We had a terrible experience here several years ago with a washer (which we have replaced) and a dishwasher that never worked right. Things happen. That's why we buy warranties. When you spend a modest amount, say $30K on a few appliances at Bray and Scarff and spend nearly $5000 on warranty you pretty much think you can sleep easy. WRONG. Unless of course you don't mind waiting 30 minutes to an hour each time you call the service center and over a month to get your service call and repairs completed. IF service is important, there may be a few other options. For me, I'm still waiting for my appliance(s) to be repaired from a service call that was made almost a month ago. Very impressed with this location. We worked with Gerry and Jerome (the manager). We are building a new home and have to select every, single, item. It gets overwhelming at times. These two gentlemen went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our selections. They allowed us as much time as we needed to make our choices. From a price perspective they were VERY VERY competitive. They really worked our numbers to the point where we are 100% certain we got the best possible deal for us. No pressure. I purchased a new front load washer and dryer to replace an old set. I highly recommend Bray & Scarff for every appliance purchase. Even if you pay a little extra, it will be worth it EVERY TIME. On an early Sunday morning, Jerome on site in the show room was helpful and swift. He gave us details on our options, let us check Consumer Reports for reference, and let us get photos and the measurements we needed to make sure the units would fit. I was able to call in and place the order by phone. The price for both units (including all the extras - delivery, hoses, etc) was just what we expected based on our research. For the delivery, I received a call notifying me of the time window. On delivery day, I received a call within the window letting me know the delivery was 5-10 minutes away. Micha and Edox did a great job scoping out the space, being respectful of my home, keeping things clean, removing the old units, letting me clean behind them, and setting up the new units. Micha even fixed the old dryer duct for me. He gave me a detailed explanation of how to use and maintain the units. In 2017 we purchased all of our replacement appliances with Kitchen-Aid equipment and were delighted with all aspects of Bray & Scarff's performance of delivery, installation and follow up. TERRIBLE! It took 4 different attempts to deliver $9,000 worth of appliances for our new home because they were all damaged. We asked it they could be inspected BEFORE the delivery so we would not have to incur any more days off of work but they did not care and would not accommodate our request for evening/weekend delivery. The calls to the manager (Jerome) were not never returned. The final time we called, we were told that he was not it. WE HAD CALLED FROM THE PARKING LOT AND COULD SEE HIM IN THE WINDOW. SO! I am revising my review from 2016 when we bought our appliances (and an expensive store warranty policy that was supposedly administered by Bray and Scarff, with their own personnel). The dishwasher (GE Profile) quit in October. The tech came out and said it was one of two parts needed, he would order and call in a couple of weeks or less when they came in. Since then, I have been given three delayed dates. One of the parts did come in, but they won't come out to even see if that is the part that doesn't work. The store denies any connection to the service department. The service department doesn't return calls when they say they will. Nor do they answer emails. When I finally went to the store and stood there until I was able to speak to a manager, one of the men got a service department person on the phone for me to speak to and I was given yet another date. My experience with Bray & Scharff was unexpectedly aggravating, and I believe that the company is participating in a large scale scam. I was promised that the delivery fee of $49.99 would be returned to me as a rebate by store employee Marlon Lopez. I purchased a rather expensive appliance. As soon as it was delivered, I submitted the rebate form that I was given. It was returned as undeliverable. I emailed Mr. Lopez who sent me a "more current" rebate form. I mailed that immediately. When I never heard from the rebate center, I called them. They claimed not to have received the form and it was too late now to send one in unless I could prove that I had sent it in on time, which she explained could only be done if I had the original envelope that the original form was returned in. I had it and was told to mail it to them and I would receive my rebate. Months have gone by and no rebate. I went to the "rebate center" website to check on my rebate. A warning screen appeared with a number to call. I called that number, and a different number that was on the rebate form, during business hours and was told to call back during business hours. I am convinced that this is an intentional large scale scam. My $49.99 is not the issue here. It is the hundreds, maybe thousands of $49.99 rebates promised by Bray & Scharff fully knowing that they will never be paid. I will never buy anything from Bray & Scharff again, and believe that a store that holds itself out as having "PERSONAL ATTENTION Unlike the big national chains, we take the time to understand your needs ...," yet participates in a scam cannot be trusted to provide the honest service or quality appliances they promise. read more

