Ceviche plate with 3 types, rocoto, aji Amarillo, and regular. All were really good

Amazing food and some of the best desserts I've ever had!! The chocolate cake was so good, I'll be dreaming of it until we go back to Florida again. The ceviche, lomo Saltado and yuka was so flavorful and filling! Highly recommended!

A delicious experience with a great outdoor atmosphere in historic Deerfield. I'm hooked now on Peruvian cuisine. We started with causa de atun, an artfully prepared appetizer with fresh tuna. My friend ordered Lomo Saltado and I went with Jalea Mixta, a seafood mix of seasoned shrimp, calamari, mussels, mahi and yuca. It came with lime and a delicious spicy Mayo which got devoured. We'll be back. This was the most chilled out atmosphere to finish off the day.

Tiny little place, Nicely presented food and it tastes great. When you order their food to go everything is wrapped in foil so that they stay hot and fresh and they don't get saggy.

Food very affordable but salty, the service was great the ambience was nice very chill for a small place , most the item on the menu were not available but overall was a good experience of the Peruvian cuisine

Never add salt to ceviche in my life

I used to love coming here until this evening . I ordered the ceviche trio and Jalea. After ordering 2 beers we waited at least 4o minutes with still no ceviche . Only after another beer the waitress apologized as everyone else were enjoying their dinner . The ceviche came out horrible no salt and the prep was rushed . As I saw the chef prepare locals and to orders first . No excuses period ! I had to add salt after my dish came destroying my dinner . I cancelled the Jalea check . Go elsewhere treat all customers with the same respect and not because your American you treat Peruvians with a higher level of service . This is unwarranted and unacceptable if your American go elsewhere . I am worldly and a chef in my own right . I do know what I am posting .

I found this place and the reviews said it was good but small so we decided to go early. This little place is really nice good music y would go as far as to say it has the best lomo saltado I've had in the 24 years I've lived here. Outstanding!! Love the way the serve the food it reminds me of my childhood. Service was good food came out fast. The place is very small but if you go early you will definitely be able to get a table. It also has outdoor seating but I love my air conditioning lol! Great little place happy to recommend!!

Get ready for a genuine Peruvian experience: This is the best Peruvian food and experience I've ever had in So. Florida. The owner and staff are awesome! You can't ask for better attentiveness, politeness, cleanliness, and food. ALL the dishes are so delicious! Oh... and this restaurant is totally pet friendly.

We were recommended this place by another yelper and decided to give it a try. I love Peruvian food and I am always happy to try new restaurants. La Pamza is located in a little side street off of Hillsboro blvd, Cute e little place. We sat outside since the whether was so nice. Service is a little slow. Everything we ordered was delicious. Ceviche mixto with fried calamari to start. Tacu Tacu with Lomo Saltado The hubs got Chaufa mixta, and I enjoyed a house red wine. Like I said, everything was delicious. Service was courteous and friendly. However, they need to update the prices on their menu. Most of the items we ordered were 2-3 dollars more than posted. We asked and were told "that menu is outdated" When we asked (our difference was about $10-12) Not a huge deal, but hey, that buys me another glass of wine. We were told the website has correct prices. As of right now 06/05/21. It doesn't. Because this was not brought up until we asked, and when we did our waitress was so blasé about it, I feel a little annoyed by it. I won't be back because of this. Too many great Peruvian places around.

Highly recommend coming here to watch your favorite team play. The beef empanadas were cooked to perfection and overstuffed, we likely could've just split one. The Picanha dinner was cooked fresh and came with so many sides, we took them a large portion for leftovers. The aji picante really stood out, we asked for more to take home. The Arepa Llanera de Picanha was also perfectly cooked & enjoyed very much. They ran out of the standard avocado that comes in it, but instead brought a side of guacamole for me to add. I really like that they did that without me having to ask. We'll definitely be back soon, to watch another match!

The wait staff amazing, they were doing the absolute best they could with the resources they had. But the manager and owner of the restaurant need to be replaced. They had zero organizational skills and zero communication. Would never go back or recommend just for that.

When you walk inside of Gusticos, you instantly feel like you're in a little store in Venezuela. Looking around, the smells, products, "chucherias". They're all a staple of the flavors of Venezuela. Gusticos Bistro is husband and wife owned and they were a pleasure to chat with. They work so hard and truly deserve all the small business love. We ordered the arepa vegana, mandocas and a cachapa with a maltin polar malta to share. My favorite thing here is that they bring you little fried mini arepitas with nata as a little something to share. This already makes the whole experience so awesome. The arepa was gigantic and super filled and of course almost impossible to eat without making a mess haha but we loved it. The cachapa was delicious, sweet and savory. The mandocas were pretty good too but I will have to say my grandmas are my grandma's hehe. They have a wide selection of just about any and all of the Venezuelan antojitos you can want. Our family tried a variety of dishes, starting with the Jalea, a fried seafood platter. While the portion was smaller than what you typically find at other Peruvian restaurants, the seafood was fresh. I just wish there had been more calamari, fish, shrimp, and fried yucca. We also ordered the Chicken (Pollo) Chaufa and the Seafood Chaufa. Both dishes came in small portions, and the seafood was only placed on top of the rice. Sadly, they lacked the distinctive Chaufa flavor and tasted a bit bland. The Lomo Saltado beef was tender but similarly lacked seasoning, and the Ají Amarillo was just okay. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the ambiance felt warm and inviting. It seems the food might have been adjusted to cater to a more traditional or less adventurous palate. Peruvian cuisine is renowned for its rich flavors and Asian influences, and I believe it has the potential to be truly exceptional.
