Tasty breakfast burrito, I would eat there again although it was nothing too special.

Only 4 stars coz it's not fancy and I didn't "love" their coffee, but it is well worth your business!! I like to order a little something before I go to Cleo Salon next door - so convenient. My daughter LOVES their French toast and I've had a fabulous Greek salad there. Today I got a large fruit bowl and the berries were totally fresh - blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Another thing I like is that the counter guy is always the same - he's knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Their prices are EXTREMELY inexpensive, too. PS: As for the coffee, just walk on down to BeanScene (in the same mini mall) and then all bases are covered! read more

I love this place! My boyfriend lives right down the street so for convenience we started coming here. They are now my favorite breakfast spot in the area. they also have a good lunch (burgers and the turkey melt are really good) For breakfast I like getting either the burrito or the 2 eggs 2 French toast (or pancakes ) and bacon or sausage with a side of hashbrowns. Their hashbrowns are buttery and delicious. If you like coffee with your breakfast they give 6 choices of roast and the French vanilla is super good. The people who work here are always really nice and helpful. Definitely stop here if you're looking for a local lunch or breakfast you won't be disappointed. read more

Just had breakfast here - and - I was a bit disappointed after seeing good reviews on Yelp. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on an English muffin with a side of the home fries - the sandwich was ok - but - the home fries were bland! no wonder they serve with a side of salsa - the service was nice / but they should spend more time and effort into keeping the place cleaner it didn't seem very clean the tables & floors were dirty. I don't think I would go back and try again. it was just MEH. read more

Since this is called a breakfast cafe, I went for the pancakes and a side of the breakfast potatoes. The pancakes were thick and fluffy. They weren't too heavy, which is a common complaint I have about pancakes. Three came in a stack for about 6 bucks. Not a bad deal. The potatoes were really good, but not as much as the awesome o'brien style at Eggs 'n' Things. I would probably come back in the future. read more

Slowly discovering places to eat in Augora and found this place on yelp. We ordered the breakfast burrito and the huevos ranchos. The food was okay, just tasted like normal breakfast food. The huevos ranchos was kind of hard to eat, and they forgot the chorizo. But I would come back when I'm in the area if i'm hungry and craving breakfast food. This is a family owned Greek styled breakfast place in Lindero Canyon. It is a walk up and order and get your number and find a table place... usually a very busy spot, but there is always someone finishing as you are needing a seat. There is a nice lil coffee bar with a few options to choose from and the coffee is bottomless! I tried bacon and eggs and they were great- the eggs were cooked perfectly and the ingredients seemed very fresh. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. read more

I have zero complaints about this place. The food was amazing, the service was great, and best of all our food was servedt at lighting speed. I was here with a group of around 8, all in a post wedding hungover daze. Everyone loved their food. and it was super cheap. This is a quick, clean, nice local breakfast place. It seems to be busy most of the time, but not overly crowded. The food is fine, consistent, but nothing really special. There are number of places where you can get better food for the same money. They have good number of options for both breakfast and lunch. I have been here many times and really like this place. Its a family owned breakfast spot in an oak park strip mall that delivers every time. Good food, decent service, at a good price. You get pretty good portions for what you pay and several times they've gone above and beyond to please us as customers. Ie we spilled our coffee and they gave us a new one. The breakfast burrito is pretty good. You do order at the counter and then they bring you your food. That may be why one reviewer said its like cafeteria food (I'm guessing?) One downside is that the interior is a little bare bones so it could feel like a cafeteria. When it's busy the inside also gets a little noisy bc of the acoustics. They have an outdoor patio eating area that's nice. This place is not fancy or gourmet but when you're hungry for a quick and hearty breakfast at a good value, it definitely hits the spot. read more

Great local "diner" with the absolute best steak and eggs in the Conejo. Would get 5 stars but sometimes the line for ordering gets a bit long. Very friendly service and darn good coffee. Ample seating inside and out. Highly recommended as it serves breakfast all day. read more