I'm giving the Fairfax store 1/2 star. Purchased Thermador products at the Fairfax, VA store in April 2021. One of the items was the floor model 48" hood. To date, the Fairfax store has not allowed us to take delivery of the hood. This has NOT been a good experience. We purchased three different appliances since they were having a special. The money rebates were great and were to be processed by us. The salesperson kindly processed one for $500 since we couldn't get it to go through. We now learned it was declined and we don't know why. Also, there was a scratch on one of the appliances because of the way Bray and Scarff installed it. We were promised the $500 rebate and a new door to replace the one with the scratch. We are still waiting for both and emailed our salesperson but have not received a response. At this point we feel we're in a bait and switch situation. I would not purchase from Bray and Scarff again and the GE appliances are not up to par with what we had previously. We will continue to pursue our promised $500 rebate and the door replacement. We took delivery of a washing machine. Meka and Edox were our delivery people. I'm not sure which of them did the inside work, but he was excellent. He quickly and efficiently and safely disconnected and removed the old machine, and then he courteously allowed me to clean behind it. And then he quickly and efficiently and carefully installed the new one. He patiently explained the features of the new machine to us, and gave us some tips that we wouldn't have known otherwise. My family spent a long time planning a large scale kitchen renovation and had been impressed with our initial experience with one of the bray and scarff designers, Kelly. She had great ideas and a good sense of kitchen layout and storage. When our first architect bid didn't work out, she suggested an architect she had worked with, and ultimately we went with him. Then we paid the 50% deposit. That was the last we heard of ole' Kelly. She didn't respond to emails, phone messages, for days, weeks, months. Once we left her a message saying "aren't you embarrassed to have let this go on so long?" and still didn't hear back. Our GC didn't have his messages to her returned either. I think at some point in this 2 month gap of not returning calls or emails, we were out shopping for fixtures for the kitchen and actually saw her, helping another client shop! That woman must have paid triple what we paid to get such service...seriously, how much money should we have paid to get a phone call? Then came her final delight. We had been calling her because we needed the "counter guy" to come out and measure the counter tops, once the cabinets had finally been delivered. I believe he finally arrived in September...our project started in July mind you. The order goes in and someone else from bray and scarff called to tell us (obviously not Kelly, I mean let's get real here) the counter we wanted was on back order until November 18. Oh and by the way, since the order is "in" you have to pay the remaining 50% you owe us, even though your kitchen is an unfinished train wreck. Lovely. Well as you can guess from my post on November 20, we just received a call saying the counters haven't actually arrived, but because the installers only work Tuesday and Thursday for some insane reason, we will have to wait until DECEMBER 3 to finally have them installed. Super, well we'll just cancel Thanksgiving then, thank you bray and scarff. You have guaranteed that we would NEVER recommend your terrible customer service, lazy follow through, and absurd scheduling to anyone in Virginia. Thank you for dragging this renovation on from July 15 through DECEMBER, taking our money and never once trying to make us happy. It's been such a pleasure. ***Just to cement the point that you should NEVER use bray and scarff, here's my January update on our still unfinished kitchen. When a free-standing part of our cabinetry set up was set with counters on December 6, we discovered that the valance that was to connect two upper cabinets was too big to fit. Surprisingly, we quickly received a call from Kelly telling us it was our fault! She is such a treasure. There were also several trim pieces missing from this separate piece of cabinetry which Kelly insisted were delivered (we invited her to come to the house and look for them, as we have a pile of trim that doesn't fit anywhere else...so glad we paid for all that extra by the way). And even though she ADMITTED that one piece of trim she ordered is 3 inches too short, apparently WE HAVE TO PAY MORE to get the right sized piece. Does that make any sense to anyone? Seriously, I would love to hear the logic on that. But bray & scarff got their money, so now the phone calls to fix these last few major details are nonexistent, and the emails are coming farther and farther apart. We understand that getting the valance in the right size is going to take some time, but how long? Has the company started working on it? Will this kitchen be finished before 2015? In our last email to Kelly, who said she didn't remember us ever calling or emailing her after June, we detailed her failures in customer service and asked her to send us her supervisor's email. Walked into this store on Sunday the 26th, early afternoon with my mother and aunt looking for a new refrigerator, under counter beverage center, and washer and dryer. Donald Smith was sitting on his chair and stated "can I help you", I thought that's a great start and asked him for the items that I was looking for, explained to him that I was doing a total kitchen