I was on that show "hot ones" lol the coleslaw couldn't even save it, was on the mushy side and dripping sauce. I had read the reviews before coming and noticed a trend of the spicy chicken sandwich being way too hot. I had asked the nice woman at the cash register if the claims were true. she had said the sauce is made with habanero. So with me being the white boy I am, I ordered the sauce on the side. And may I just say, This is a quality gourmet dark meat chicken sandwich. The sauce is not your typical buffalo style sauce. but it's a great change from the typical buffalo sandwich i'm used too. It's got a great sweet heat that definitely made my nose run! but still very enjoyable! If you can't handle spice above a 6-7/10 I would recommend something else. Excellent! We went through the drive thru on a Sunday. Everything was delicious. We ordered a spicy cluck and a regular cluck. The chicken was tender and generous. Perfectly seasoned. The spicy chicken sandwich is def heavy on the spice so be careful if you're not prepared, But oh so delicious! And addicting! The Mac and cheese has a Cajun seasoning to it and is more of an oily/greasy type of Mac and cheese not the thicker, crispy top kind. It's good, not my fav but it's good I like the fries better. I'm not a coleslaw person but I do enjoy theirs! Overall, this place is quality. We tried a variety of items and enjoyed it all. Hands down the best thing we tried was the Philly, it was absolutely delicious with plenty of onions and peppers included. The Classic Moo was cheesy and very good, doesn't come close to an In-N-Out burger but it's worth a try. Wish they would add more pickles! The spicy cluck was surprisingly but pleasantly hot, it was good but next to no crunch so that's the only complaint. We also had the fries and Mac n' Cheese. Fries were good, very similar to KFC's fries, could've used more salt though. Mac n'cheese was absolutely awful, hardly any cheese and incredibly bland flavor. For such a limited menu, I'm surprised they even added that to the roster, definitely don't recommend ordering the Mac. We will absolutely be back though for the Philly alone and to try the beef dip as well! read more

We ordered the Ultimate Moo, Sweet Cluck, Classic Moo, fries, and a soda. Food was overpriced for what we ordered, especially the fries, which were mediocre at best. Only a couple of tables, no real HVAC, and smoke that come in from the kitchen. Next time we will drive down to Redlands to Shake Shack, which is a better value. My wife and I had Cluck and Moo. I had high hopes for it. We live close by ( less than a mile away in Chapman Heights) . When we opened the burgers at home they were very oily and not in a good way. The lettuce was wilted and I found onions in our burger after asking for NO ONIONS. The fries were fine and my wife had the Mac and Cheese. It tasted mushy and had some bizarre taste to it. I thought she was joking but I tasted it and it was weird. She threw it away. Maybe it's their Chicken what they are known for but I'd stay away from the burgers and Mac and Cheese. read more

The two Stars is for customer service mainly and a little on the food side. We got the Philly cheese steak and it was really good I would recommend that and their fries that we tried were excellent. We did order a mac and cheese and it was very dry and bland. Now as far as the customer service. The young girl with glasses and dark hair that does the register was pretty rude. They have a big sign that says if you use your debit card you don't have to pay the 3% charge which is great. When I asked the girl does it give you the option to pay credit or debit or can you do it on debit so I don't get charged the 3%. She said she didn't know that it was up to my bank since it's a credit card and debit card and she had no way of knowing. I said okay but since your sign says what it does shouldn't you know if it's going to charge me or not before I put my card in she said I just work here. So I just left it at that put my card in and it did not charge me the 3% so it was fine. Then I heard her speaking to the cooks saying how angry I made her and how mad she was at me she didn't realize that I could understand some Spanish. So when she brought me my food I told her I was very sorry for making her mad and angry but I was just asking questions and she said no you weren't you were arguing with me so I said okay have a great night thank you so much and walked out. First of all you should know the answers to these questions or at least be willing to ask someone else since it's your job but if she always has the mentality of I just work here and doesn't care then that's not representing the company very well. This was our first visit and because of the interaction with this girl I think we'll pass on that place even though it was a great sandwich. read more
