The ceviche took approximately 20-25 minutes to arrive, and our entrees didn't come out until nearly 50 minutes after we ordered in which our steak was overcooked and definitely not medium. Meanwhile, the table next to us was seated after us and received their meals within about 15 minutes. By that point, it was already 9:30 p.m., and we were understandably frustrated, especially since our son doesn't eat ceviche and had been waiting the entire time for his meal. The manager came over, apologized, and explained that he wasn't sure what had happened with our order. We appreciated that he took the time to address the situation and offered us dessert.
