I've ordered Bravo Pizza to-go probably 5 or 6 times within the last 2 months, so quite a bit. The location is accessible to other shops, parking is easy, and the store is clean. I usually order a medium pizza, chicken fingers, and fries. In the past I've also ordered fried raviolis. The pizza is good with a lot of potential. It is categorically superior to your typical Domino's/Papa John's/Pizza Hut. At times, it can get greasy depending on the kind of pizza, but overall I would rate "above average" to "good," whereas those 3 aforementioned stores - in my opinion - are barely rated "average." My favorite pizza is the carnivore, which is a brick oven gourmet neapolitan with pepperoni, sausage, and meatballs with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. I also approve of the Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil) pizza. The fries are crispy. That's all you should ask for with an order of french fries - hot and crispy. Fries come with chicken fingers as part of the platter. Speaking of chicken fingers, they are amazing...well, kind of. The pictured chicken fingers are the original, with the original fried batter; the batter is what makes them so tasty. However, the batter has been completely different the last couple of times we've ordered! I hope it's a temporary change and Bravo goes back to their old recipe for the chicken fingers. Get it naked. I got the special Cheesesteak and I think that was a mistake. I like the roll. I like the meat. I like the cheese and the cheese melt. The extras were good but there was not a lot of them and they were not evenly distributed. The pizzas looked really good. The Cheesesteak Stromboli may be the way to go. I placed an online order to go. When I went to pick up the order, the bills was 30% higher than the prices on the online menu. When we questioned the bill, we were told that the online menu was out-of-date. That's unacceptable, and a 30% increase is totally unreasonable. One slice can easily be a meal at my family's favorite place when we want something for everyone. Their stuffed pizza is full to the brim stacked with cheese steak, BBQ chicken, or chicken broccoli cheddar, but my very favorite would have to be the buffalo chicken. Saucy, spicy, and cheesy, they don't skimp on the necessary ingredients (namely, the chicken and the cheese) as I've seen many other restaurants do in the past. Free Wi-Fi, free little cinnamon dough bites when you're being rung up, and a variety of toppings to please the most specific of palates. Vegetarian? No sweat. Meat-atarian? They got you covered. I've honestly never had anything other than the pizza, but that's probably because there are so many different slices that I'm still working my way through it. My mom's pretty fond of the Greek salad, but I say "Give me pizza, or give me death." At least if we're at Bravo. The service is fast and super friendly, I've found that it's sometimes important to heat the stuffed pizza a little longer than the regular slices for optimum temperature. Bravo is the best pizza place around in my opinion... Everything just looks so wonderful when you walk in it makes it hard to decide what to get! I usually settle on one of their gorgeous stuffed peppers... Ths last one I had was a veggie version... A beautiful yellow bell pepper stuffed with all kinds of veggies topped with their great tomato sauce and lots of mozzarella cheese. Oh my was it good! This place has experienced a major fall from grace. There was a time, not so long ago, when this place had excellent service, the best pizza crust around, and something really special about the final product -The pizza was flavorful and Crisp on the bottom, with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese on top. Bravos is not very close to our house and so we don't eat here all the time. What that means is that the differences become magnified. We can tell when things have taken a dive. With Covid, We have not eaten there in about nine months. When I stopped in yesterday at 8:30 PM, (closing time is nine), no one greeted me, everyone looked sullen and angry that I had walked in. I was informed in no uncertain way that they were closed, because they were hot. I thought they were kidding, but they weren't. A woman sweeping the floor essentially snarled at me that they weren't serving anymore. No one else in the store Even acknowledge my presence. As fate would have it, I was driving by the area again tonight, and remembering the glories of their past pizza crust, I stopped in again. Fortunately, they had not closed down early. I ordered two pizzas -a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza. I also attempted to order some french fries for my son. The french fry machine was non-functional. When we arrived with the hot pies at our house, everyone was excited. Alas, a great disappointment ensued. As we began to eat the pizza, A look of