remodeling and wanted assistance with first the refrigerator, he spoke about the KitchenAide product and pointed to where my aunt was walking to and said "that's the one, she is walking right to it". On several occasions, he would step out of his area and instead of focusing on my needs, and was just pointing to the areas that we needed to look for them. At the end of it all, and putting up with his negative attitude that was felt throughout from me and my family (what do you want? or are what are you doing here!), at least that's what we all perceived, time came up where we needed pricing and further information. He then proceeded to start discussion on pricing and availability but nothing formal. Told him to please write it down the pertinant information, he wrote prices behind his business card and was writing it down (no model or information on any of the products), he then stated "you know what, write your name, number and your email and I will send you a quote", the manner in which he directed me to do this was aggressive and acted as he was doing me a favor. In turn, I asked him for him to write it down, so he can read his writing, as mines may not be as legible, and stated that to him. He then stated "I gave you a paper to do it", and I replied, no sir you write it down, which he did. Then, I asked him of the timeline on when will he be sending the quote, he replied on a dismissive, aggressive, sarcastic tone, you will get it tomorrow morning. Well, needless to say, it is now the 29th and Donald has yet to send anything. As a current retail business owner with approx 1200 fine folks working with me, I have some knowledge on how difficult it can be to run a retail business. We strive day in and out to take care of our customers the best we can, in this competitive retail environment, and make them feel comfortable and welcomed. That said, based on a brief exchange I had with another team member in the same store, I believe we probably could of easily purchased the attached from your location, due to his subtle interjection to give some guidance. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service from Donald, and his lack of commitment to us, (the potential customer), we just went and bought all the appliances somewhere else today. Frank, from Appliance Distributors Unlimited in Chantilly, was exceptional and earned my business. I had my Maintenance Director with me, who just completed the transaction. If I could give less than one star I would. After three weeks of calling and never once getting a return call, I still have no repair to my wall oven. I paid a very high premium for Bray and Scarff service, but as soon as it was needed, I was told it wasn't their fault that they hadn't fixed it, or hadn't called me back, it was their contractor. When I bought the service it was touted as being Bray and Scarff service, which made it worth the premium. One more falsehood. We renovated our kitchen and chose Bray and Scarff for couple of reasons. They carry high-end brands that other stores such as Home Depot, Lowes or Best Buy do not sell. Went with Sub Zero 48 inch refrigerator, 48 inch Wolf Duel Fuel Gas range and 48 in Wolf hood vent. I also visited Fergusons showroom in Alexandria as they also carried these brands. The reason I chose Bray and Scarff: 1. It was more personal experience as it wasn't as crowded as Fergusons. 2. While Fergusons had friendly staff, I didn't feel as though they knew the products better than Bray and Scarff. 3. Follow up from Bray and Scarff was much better. I didn't even get the promised email containing all the items I was interested in and the pricing from Ferguson's. Bray and Scarff gave me paper copies of all items and followed up with email containing the electronic copy of product list and price. 4. Umesh, goes by UV from Bray and Scarff went out of the way to look for rebates that I didn't even ask for. Ended up getting 1K in rebate along with rebate which covered delivery. Now on to post sale... Service did not drop. Delivery scheduling was easy and the crew they sent were true professionals. Moving 680 pound refrigerator is never a walk on the beach. The crew brought everything into my garage and opened up the box to make sure there was no damage to the product. Back to UV. Apparently Wolf does not include the vent duct cover when you purchase the vent. Imagine that, $2400 vent + $900 motor, but they don't throw in the duct cover. I mentioned this to UV and he confirmed that it is a separate product that needs to be purchased. He looked through my order and made sure that right duct cover was ordered as Wolf has several different vent types. For me, A+ experience from beginning to the end. read more

We ordered a basic refrigerator 4 weeks ago from Bray and Scarff. We just had to cancel the order today after being jerked around for the past four weeks on receiving delivery on said refrigerator. We wanted a basic top freezer unit for our basement, it was not an emergency but it was needed. At first we were told we would have to accept a white one instead of the black and that it was in stock. It was not and after waiting for 4 weeks and expecting delivery today we had to call them to find out they don't have that fridge in stock and won't be getting it. No notice from anyone there. I ordered a new stove over three weeks ago. Paid more to go with Bray and Scarff thinking it would be better customer service but it is the opposite. I paid in full for a unit in stock. The next day I got a call selling me on the extended protection program which I stupidly agreed