I don't think so however, they don't offer a "guarantee", so that the charge that you pay for them to snake your outside drain the first time is exactly that the first time. They want to know you for 375 each and every subsequent visit. I have two words for them one begins with an F the other one begins with a U. They didn't seem to have super high intellect, but I bet you they can guess what it is. They're con men, rather con Cowboys If the service doesn't work in three or four days, they'll come back out but you have to repay the service so you have to pay $375 twice. That's just their policy. Every time I would voice a complaint the one cowboy would say I hear you ma'am. I'm glad he heard me, however, he did absolutely nothing to remedy: ie, help with looking into alternatives, call a supervisor, scratch his ass, other than say "I hear ya ma'am" pleasant enough, however after the sixth time - worthless - makes you angry in fact. It's like "well get back on your horses boys and head back to Texas and take your ugly ass machine with you" Ready, tidy plumbing con artists they want to nail you for a service call no matter if it's an hour after your service or two hours or a day, two days, three days, four days, It's just their policy. I put in for pricing and availability. I got an immediate quote that was incredibly reasonable. Giovanni came out in less than two hours. He got the old ones out and new ones in very quickly. He explained everything that was done. He tested everything out and we were good to go. He was very friendly and professional. He even asked if there was anything else we needed him to look at while he was here. At the end, the quote was the final price. Highly recommend!

While replacing some valves, he discovered another leak from an old section of pipe and quickly identified the issue. He replaced the faulty pipe at no additional charge, which I greatly appreciated. Daniel was polite, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very careful while working, making sure to protect my walls and surrounding area when using a torch to solder the pipes. Truly an Honest Review -…read more First off, The Water Heater Company fixed the issue with the pilot light on our Rheem Professional water heater, which had been going out after hours or days of use. This had happened in the past when we first purchased the unit about four years ago. At that time, I replaced the burner assembly and control valve, and the problem was solved. I never found out the exact cause, but it was fixed. Fast forward to today, and the same issue started happening again. Unfortunately, I was away on business, and my wife was home with the kids, getting tired of relighting the pilot every morning and sometimes multiple times during the day. We called The Water Heater Company, and their service and communication were excellent. After diagnosing the issue, they contacted Rheem and ordered replacement parts under warranty: the burner assembly and control valve. They gave us three options: replace the two parts under warranty, replace the entire water heater, or install a tankless water heater. Because this is a very expensive unit that otherwise works well, we chose to repair it. Here's my honest opinion. As a fellow tradesman, I understand that skilled work is expensive. Still, the labor charge of $800 felt very high for what was essentially a warranty part replacement. The first visit took about an hour, and the second visit took around 50 minutes. I understand there's drive time, phone calls, office staff, insurance, tools, and scheduling overhead, but it still seemed excessive. Maybe I'm looking at it through the eyes of someone who usually handles these kinds of repairs myself, but I was away for an extended period and needed the problem resolved. So I'm torn on the rating. Quality of work: 10/10. Professionalism: 10/10. Price: 4/10. In the end, though, I paid for peace of mind and have the issue fixed correctly than save a little money and end up with a possible poor repair.

Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?
