When we finally decided to remodel our current kitchen, without a doubt, I reached out to Patty for help. Woods Wizards was thoughtful and communicative throughout the process and we'd absolutely use them again.

We selected Artistic based on the extensive display of styles in their showroom, the workmanship and quality of the cabinets, and the price point (Artistic was not the highest of the 3 quotes given comparable design and quality). We went with DOCA cabinets knowing that had a longer lead-time coming from Spain. Julie was phenomenal to work with. She guided us through some key decisions regarding functionality, design, balance, focal point, unique features, and colors. The design process was very enjoyable and efficient. Julie was very professional and patient. She came to our house to take the final measurements. She was meticulous and precise. There were no measurement issues in our project. The fit was perfect and every inch of space was well used. The renderings were extremely helpful as we could envision the outcome. During the construction, Julie came on-site another time to answer questions from our installer. We encountered a couple of minor issues. Julie and Artistic Kitchen resolved the issues for us even though they were installation related. There was no finger-pointing. She was only focused on getting our desired results for us. From the beginning, Giovanni was very good about communicating the process he recommended based on the state of our siding and was responsive through the end of the project. Their team sanded and stained all of the cedar at a fair price. And unlike other companies, they didn't pressure me to get the cedar restained more frequently than needed. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be to ask the staff to be careful around my plants, but honestly I would rate the job 9.9/10. When the color didn't turn out how I expected, the owner wrote me a long explanation for why he used a particular stain and the issues with my old stain. I really appreciated the explanation and that his team did a more labor intensive process (sanding all of the cedar siding) than other quotes I received. Several months later, they also went out of their way to get back to me on the stain they used because I want to stain my gates the same color. When the time comes again to restain our cedar, I'll definitely be giving Giovanni and Richard a call. Their customer service is top notch!

They had changed their email server and so lost all the past correspondence and thus apologized and re-engaged. We eventually set up a date and all seemed good. Well, that date came up and went. I called, texted and emailed that morning and day and have not heard a word from them still. It's been 10+ days, which feels overly generous as I don't tend to write negative reviews. However to safe you time and energy, engage at your own risk. If people tell you they are being ghosted, believe them.

The installers did a fabulous job: super efficient and careful, managed the jenga of shuffling our furniture between rooms so the next room was always ready when the installer was ready, cleaned everything up. We love our new carpet and highly recommend Carpetworks!
