If I could give zero stars, I would. The only thing Breath Easy Insurance is giving me right now is proof that I technically "have" insurance, not actual support. I am extremely frustrated with the way my claim has been handled. On November 14, 2025, someone hit my truck on the right passenger side near the back tire at a fast station. I filed a claim the very next day (November 15, 2025). It took about a week just to receive an initial call back. I explained everything and was told they would contact the other driver's insurance and follow up with me. Then... nothing. After a full month of no communication, I called and left a voicemail. No response. Another month passed with complete silence until I was contacted by the other person's insurance company informing me that the driver is now claiming I hit him, which is not possible. Even the representative initially assigned to my claim agreed that the facts didn't support that version of events. I again tried contacting Breath Easy. Left another voicemail. No response. After another week, I sent a detailed email. Only then did I receive a reply stating they would contact the other person's insurance. It is now March 1, 2026, and there is still no resolution. The most frustrating part of this entire situation is not just the dispute, it's the complete lack of communication and follow-through. I have had to chase my own insurance company for updates while paying premiums every month. This has been months of unnecessary stress, wasted time, and zero proactive support. When you pay for insurance, you expect representation and advocacy, not silence. At this point, I expect consistent communication and a clear plan of action to resolve this claim. read more

Terrible experience after I paid over $250 upfront or I guess a broker fee less than a week later they took $200 out of my wife and I bank account. I don't know where all this money is going or who's getting it.but it's ridiculous. This place wants customers they're doing a very bad job. I will not recommend this place to anyone read more

They have false advertising. They charged $200 for a broker fee on top of the insurance. They say it on the call but I should of gotten a quote. It was more than the SR22 insurance policy. We had an outstanding experience today when my daughter went to have her existing policy switched over to a new policy after her car died. Our agent (Gene Giron) was very helpful, and spent quite a bit of time helping her find a good policy that was at a decent price. Her current policy (thru Kemper) wanted to almost double her rate which was incredible since the car she just purchased was older and not that expensive. Sable... Sable, Sable, Sable. Unfortunately, for me, I have to keep a few numbers on my speed-dial for, oh, you know... 'reasons', and Sable Fehr was literally just added before writing this because she is a rare gem (yep -'rare gem'); kind of like one of those Avengers characters -the quick 'get things done' type who can wield her powers of making things happen when others cannot. Not sure if she wears a cape or can fly yet, but I'm thinking she would probably wear some type of mask. Yeah, this is all coming together now in my head. I'm not sure that it applies here anymore, but now that I think about it, if she wore some type of mask, it would represent the aspect that I haven't ever met her before or know what she looks like. I think the mask is a good touch. Maybe it's a proverbial mask though... Her 'mask' represents the fact that she never leaves the office, so nobody wpuld know what she looks like. I will give this a little more thought and follow up later. Probably not though, now that I'm thinking about it. I have a propensity to let administrative things fall to the wayside, which ultimately led me to Sable in the first place. Well, Breathe Easy, and then Kris (the leader) appointed Sable to make sure that I was well taken care of, obviously understanding the position I was in (and all of my tendencies) to which he knew [I'm sure] that Sable would be able (definitely digging that rhyme)... YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WILL FIND OUT ABOUT YOUR INCIDENT. THAT'S HOW THEY MAKE MONEY. After a year of getting my SR22 from Breathe Easy I decided to ask my insurance provider how much an SR22 with them would cost. Honestly I wanted to give Breathe Easy my business because they were the first people to call me AND they had a *guarantee* to beat any price. However Universal Insurance was able to give me better coverage at a better price which Breathe Easy would not match. I needed SR-22 insurance on a fully owned car that I barely drive (5k-ish annually) and I spoke to a Joshua who quoted me $524. The terms were 15/30/5@14k miles. Universal quoted $454 for 15/30/10@11k miles! Here's the clincher: When I called Breathe Easy back to let them beat Universal they said they couldn't. I thought it was a joke. I didn't believe what one of the review said "it took only 30 minutes." But it was true! I've never wrote any review on yelp since i'm too lazy, but Josh Sobelman was too helpful, easy, and nice for me to not mention a little bit about him. I got my SR-22 with him, but before I did, I wanted to call few places to compare the prices. While the other places were hurried and pushed me to sign up the insurance with them, Josh simply told me the price, asked me when I need it, and didn't push me when I said "I will call you back." He simply told me his direct line for me to call him directly without having to go through the front desk again. But of course the reason why I called him back is because of the price. I was referred to Jarrett from a friend that said you have to call this guy. I was with Infiniti Insurance through AIS and was paying $120 a month for 15-30k. Not only am I now paying $75 a month but my coverage is 50-100k. He also provided me my renters insurance for a way better deal than what the Irvine Company was offering.