puzzlement and then disgust came over us.The crust on both pizzas was uncooked. No, I don't mean that the center of the pizza with all the toppings was a little bit soggy. The crust from one side to the other was undercooked to virtually uncooked. There was no finish the dough. It was almost raw. The cheese did not smell good. There was a virtual absence of sauce. No one wanted to eat the pizza. Mind you, this is in a house with three teenage boys. Very Upset. Since my initial review - which was terrific - we have been here several times. Each time the food quality was a bit worse - maybe 3 stars. But this last time - now I am so angry, I cam in at about 4:15 PM and was hungry so I got 2 garlic knots to go for my kid and asked the (albeit young and feisty, but apparently clueless) counter gal how much a side order of the chicken tortellini would be. She said $2.99 and I said "fine". Got to the cashier (same manager guy as before) and he rings up my order at nearly $7 - and I'm like "What??". He says it's $4.99 for the chicken tortellini. Awesome local pizza shop. When you walk in, there is about a 10 foot long counter stacked with pizzas, strombolis, calzones, pastas, salads, the works! You can also order anything off of their menu. The staff is very friendly and the seating area is large and clean. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. If I were dying, i'd want an all you can eat go at the spread of food they lay out for you. I placed an order online through their website (which directs you to Slice). Called for an update on the status. Whoever I spoke to on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. It's startling how large the selection and variety of ready-made, by-the-slice pizzas they have waiting for you as you enter the door. Just beyond that they have half a dozen pasta or similar dishes and then 3-4 salad or green dishes. These aren't your diluted, dumbed-down Italian dishes, no. These are colorful, tasty, just-outside-the-mainstream dishes that look amazing. I've never seen green, red and white vegetables and cheese quite this deep and vibrantly colored before. read more

I'm in town on business and staying at the Wyndham Garden Hotel on Baltimore Pike. Called Bravo because they had a good yelp rating. The guy who answered said he had never heard of my hotel ( I offered the address to him) which is .8 miles from his restaurant. This post will begin with the positive. We've been to the Bravo Pizza on Pottstown Pike several times. The pizza is good as are the salads and pasta. The staff is great. Today, I stopped by the location in Glen Mills and decided to have a sandwich, not pizza. I ordered the eggplant parm sandwich. Although you order in the cafeteria line, staff always delivers to the table, a nice touch. The sandwich arrived with a very small side of sauce. I looked at the sandwich and without really focusing at first, it didn't look great. I put some sauce on it and took a bit. I enjoyed the crispy loaf bread and at first didn't pay attention to the eggplant. Then I noticed that the eggplant was mainly breading. I pulled back the breading and found a razor thin slice of eggplant -- yes sliced that thin, so much so that there was no eggplant flavor. As I was leaving, I took the tray to the counter and told who I assumed was a manager that this was a terrible sandwich and look at what they tried to pass as eggplant parmesan. He apologized that I did not enjoy it. He then said eggplant has to be sliced so thinly because otherwise it would take too long to cook. From my perspective, slice it a little thicker and cook it a little longer and present a much better product. Then, he commented that Bravo has been making the same sandwich for 25 years and I am the very first person to complain. This is manager speak for I must really know very little not to thoroughly enjoy it. I would never return to this Bravo location. And I would never ever order a sandwich should we return to the other location on Pottstown Pike. If you like a breading sandwich, however, order the breading parmesan with just a hint of eggplant; that you might enjoy. read more

We must have gotten really unlucky here, decided on take out after reading the stellar reviews but for almost $20 we had the worst deep dish broccoli, chicken and Alfredo pizza imaginable. This is my go-to place for slices of pizza because of the good selection of specialty pizza as well as side selections (salads, pasta salads, pasta dishes). I've also gotten cheesesteaks from here (my recommendation is the pizza steak) and I was pleased. I come to Glen Mills on business 2-3 times a year and always stay in the same area. We discovered Bravo Pizza on our last trip there after a long 7 hour drive. It was exactly what we needed. Every type of pizza you can imagine sitting out and waiting for you to choose a slice. So many options for a vegetarian such as myself.
