What a cute place to stop in for a delicious breakfast! I was in town to meet up with some family and we decided to give this spot a try and we were so glad we did. Everyone that worked here was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I ordered the corned beef hash and was delighted with what I got! Great value for the amount of food I received. This may be the worst breakfast I have ever had. I should have known when we were the only two people in the building that the food was not good. The coffee was burnt. There was mold on my English muffin and the ham tasted like it was long past its expiration. This is definitely my go-to breakfast place they have the basics with some cool things like daily flavors and cinnamon pancakes. But to be in a plaza and have this good food is really nice. What a little shopping center gem. We stopped on our drive from NJ to Fort Lauderdale. The staff was soooo friendly. My daughter got the kids pancake with an egg and slice of bacon. They made it into Mickey Mouse. She was overjoyed. I got a Buffalo chicken sandwich and subbed fries for home fries. The yummy stringy crunchy kind. I ordered a crossroads omelet and it was actually pretty tasty and delicious. The potatoes that came with it were cold and biscuit seemed like it was prepared the day before. Service was excellent and friendly and they were providing great spacing for social distancing with every other booth/table being occupied. I tried the crispy chicken sandwich, my wife got the Reuben, my niece got a quesadilla and my daughter got the pancakes. The chicken sandwich was crispy hot and delicious that comes with lettuce tomato and mayo. My only complaint is the tomato's were way too thick and inconsistent when cut. So three stars instead of four because the waitstaff - although extremely friendly - are inefficient. Often tables go uncleared too long. Also this is not "get in and get out" place - meaning - expect to always be there 45-50 minutes minimum. Now the good news.....they get poached eggs right - so that means they know what they are doing! Pancakes are always just right - waffle always a winner! We all liked the coffee and we loved our server Hanna , she was super friendly and took care of our every need. I got the depot, which was scrambled eggs( parts were runny, I couldn't eat that part! We all agreed that the home fries were not fresh. Kinda looked grey, and were not hot. Toast and bacon were good , but again bacon seemed like it been sitting around for awhile. Except for our wonderful server and good coffee, I don't think we will be going back for awhile. They need some fixing in the kitchen dept. My husband and I had breakfast at this restaurant this morning. We both agreed it was one of the worst we have had in very long time. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito. He asked for bacon in it and there was no bacon. The worst thing was his home fries were burned. They were almost black. I had the Classic Eggs Benedict. There was nothing classic about them. The Hollandaise Sauce was probably canned. It had a really 'processed' taste to it. It wasn't even close to a Hollandaise Sauce. The ham in it was lunch meat 'thin' sliced. It had no ham flavor. I didn't even like the english muffin it was on; it was cake like. I love grits; the grits I got were thick as paste, not creamy and light, the way they should have been made.
