Major ripoff!! Ordered from the online menu. When I went to pick up the order, the bill was $10 more for two items. When I asked why bill was so high, was told" yea, we raised prices about six months ago due ti the economy"! Ya think they could change the online menus??? On top of that the food was microwave fare. The pizza slices were okay but what was disgusting is that in this time of COVID infections, the female server was not only unmasked, but reached around us by placing her face right up to ours. Not only that, when she placed our plates on the table, she was holding them with her thumbs on the top of the plates. Totally oblivious of proper sanitation. Really good pizza. We ate with friends on a Friday night. The crust was thin without being cracker like. It was pretty tasty. I watched the guy chop all the lettuce with no gloves on. Then he wiped his nose! Walked away, came back, washed his hands for 3 seconds -- I said to him ... did you even use soap !?? Went to eat at Bravos Pizza in Lake Sumter yesterday When we got the bill the prices were higher than the menu ? so I asked the waitress why -she said there was a increase a while ago so I asked why wasn't it reflected on the menu She went to the manager to adjust the bill and came back pissed off said I created a problem I went to leave her a tip and she threw it back at me saying "I don't need your tip while screaming ----the manager came over and asked us to leave I would not recommend this place which such a attitude and will never go back read more

This was our first visit to Bravos. We ordered a large pizza and let me say this 15 inch pizza is BIG. Very large slices for sure. The crust is thinner which is good, with corn meal that is used on the counter. It's kind of like a NY style but not quite. The sauce did not seem to be a regular pizza sauce one is use to. It's a bit thinner. We had onion and green peppers on it which were sliced on diced and were a nice feature. I wish the pizza would of been a bit hotter when we picked it up but in their defense we were about 10 minuets late. I would try it again. Out of this world! I came with a group and we ordered a large plain cheese pizza for the table and I had a slice of veggie pizza on the side. The crispy yet bendable crust was seriously as good as I've had in NYC. Absolutely mouthwateringly delicious. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. I was looking online and saw the menu along with their prices. My wife ordered the food over the telephone. When she arrived at the restaurant a young Hispanic male with a nasty attitude told her the salads were not ready yes. Once the order was complete my wife described that the male seem bothered by her as he completed the transaction. One large pepperoni pizza two side salads and a small order of garlic knots was $47. The prices that are online are incorrect as in the restaurant the prices were almost doubled for the food. My wife felt that the employee was agitated and took it out on her. she paid for the food and left. If it was me I would have canceled my order at the restaurant due to that employees nasty behavior. read more

I was on the search for good New York pizza today, I found it in this place. The service was fantastic, super friendly! I can't speak for all the other menu items (I'm sure they are delicious). I only had a large cheese pizza and garlic knots. And might I just say it was exactly what I was looking for!!! The food came out fast and was great. As for the restaurant itself it has a very cute look to it. I love the decor and the accent tile ceiling is beautiful. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be back. Seems like quality control has gone down since remodeling. Toppings, specifically, are few and far between. May have been because we ordered a carry out w/gluten free crust. Whenever I come to visit my parents in the Villages, I usually make a few trips to this place. Not just because I'm bound to driving around in a golf cart and its a stone's throw from a cart part in Sumter Landing , but the pizza and calzones are actually quite delicious. The veggies and other ingredients in made-to-order calzones are fresh except for the canned mushrooms (yuck!) . The complimentary super garlicky knots with homemade marinara are well worth the wait, although the service is pretty quick anyway. read more

My husband really enjoyed his pizza! This was my third visit to Bravo and the most disappointing. I ordered Fettuccini Carbonara again, as I loved it on my last visit. I don't know what it was they served me but it was not Carbonara. My first bite tasted like Marsala, another favorite of mine, but not a flavor associated with Carbonara. The noodles were all so short I couldn't spin them and the sauce was like Marsala soup with peas and pancetta. My husband was almost finished with his pizza before I got my meal so I did not send it back. Bravo's is the only local Italian place I have found that has Carbonara on the menu, I hope they teach their chef how to prepare it. read more

I told a member of staff that we had a reservation. She apologized and said that no one had informed her and we would have a twenty minute wait. A very nice sit down pizza place located in the Villages of Florida. They offer free garlic knots to everyone who sits down and eats there. The tables were clean as well as the rest of the facility. However, seeing how it was made was a difficult issue for me. I have an allergy to dairy, meaning that I cannot be near cheese. Cross contamination would be bad for me. The waitress stated that they could make a pizza without cheese, and i was really tempted to go for that, until I went to see how the pizza was made. They make all the same pizza on the same board. Rarely wiping it down. When they take the cheese, they grab it from a bucket and sprinkle it on to the pizzas (same table). the 'pizza guys' do not use gloves when making the pizza either, nor wipe down the board when they make the pizza. Seeing the cross contamination was a big turn off for me, and that is why they received 2 stars. If they are more conscious to their cooking areas, It would be a lot nicer, and would give it more stars (maybe use a pizza tray for those who have allergies, separate knife, etc.)... My father ordered a calzone from them and the inside was a little cold. When he was done (only ate half), he requested a to-go box, as well as a small cup for the marinara sauce. They brought the box, and a cup full of regular, watered down tomato sauce. He ended up pouring that out and using the marinara sauce that he had from his calzone. Maybe it was just a bad day for them (even though it was not that busy) - one other family was there...and seemed to be waiting for a while. read more