to. I have not gotten a call or any communication since. About two weeks ago I started calling every 2 days to follow up. Each time I was promised someone would look into it and get back to me. Today I am going to call for the seventh time and cancel my order, if they can even manage that. We recently purchased 4 kitchen appliances from B&S. We went with them because we were sold on the after sale service they provide. All of their installers actually work for B&S while SEARS contracts out their installers. After installation, 6pm on a friday, we found that our new microwave oven did not work. We have a 1 year old boy and a microwave is instrumental in our lives. I called our salesman from B&S, and he immediately scheduled my service call with one of their technicians. First thing monday morning our new microwave was up and running (minor installation error). I was very pleased with the quick turnaround and how B&S responded to our issue. Got a new dishwasher from them. The ordering is separate from delivery in a very unfriendly way. They require a site visit, which takes a couple days. The visit results can take a week to get back to the store. Snow delayed washer to store then install was pushed five days. Needed a new dishwasher and they said it was in stock, not in North Carolina... install was supposed to be in 2-6pm range. They arrived at 640pm and finished at 805pm. Cudos for the installers for working a long day but really?!? 8pm! Not a store I will order through again unless they are the only ones selling what I need. I purchased a new gas cooktop and downdraft from the Fairfax Store. Unbeknownst to me until 2 weeks ago, the downdraft was initially installed incorrectly. I talked to Brian Mitchell at the Fairfax store and explained to him what the issue was. He called the installation department and within several days I received a call back and had an appointment scheduled.Richard the repair tech called beforehand to let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time and rectified the installation issue. He was thorough, had the correct parts and cleaned up afterward. Thanks to Brian and Richard I now have downdraft I paid for . Despite an uneventful sales experience, the customer service related to appliance repair lies somewhere between mediocre and terrible. This is not to say that you can't find a person here or there to pay attention for a bit, but overall, the parts/repair side of the house really doesn't care. The part will arrive when it arrives....and if it doesn't that's not their problem. We bought the extended warranty on a Whirlpool dual oven. Despite the fact that it comes with a self-cleaning function, when the repairman showed up to fix it he said, "Never use that; Easy Off is the way to go." Of course, it took them more than a week to have someone show up to tell us that. Pleasant enough, he said he'd order the parts, and was off. I spent the next four weeks calling the warehouse to check on the status of parts. General attitude -- they're on order, we'll call you when they get here. B.S. As Christmas was approaching (we used the self-cleaning feature after all the Thanksgiving turkey grease), I went into high gear, calling virtually every day. Still no joy. And don't even think about trying to schedule the repairman prior to the parts arriving -- "We don't do it that way." We needed three parts, one of which -- I'm told on Friday the 19th -- is out of stock, and they don't know when they'll have one. This is 3+ weeks after the parts are ordered. "You can call the Insurance Company; here's the phone number and the part number." Call them; quite pleasant. "We shipped all the parts, and the last one arrived on the 16th." Call B&S back, tell them that. "We don't have it. Nothing I can do." Turns out the Insurance folks sent it someplace in Georgia (you can't make this S%^ up). But, good news, they've found the part, and it's in GA. So, do they overnight it so it can be there on Saturday, worst case Monday, for a Monday or Tuesday repair? Hell no. Just got off the phone with the B&S Warehouse gal. "Well, the part might arrive Monday or Tuesday; I don't know (and I don't care --OK, I made that last part up). "How am I supposed to cook dinner on Christmas Eve ? (our tradition)." Silence -- which I interpret as "you're problem, Jack." My Sicilian wife is about to slit my throat, so I give her the phone and she speaks to a supervisor. Basically, same story, only worse. The part is STILL in Georgia (why try to send it Friday night?), so they MIGHT overnight it on Monday (no commitment there), and they MIGHT get it on Tuesday. Any chance of getting it repaired on Tuesday? "Well, I really can't commit to that." Sigh. Bottom line folks, unless you don't plan on ever needing your appliance repaired at any point in its functional life cycle, don't buy anything from this crowd. They don't care. read more

