First, let me start with the coffee and food. They were great, cooked as requested and tasty. The coffee was smooth. The service was also great, nothing wrong with any of that. So why the 3 stars. I can't hear myself think. The decor is nice but so open it echos. I could hear four different conversation at once all jumbled. We arrived at the end of lunch and packed. Before we left it was less than half full and just as loud in here. Such an easy fix, just padded dividers between the booths would eliminate so much of the noise. I left with a headache. As great as the food was and the service, I won't be able to come back. Maybe an order to go would be okay. read more

Overall: 7/10 First Watch used to be one of my favorite go-to breakfast spots--especially because of their healthier variety and great seasonal options. I've always loved how clean, bright, and modern the place feels. The staff is consistently kind and attentive, and even when it's busy (which it often is!), they keep things running smoothly. That said... I was really disappointed on my recent visit. One of my absolute favorite breakfast treats--the French toast--has changed. They used to serve it on a delicious brioche bread that was the perfect balance of fluffy and sweet. Now, they've switched to a new bread that soaks up the egg batter so much it tastes like I'm just eating eggs. It was overly eggy and just not enjoyable at all. To be fair, the staff was wonderful about it and even brought me out a second one, but the manager kindly explained that it's actually a new recipe and this is just how they make it now. It's a bummer because I only ever eat French toast when I'm out for breakfast, and this was the spot for it. They still have solid sandwiches and other good options, so don't let this stop you from checking them out--but if you're craving classic-style French toast, you might want to pick something else off the menu. Service was very friendly, we were seating quickly with a party of 9. Food was just okay I had fish tacos which was so bland I was craving a good fish taco and it was a flour tortilla tiny piece of fish and shredded iceberg lettuce with some kind of sauce. read more

We then said we are leaving after we got drinks and she started giving attitude again. We still gave $20 to the waitress even though all we got was drinks and didn't even drink them. We were in the area we were ready for a healthy brunch . We really liked their menu , lots of healthy ingredients other places ignore to use in their menu . Like use cage free eggs , fresh house organic greens , house baked artisan breads, house made dressing, love their teas, I had the blackberry tea was great . A must try is the morning meditation drink , It had ginger ,turmeric ,beets juice it was amazing . They do vegan , gluten free all fresh local farmed ingredients. First watch is so good! This is my second time visiting but not the same location. The food just melts in your mouth with an incredible amount of flavor. The hostess and waitress were so kind. They were there to give you a nice experience. The setup of the restaurant is really cool too! I liked that they seem to use reclaimed items for some decor. Cute looking place looks barnish vibes clean open space live the booths cozy appeal. The breakfast is always good never disappoints, even their drinks are a huge hit, cinnamon crunch toast is my fav (I think I said that backwards but that's ok) The service is always fast and they are very attentive. There is a wait if it's early in the morning on a weekend but I find it easier and less wait time if you sign in to the waiting list before you leave your house if there is a long wait time I normally do it from home then by the time I get there I wait about 10 minutes very convenient! My husbands favorite is the biscuits and gravy because for once it's Muslim friendly no pork sausage in the gravy they use beef so we get to enjoy it for once. I don't have a favorite because I like so many different items on the menu but my daughter also has a favorite it's the lemon ricotta pancakes and she loves their home fries (breakfast potatoes) we go there often. I will say one item that I do get often and more so lately is their chia pudding it's amazing it's the AM Super Foods Bowl, healthy and filling. read more

Jillian perfectly served delicious breakfast that included thick cut brioche bread topped with banana, strawberry and kiwi. The fruit was some of the best we've had in a while. I almost feel like they would serve meals to patrons on tread mills with small tables attached. Run and eat it's so healthy. Whole grain pancakes, served with syrup and butter? Then why not just serve actual buttermilk pancakes? I passed. Went with gravel and squirrel food toast. No serving sourdough here. I love the concept of eating healthy when it tastes good. I've been here a number of times, and I have finally sat down to write a review after our last visit. To begin, I love the food here... it's always fresh and flavorful... They have a lot of healthy choices, and some not so healthy but equally delicious choices. On our last visit, I tried the chicken, chorizo and egg tacos, and they were really good; just enough heat to keep them interesting, but not so spicy that I needed to drink the entire carafe of water at the table. I did ask for some sour cream just to cool things down a bit... The cheese grits sounded good, but other than the cheese on top had no flavor or seasoning so I found them just ok. My hubby had the farmhouse skillet and found it savory and filling. But, the reason I dropped a star is the service... There are times we can go, and it's like we're the most important diners in the room: we get served quickly, drinks on the table, food nice and hot, several checks to make sure we have everything we need, the bill comes right on time... other times it's like three different waiters/tresses can walk by and act as if we're not even there... And, it doesn't seem to matter if we're inside or out (which they do allow dogs and makes this a 4 star and not a 3 star) we just can't get anyone's attention to get served, our food, the thing they missed on our order, more water/drink, our bill... you get the idea... I have eaten at a First Watch in Tulsa, OK which was excellent. In Daytona, FL it was awful. The potatoes were so salty they were inedible. They gave us cheese grits instead and it's plain grits with shredded cheese on top. The Smoked Salmon Benedict hollandaise had so much lemon in it that it masked the flavor of the entire dish. The breakfast sandwich and omelette were good but not excellent. Servers were very nice. The management has to improve food or they won't stay in business. read more

Went for my mom's birthday since she's been really wanting to go, sat at the community table because it was just her and I. Took 20 minutes just for a server to take our order. Sat for another 30 minutes before our server realized our food still had not come which was ok because it was busy. For then my food to come out my scrambled eggs were under cooked and they forgot my mom's bacon. After breakfast I did not feel good and all I had was the eggs and bacon with some of my fruit cup.