We had a great experience at this restaurant today. We are moving to Oak Park, and the staff was so welcoming and nice! The food was amazing!! I highly recommend the home-style potatoes. I've come here multiple times. What I get usually varies. My boyfriend's parents always ask if I want to come by here. It is always super crowded!! You order at the counter and then you find a seat. I've tried the omelette and the benedict. Can't remember which omelette I had though. I'm a fan of this place because it's cheaper than most breakfast brunch places, it's quick, and it's super duper casual! The food isn't off the charts amazing, but it's classic diner breakfast. The portions aren't crazy huge, but you'll definitely have trouble finishing, or be very full after finishing. The only downside about this place is no hashbrowns. I love hashbrowns ): Only reason I don't really like coming here is because of the potatoes. I'm not a fan of them in general, not just here. I really don't want to write this review, because I enjoyed eating here but I have to, so others can be warned. It is NOT ok for the wait staff to be holding and kissing a dog at anytime during the shift. Today, a boy brought in a small dog and gave it to the waitress. She kissed it and hugged it and brought it behind the counter where food was being prepared--BEHIND THE COUNTER!! Then she packed up my to go order (without visiting the bathroom or washing her hands) like it was no big deal. I'm pretty sure handling an animal while serving food is against the law in this state. It's burger time! I love their burgers so much! Burgers for breakfast... Amazing! Always fresh and juicy, amazing homemade 1000 island dressing! They grill the buns and by the time you get to the last few bites, all the juice and sauce has soaked in and it's pure heaven! Ever since my best friend introduced me to this place about 5 years ago I can not get enough of it. Due to me no longer living in that area and the fact I go to CSUCI I go to their other location in camarillo. The atmosphere is amazing and for that of all ages. The prices are low enough for your average Joe. The Quality is there. If you havnt had the opportunity to come here you must. The experience starts with waiting in a line some times out the door other times seconds away. You order at a single cash register, Either the owner or another Gentleman is their to greet you and take your order. Your food will be delivered to your own personal seat of choosing. The name says it all. This is a great place to have breakfast or brunch. It is located in a quiet strip mall in the corner of Oak Park where Kanan Rd meets Lindero Cyn Rd. That being said, please be aware that although yelp lists "$" as the price range, the upsell for a proper meal (drink, side(s) and possibly other extras) will most likely put your bill in the "$$" range. Some ridiculous upsell for example, is that the price to add blueberries or chocolate chips to 1 single pancake is the same as for a full stack of pancakes. The problem is the food tastes so good, you cannot resist that upsell. There's something about the pancake batter here that sets the pancakes in a class of their own, well above the major chains and some other mom and pops in the area. If you don't feel like breakfast items, they have burgers and gyros as well. The chili cheese burgers are a very good imitation of the Original Tommy's burgers, except with the added bonus of the patties being cooked over an open flame, so... you get grill marks, and a nice charbroiled taste. The french fries are ok, but I prefer the ones at other locations, and due to the size and thickness of the fries here, I often find they don't get cooked thoroughly. If you are a coffee lover, I recommend the French roast they have here, but I often find it gone by noon and they don't refill often. Employees are very friendly here. Foods good but expensive. Theyre always busy but they dont turn on ac in the summertime. Trying to enjoy breakfast and coffee expect to sweat. Could not enjoy my meal at all today. Really uncomfortable inside or out today. Very disappointed. The thermostat read 85 degrees. I wasted $15 on eggs and bacon that i couldnt get anywhere close to finishing because it was so uncomfortably hot. Other than that foods worth a try just dont come in on a hot day. read more

I came to this place a few times when it first opened up years ago and the food was good. Fast forward to this year, I've been here a few times already and the food is still good and yet to have any issues with the food or service here. It's always been clean everytime I come and get served right away. They probably should have different salsas because the one they have isn't spicy, good but not spicy. Fantastic, as usual. We had a lazy Sunday and decided to go out for breakfast and we were a bit afraid we had missed their open hours. We were greeted with a hearty welcome by the staff of about 8. There were two tables in use and this is the time when sometimes I've been met with the worst service, staff wants to go home, etc, but the exact opposite happened. The (presumed) owner gave us complementary coffee and couldn't have been more friendly and gracious. Food was terrific, service outstanding. read more
