I did want to mention how good the food I had was, especially loved the Citrus Grilled Swordfish, which was exceptional in quality and taste. The freshness of the herbs mixed with brightness and tang of the acidity of the sauce really brings out the flavor in this delicious fish entree. However, it is soon to be replaced on the menu so hurry and grab a bite before it's gone!! The Bistro is also offering its sticky Korean BBQ pork ribs, which are mouthwatering and so tender the meat falls off the bone! As always, the service here is exceptional and cannot be matched. They also have a full bar menu for drinks as well. The vibe is upscale casual. There are two dinning areas at the hotel. One is the bistro (for more quiet dining) and directly across the hall is the lounge, where food and drink are also available. Great spot for a fun date night. On Friday and Saturday nights in the lounge, there is live music from 6-9pm. You can just order drinks and enjoy the music in the lounge, but you're gonna want to try the food too-it's yummy!