10 years ago I purchased a GE profile refrigerator from this establishment. Last week a certified GE repair man came to our home to fix a frozen drain tube. He left stating he could not fix it because it was a design flaw with Samsung refrigerators. That is when I found out that GE refrigerators we bought 10 years ago was basically a Samsung refrigerator with a GE sticker slapped on them. He refused to charge us any money. When I came to this establishment last Friday I explained that 10 years ago when I came to the store that I had explained that I would only shop here because I had heard that Samsung refrigerators which were sold at the box stores had significant problems with them. The salesman at that time explained to me that they stand by their product and that we would be a very satisfied with the GE product. I told the salesman last Friday about our experience with GE repairman and how shocked I was. I said I was not pleased with what I was told by the salesman that sold us the refrigerator 10 years ago. That one, either the salesman did not know their product or worse he knew perfectly well what it was made by and needed to just make the sale. Today I spoke with the manager and his response to my explanation was that he was not there 10 years ago so he couldn't not explain why they would've done that. I responded by questioning whether he thought that that was away any business should be run. He again said that he was not there. I state that a reputable firm would not treat a customer this way. Except for the salesperson who sold the drier over the phone, all subsequent calls to the Fairfax store to inquire about delivery status were met with unfriendly, rude, uncaring store personnel. One store worker who answered the phone raised his voice at me for no apparent reason, was curt and unfriendly. Furthermore, the company did not have a standard-size drier in stock. I had no choice but to purchase an expensive, $1800 drier ( after 5-year warranty, tax, shipping and handling, removal of old drier, the total price I paid for a simple drier was $2300!) And the door of the new drier would not shut properly. If you have the money, you can choose to shop at Bray & Scarff. Just do not expect top-quality customer service. read more

We recently needed to replace our old clothes dryer and were pleased to find that in spite of the many stores closed, Bray and Scarff was still open. The salesman, Sam Zamrik, was very knowledgeable about models and what would be appropriate for our needs. The delivery/installation crew came first thing in the morning several days later. They were very polite and professional and were able to cope with the tight dimensions of our basement stairway. We are now enjoying our new Maytag that has many nice features that our previous 30 year old didn't have. Jerome explained to me that they don't make dryers like they used to (without computers). So, I know that computers break, so I wanted to get the warranty. DO NOT buy from Bray and Scarff. I had a terrible experience buying from these clowns. The short version of my experience: I was shopping for a new washer dryer set for my condo. I didn't have a lot of space to work with, and was looking for a front-loading, stackable set. After doing a lot of research, I found the model that would work for my needs and went shopping. Looked at the usual, big-box suspects before heading to Bray and Scraff after having a pleasant experience with their salesman (Mike America) at the Dulles Home Expo in September. B&S was able to match the price of their larger competitors and also deliver the unit quicker. That's where things got hairy. Delivery was on time, but their delivery guy was as rude as can be. He looked like he had no clue what he was doing, barely spoke and was not helpful in answering any of my questions. Then it turned out the unit did not fit entirely. The exhaust vent on the dryer needed to be switched to the other side to save space. The installer left without switching it, and when I called B&S I was told it would cost $100 for them to send someone to fix it. The salesman (Mike America), who was SO kind during the shopping process turned into a complete jerk and stubbornly refused to budge. This was despite saying over and over during the shopping process that B&S had a great return policy and excellent customer service. Mike America also assured me that the installer would measure my space before installation to be absolutely sure our washer would fit, or else he would not install it. Both claims were totally false. Looking back, I would definitely go with a big box retailer. Bray and Scarff's installation prices are through the roof, and you do not get any additional customer service or support by going with the little guy. Not worth it at all. Do not trust Bray and Scarff salesmen, do not be fooled by their offers to match prices, and do not fall for their claims of "excellent customer service." None of it is true. I have very mixed feelings about Bray and Scarff. I've purchased from them a couple of times now, at two different locations (the other was the Tyco Rd location), and have had very different experiences. My most recent experience involved the purchase of an entire suite of appliances. Refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and range hood. Went in the store on Memorial Day weekend and was greeted by Dennis. Friendly guy and knowledgeable and helped us make our purchase and was generally good to work with during the sales process. The experience cascaded from there. Delivery was delayed because a refrigerator came damaged. Not their fault and understandable. That resulted in my being out of town when the delivery was made. The installers came and said that the refrigerator wouldn't fit up our stairwell. I had measured before the purchase and knew it would fit, but they didn't even attempt to get it up the stairwell. They said that we would have to buy a new refrigerator and took the one we purchased back. In all fairness, a stair rail should have been removed for extra clearance, which I would've done if I was around, unfortunately that wasn't so because of the date change and the installers probably are required to complete each job as quickly as possible so I don't knock them for