I wanted pizza after all the pizza hut commercials, but I couldn't give into the chains! Decided to check out this local spot instead. Walk in and find a cute place with 4 tables and lots of teens working. I had the Green, medium. It was $16 for a medium pizza that basically just tasted like cheese. I could barely taste the pesto and the cheese was a thick layer, it wasn't stringy or gooey at all :( boo The crust was good, good thickness, not greasy, and had a bit of chewiness. Overall the pizza was fine and the people were very nice. I'd feel better about the price if I actually got meat. Maybe next time I'll get the rancher trip tip pizza. Also the delivery costs $2 :( read more

Best calzone EVER! In my experience, calzones are usually dough-heavy, but not this one. The crust was light, airy and delicious. We had four different pizzas, a few orders of batons (breadsticks) and a calzone. Everything was awesome! I have a lot of picky eaters in my family and everyone loved everything. It's not on the menu, but ask for the "ultra thin" crust. It's sooo good. We almost never travel to Lompoc, but we did today just to try this place. Suffice it to say, we'll be back. read more

Great local pizza. Wasn't a menu online so we stopped in to check it out. People working the counter were friendly, and they had magazines for us while we waited. We've been going to bravo for quite awhile. We loved going when Andre owned it. We think the new owner is doing fabulous. He understands the local business being a local come home guy. The pizza is great as are the batons ( aka breadsticks). Yeah yeah there were some bad reviews for awhile but hey there was a transition time between Owners and hey when you've been in Business for as long as Andre was you would be a bit tired too. Well Bravo has new reinvigorated energy now. The new owner seems super nice. The only reviews worth reading now are those in the last month or two Since the new owner took over still give it some time everyone needs a break as they get used to a new business. read more

Just ate at Bravo Pizza. It was great. We had two large pizzas. One was 1/2 BBQ Chicken and 1/2 Hawaiian. The other one was 1/2 Green and 1/2 Chicken Alfredo. We also tried the breadsticks and a calzone. The pizzas were very good. I am a Hawaiian Pizza guy and theirs is very good! I liked all the pizzas but the Green was really good. The breadsticks and calzone were also very good. The new owner, Matt, was there working hard and provided excellent customer service. It seems like Matt is going to take this long time Lompoc favorite pizza place into the digital age! read more

My husband and I were staying at a hotel down the street from Bravo and chose to walk farther than the other pizza place RIGHT NEXT DOOR based on the Yelp reviews...and we're glad we did! We ordered an extra cheese and it had perfectly melty/toasted cheese. We also had a cauliflower crust with veggies and I liked the crispy texture. The awesome customer service was icing on the cake. Best pizza I've ever tasted! I recently moved up here from Santa Barbara & we have some pretty good pizza places there but man, when I tried their White Pizza w/Cilantro, it was all over! Hands down the most amazing pizza EVER! And it's the only pizza I'll probably ever get from there because it's that good! You just have to ask them not to pat off the grease from the cheese because if they do, it gets really dry. Now, when we go, my husband has to get his own pizza (he likes red sauce anyways) because I will not share with him! That white pizza with the cilantro is all mine! Sometimes they are out of the cilantro and sometimes you have to remind them to put it on, but when it's added, there is something extra special about the flavors all together. My final word? We are new to the area and checked this place out because of the high reviews on Yelp. And we LOVED it! The owner is a very kind man. We were there with our 2 little ones. The place does mainly take-out and home delivery. FYI. There are no high chairs/boosters for little ones. Other than that the food was lovely. We couldn't stop eating the pizza and batons.
