The first two times I called, he answered and claimed he had already sent it. I couldn't find it, so confirmed my contact info and asked that he resend. He never did and I've called at least 5 more times over a period of weeks and he never returns my call and doesn't answer any more. I'll add that other fencing companies have declined to repair the fence because of the way it is constructed which they said break too easily. I'm going to end up needing to replace my entire fence because he can't be bothered to work with me to fix a fence that they themselves built. They obviously don't stand behind their work.
