They came out pretty quickly but about a week later I noticed that one of the posts they installed had a huge crack in it. That was at the end of February. I have called them periodically since that time and they keep promising to send someone out, but they never do. I would not recommend using them.

When they arrived, I went out to talk with them. One man started YELLING at me, saying he wasn't a landscaper and left in a huff. He didnt clean up the chunks of old cement, the sand that was on the brick border. I didnt want them to be landscapers. I wanted them to clean up the mess they made and remove the debis they left. I try to be diplomatic and discuss issues​. I will not tolerate being yelled at. I would not hire them.

I find it a great value knowing that prices were in flux for birth steel and wood at the time. It's important to note that wood like cedar will dry and shrink and even warp a bit; that's what a lot of people like about natural cedar. He recommended a great guy to come and stain for us as well. The customer service has been amazing too! See, cedar gates will change shape over time and so the latch may need adjusting. They came out this year (a year after install) and adjusted for me. Negotiated a very fair and affordable price, considering the volume of work which was required to complete the job! The very ample crew arrived right on time, worked together like well a oiled machine and were respectful of my flower garden and all plants which were well on the way, since it was mid spring. This was a Big Job and to our surprise, Mike and his crew were able to complete the large porch and re-position an extremely heavy and hand crafted wrought iron railing, which required every single man to set in place! It was a tough and fragile exercise, but they got it just right! The cleanup was spectacular and we were very pleased with the work and how beautiful it accents our front yard and the garden!
