This treasure did not disappoint. I was alone so I sat at the bar. An older gentleman joked with me that he wouldn't share his food. Their tea has great flavor. The servers are friendly. The Greek omelet was delicious with the balanced amount of feta, olives and spinach. The bacon wasn't over cooked, had good bite and taste. The restaurant was very clean. Came here with my bestfriend, dad, and brother and we all loved the food. Portion sizes were big, and the interior was so adorable. We all got omelets and they were amazing. Each omelet had its own flavor and unique style. I really enjoyed the one with all the veggies. My little brother is quite the picky eater and he was pleased with his meal as well. Very Good. That is my overall feeling about this place. A large open facility with lots of seating including booth and counter seating. The food was very good (I had the country fried steak and eggs with home fries). The portions are good sized and the preparation was very good also. My only complaint is a general lack of awareness and work ethic by the staff. Every employee I saw was quite young and I couldn't detect if there was a manager in the building. Now I will happily point out that everyone was very polite but when I first sat down (at the counter) a waitress stood chatting with another employee (clearly unhappy with some co-worker) about 3 feet away from me and never even thought about getting me a menu or asking if I wanted something to drink. My eventual waiter was very nice and polite but I waited well over 5 mins to get my check when it was apparent that I was finished. I think all this place needs is a strong manager to be outstanding. What a fantastic breakfast and we wanted to try everything on the menu! I got the #4 which was eggs, bacon, and a waffle. I added home fries and rye toast. Husband had the Andreas which was eggs, home fries, smoked sausage, pork tenderloin and country ham and he added corned beef hash. Everything was spot on. Eggs cooked a perfect medium well with just enough yolk. Loved the home fries cooked with sautéed onions. I had strawberries and pecans on my waffle and they gave me a generous amount of both. Country ham was good and not too salty. We had all this for less than $30! Service was impeccable. Even though they were very busy, the wait went by fast. What a place for an unbelievable meal, especially breakfast. Stopped here last year 2018 and stumbled onto it this year strictly by accident. Our server Jessica could not have been any nicer. She was very young but handled herself in a very professional way and very attentive to us. I had the hungry man and my wife had the ham and cheese omelet. The hungry man was enough the feed two hungry men. A bed of home fries topped with choice of cheese, 3 eggs of choice, a side if meat, and choice of bread. Staff was friendly and helpful but we're spread just a little thinly. Waitress was attentive but had around 8-10 other tables to take care of. My husband and I ate here during our stay at our property. We were seated immediately and our drink order was taken immediately. Our waitress could tell we had never been before so she gave us a few extra minutes to go over the menu. Once we had decided we didn't have to wait too long and she was back taking our order. Once our order came out we could see the generous portions and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The biscuits were perfect and my eggs over easy were actually over easy. Stopped in with a friend on the way to a hike at Stone Mountain StatePark. The Avocado Eggs Benedict was outstanding! The avocado was excellent and the Hollandaise Sauce was delicious. Poached eggs were nicely done. Large side of hash browns made a great breakfast. My friend had the Western Omelette and had feta cheese substituted in. She said it was excellent. Just so it's understood, I was very disappointed with the service. I entered this establishment September 5, 2018 at around 1045 in the morning with my girlfriend, and her two children. Not a very busy day at all. Overall, the place is very clean. The staff was very polite. Just your typical everyday southern diner. I ordered the Steak dinner; and let me say, the steak was arguably the lowest quality imaginable. Absolutely zero flavoring at all. But let's be honest, what was I expecting? It's not like it was some fine dining establishment. That part didn't upset me. It is what it is. What upset me was the broccoli. It came out smothered in cheese. Absolutely smothered. Not a little cheese. A ton of liquid cheese. I asked my waiter if could put the cheese on the side. My waiter(who at this point was very polite) assisted me without one ounce of issue whatsoever. He took the broccoli back, and brought me back broccoli with no cheese. I quickly figured out why the broccoli was smothered with cheese. It was most certainly not fresh. Not even close to fresh. The green color that normally reflects fresh broccoli long expired. This was at least two to three days old. I didn't even touch it. It was horrendous. There was no moisture content left in the broccoli. It was bone dry. That's why they smother it in cheese. To hide the fact that they don't use fresh vegetables daily. I'm for certain the owner isn't aware of this. After disregarding the broccoli, I moved on to my mashed potatoes. They also had zero moisture, and had the texture of sand. Absolutely disgusting in every possible way. I wouldn't feed anyone this product at all. When I went to pay for my food, I asked to speak with the manager. The lady running the register was an absolute sweetheart. She referenced me to what I'm assuming was the "head waitress," and she took my portion of the meal off. Really cool stuff by the way. She was very short about it tho. There was no conversation. Honestly, she looked beyond angry. Clearly she had a long day. I thanked them all for their assistance, and returned to my seat. Upon returning to my seat, my girlfriend let me know she could hear our waiter saying some slightly inappropriate things in the back. I'm here to say, your kitchen isn't sound proof at all. I'm not gonna repeat what was said(management feel free to reach out and ask), but it was not appropriate at all. Before leaving, I escorted my girlfriends daughter to the restroom. While passing by the front register, the manager stopped me to have a conversation. She informed me that "the broccoli is cooked fresh every day." I let her know that her statement was far from true, and she should probably be honest about the quality of her vegetables and other dishes. She was extremely rude, and showed no interest in being told the truth. Terrible management al the way around. Right before leaving, I ended up passing by the register lady again. I told her that her management was beyond rude. She let me know that she pretty much felt the same. I honestly feel for her. Terrible management can cause any job to be unbearable. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The food quality is beyond subpar, and as far as I can see management clearly does not care about the product going out, or the way customers are treated. It sickens me to the core, and I want no part of this place. Don't claim something is fresh when it's clearly not fresh. Don't try to dupe a customer by covering your product in cheese. I had breakfast at this restaurant on Sat, May 11, 2019 with 2 other people. The service was really good. The food was great, except for the fries. The cashier rang up my ticket and told me the total was $49. I told her there was no way that ticket added up to that much. She just looked at me as if there was something wrong with me. So I said it again, this time obviously a little upset since she made no effort to check it. Then she cancelled it an rang it up again...$29 !!! She almost overcharged me by $20 !!!
