    SHACK BURGER
    Sarah C.

6/23/2026 First time at this location. BBQ BONELESS BABYBACK RIB SANDWICH It looked good in the pictures, so I got it. The babyback rib was thick, so a bit harder to eat. It wasn't dry, so that wasn't unpleasant to chew on, but the BBQ sauce was too sweet and had that store-bought BBQ flavor. If it wasn't for the store-bought awful BBQ sauce, I would have enjoyed it more. The cole slaw was barely on it. Not even a full spoonful, maybe just sprinkled on top. Cole slaw wasn't bad, but it was such a ridiculously tiny amount. There were three large sliced pickles in it, which seemed to take over the whole sandwich. The bun wasn't even heated up and was served cold. At the very least the bun wasn't dry. But disappointing for the price! SHACK BURGER Got the single. It was okay. The bun was cold, but the patty was hot with the melted cheese. There was too much shack sauce on it and with the American cheese, it was too much for a single patty. CHEESE FRIES The crinkle fries were crispy golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The cheese sauce is always good with the fries. I would get these again at this location. The only redeeming item that I ordered today. SPARKLING CUCUMBER BASIL This was syrupy in taste. Could barely taste the cucumber or the basil. Could taste a bit of lemon flavor. Nobody would be able to say what it is if they blindtested it. Waste of money. SELF-ORDER KIOSKS AVAILABLE Ordered via kiosk, but you can also order at the front register. No issues with the kiosks. CUSTOMER SERVICE Really good customer service! The staff was friendly and there was one specific staff member who was taking orders at the front register, bringing orders to customers and checking in with them during meals. AMBIANCE / SEATS + TABLES Large location. Lots of tables and seats indoors and outdoors. Perfect for large parties. Everything was clean too. The bathroom is clean and there are three stalls. It is code access only. PARKING Located inside a medium-sized strip mall. It's nearly packed when I was there, so there might be parking issues during the evening. I did not have any issues finding parking in front of Shake Shack during the day. Other than the crinkle fries, all the other items were average at best. I feel like it just doesn't taste the same like it used to. The last time I got a good burger was at Shake Shack in Costa Mesa. But haven't been there in awhile, so not sure if that place has changed too.

    She loved the Clorox sheets!!!

Clean, great service and workers, and fast prep. Had the veggie burger with avocado and that was good. She had had the regular with avocado and said it was Oishii! Her cucumber drink was very good ($5 for a small) but my $8 mango shake with passionfruit boba was disappointing. It tasted like a tall cup of cool whip. I couldn't taste any mango flavor. Took 2 sips and that was it. It wasn't cheap but didn't want all those cool whip calories I couldn't enjoy. My partner LOVED dispenser of Clorox wipes to clean off our table (it was clean of crumbs but she's a clean freak). Overall, we will be back, will just order The cucumber drink. Very refreshing.

Friendly helpful staff and clean restaurant! The food is fantastic. Don't have to wait long. Today I had cheeseburger and it was delicious! The cheese fries were awesome and I'm not a fan of crinkle fries but these were crispy and the cheese sauce on top was bomb! The pickle slices are super yummy and my son wanted even more! Solid experience and I'll keep coming back for sure!

It's great to have a Shake Shack in Redlands and this location is clean and spacious. There are plenty of seats inside, as well as in the patio. This Shake Shack (SS) is located in the former Corner Bakery in the Vons and Trader Joe's shopping plaza, just south of the 10 freeway on Orange St in Downtown Redlands. I usually will place an order through my SS app and do a pick up. They have some parking spaces assigned for app pick up - although I don't see many people following this rule. And they also have kiosks to place your own orders, as well as regular cash registers to place orders with an employee. I'm pretty simple so I usually stick with the Shack Burger but I do love their cheese fries. Yum. During my last visit, I ordered a Coffee Shake and, to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. Overall, I really like how clean this SS is and the number of seats. The food is consistently good. I have no complaints.

I brought my wife here so she could try Shake Shack for the first time--and that alone says a lot about the experience. She's not a hamburger person unless it's In-N-Out, so expectations were already high. We ordered the Smoke Shack, Shack Stack, fries, a shake, and a soda. To my surprise (and hers), she finished her entire burger and immediately said, "We should come back. I want to try other items on the menu." That's basically the highest compliment coming from her. The burgers themselves are solid. They are juicy, flavorful, and well put together. I've always liked Shake Shack, and this visit didn't change that. My only real gripe is the price. It's definitely on the pricey side for burgers and fries, which keeps it from being an everyday spot. That said, this location is clean, has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great first experience for my wife and a solid reminder of why Shake Shack is popular. I just wish it didn't hit the wallet so hard.

I was really craving a chicken sandwich and Shake Shack was right down the road from where I was. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was exactly what a fried chicken sandwich tastes like in my memory. Sandwiches from McDonalds or Burger King these days don't even come close to having that nostalgic taste. It was fried fresh enough that even after the half-hour drive home it was still warm and crispy. This location was clean and bright, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Ordering through the kiosks is convenient, and the staff is friendly if you need assistance. Parking is decent but it can get a bit busy sometimes too. I would recommend it overall. It really hit the spot for me that night!

Pretty much all you can ask for, as far as fast food burgers go: fresh, just a little greasy, not too saucy. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be for the price (value-wise, a little worse than In-N-Out, but I have to admit it might taste better), but then again, fast food is getting more expensive overall so... Service was quick, I ordered ahead and picked it up. Food was ready on time when I got there.

Stopped by Shake Shack, hadn't been here in a while but I remember it being pretty solid. I got me a cheeseburger with some cheese fries. The burger had a good texture and consistency but the meat and bun just didn't have that crazy flavor you want from a solid burger. The cheese fries were alright, fries seemed a little under seasoned and the cheese was very thick, also lacked flavor in my opinion. Overall an alright spot but not worth the drive out. Cheeseburger: 7.5 Cheese Fries: 6.9

Cleanliness 5 Costs 3 Cuisine 3 Customer service 5 Never tried the food at this place so we wanted to give it a try. Flavors were good but the portions were small. We could have sat down at a restaurant for that price. We bought two burgers, chicken bites and 3 fries for $50!! Probably won't go back.

    Cory G.

5 Stars No combos. No gimmicks. Just solid food and even better service. Burgers were exactly what you want: juicy, crispy-edged, and stacked right. The buns are soft, but not falling apart like some sad drive-thru mess. Fries were piping hot, crispy, and fluffy inside--actual effort went into them. The iced tea was surprisingly good. fresh, clean and cold. That shouldn't be rare in 2025, but here we are. Staff brought the food to our table, checked in to make sure we were good, and even offered drink refills before we bounced. Manager thank us. They didn't just do their job--they gave a damn. Yeah, it costs a bit more than some burger spots, but you're paying for food that doesn't suck and service that doesn't make you question humanity. We'll be back.

Will not return. Food was fine, but the prices are just outrageous. $52 for two people!!! You can only order at a digital kiosk rather than with a human. There is no option to select a combo. Instead you have to order each item individually which is significantly more expensive. $5 for a large drink? Just ridiculous. Will not be back.

Foods are great. Flavorful, the burger is tender, not overly cooked. Service is fast, efficient and friendly. The place is very clean, spacious with enough lights throughout.
