He's definitely got a gift for healing ~ both in his hands (he knows just where/how your body wants to be nudged back toward health) and in his heart (his down-to-earth, genuine personality makes you feel heard, cared for, comfortable, and just generally at ease right from the start). He's accessible and very in tune to the wants and needs of his patients, great at offering clear explanations on his treatment approach and the procedures he performs, and even recommends exercises that can be done at home to facilitate faster, lasting healing. The best interest of those he treats seems to truly be his top concern, and he offers multiple ways to bring each closer to optimal health. Dr. Kazem is wonderful. I went to his office because I had severe back and neck pain. Before treating me Dr. Kazem explained with details the reasons of my pain, and what should I do to evade them. He also taught me some exercise for me to do at home, which I been practicing to evade back and neck pain. I just moved to San Diego and really needed to see a chiropractor. I happened to pass Dr. Kazem's on a walk and decided to call for an appointment. Even though it was short notice, he was able to adjust his schedule and fit me in. I am starting a new job on Monday so I needed to get an appointment asap. I am very glad he was able to work with me. When I saw Dr. Kazem, he was very professional and very thorough. I have been to many chiropractors and can spot one that doesn't really know what they're doing. Dr. Kazem is very knowledgeable and explains exactly what is happening and why he does certain procedures. He took his time to listen and work with me. He tailored his treatment to fit what was going on with me. It wasn't a "one size fits all" approach. It's tough finding a chiropractor that you feel you can trust and who knows what they're doing. Dr. Kazem did a great job of helping me deal with my chronic neck and low back pain. I've been to other chiropractors before but I felt like he did a much better job of identifying the reasons why I was having these issues and teaching me how to manage them on my own time. I've been getting my neck and back worked on by Dr. Kazem ever since I strained a muscle in the gym a few months ago and now I feel like a million bucks. Chiropractic is seriously awesome. Dr. Kazem is a terrific chiropractor. I came to him for misalignment in my neck and back. He has done a great job correcting the issues. While he does the realignment he always educates you as to what he is doing so that there aren't any surprises. I love that he has a background in sports medicine.