that. Just wish they had at least attempted or removed the stair rail. (It's only a few screws, but I get that there may be liability issues). It took repeated calls to Dennis to get a new delivery date for the refrigerator and I had to sign a waiver stating that they weren't responsible for damage. I would also have to pay an additional fee because they needed 3 people to get the refrigerator up the stairs. I talked to Dennis and he agreed to credit me the difference on the extra delivery fee so that was helpful and he said he would refund my credit card. Except he didn't. It took repeated calls and he finally credited it from another installation fee for the range hood which was a service I asked for. When they redelivered the refrigerator, it ended up only taking 2 guys instead of the 3 and they had no issue getting the refrigerator installed. I would've been mad that they charged an extra fee since the 3rd guy didn't do anything to lift the fridge, but the fee was credited so I let it go. The dishwasher was also dented, they said it happened in the box and they would order a new door so they installed and left. I also repeatedly asked him about the dishwasher door and when it was ordered and when I could expect a replacement. The delivery was on June 5th, Dennis told me the door was ordered on June 7th and said it generally takes a week to get in. After a week passed I asked him what the status was and he said he would check. I never heard back from him. I called him the next day and he told me that it would take awhile and he'd let me know when it comes in. I had to speak with him about a measure and an install and asked him each time when it would come in and he told me he would check. Fast forward to July 10th, I called and left a message and asked another salesperson that it shouldn't have taken that long and that Dennis would check and call me back. I finally gave up on Dennis and called their main office and was told by someone they would check and get back to me. They promptly called back after looking into it and I was told the door wasn't ordered till June 20th. It was also back ordered, but I would get a call back on the due date. I got another call the next day and the installation was scheduled. In sum, the salespeople do seem to know what they are talking about and the installers who came were professional and good at what they do. Bray and Scarff also was very good on their pricing. My issue was with Dennis. Might be great working with him if there are no issues, but if you state that you're going to do something or follow-up and call back, a customer should be able to expect that there will be follow through. Dennis repeatedly failed to do what he said and it never got done unless I called and pestered him about it, and he pretty much lied to me about ordering a replacement dishwasher door because he told me it was ordered when it was not. I'm not sure if it's a function of just being busy or overloaded or a system that needs to be changed where customer care is handled by someone other than the sales staff, but when I step back and look at the situation as a whole, a fairly good experience was tainted by poor customer service from a salesman. I still think I'd check them out the next time, but I might be tempted to just get their prices matched by another store and buy from somewhere else. 5 stars for the delivery and installation staff and the home read more

Bought a floor model microwave. When I got it home it didn't heat my food. A technician came to my home and told me that 2 parts were missing from the microwave. Great!!! Luckily I did purchase the insurance and they were able to order it for me. I waited 3 weeks for the parts to come in. The service dept. told me the tech would be at my house between 1pm and 5pm. I am still waiting!! No phone call. Nothing. Had to take time off of work for nothing. Great customer service. I will never buy anything from Bray and Scarff again. read more

I purchased and financed a kitchen appliance set at B&S in Fairfax and will never go back. When the delivery team showed up, they were abrasive and argumentative from the start. After 30 minutes of no visible progress they told me they couldn't complete the install without me paying more for needed parts. Then, they said they didn't have the parts anyway and would have to leave the items but not install correctly. When I called the store to try and sort it out, I found the store staff was even worse. They said delivery and install wasn't their problem and I could either accept delivery as-is or return the items. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the staff said there was no supervisor or manager at the store. In the face of such horrible service, and a total lack of basic install, I had to return the items and push back my whole kitchen renovation project. A call to B&S headquarters was never returned, and the sales manager at the store never followed up. I've lived and shopped in Fairfax 20+ years and never encountered such horrible service from a sales and install team. All I can say is go elsewhere for your appliance needs. read more

I have purchased a few items from Bray and Scarff. They sell high end products but have no idea how to provide the service to support them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have a sub zero and it needs service. The gentlemen arrived and had not idea what he was doing. That was several months ago. We have now had to appointments and he had to cancel both of them. Asked to speak to a manager and have heard nothing back. read more
