We have had good experiences with Breeze in flying in the past. And we have had good and bad individuals to work with at the Warwick, RI airport. However, let's emphasize the good. Working on the computer at home trying to complete information to travel is not easy particularly if one has points to use. We therefore went directly to the airport to get assistance and in so doing met with two wonderful individuals at the desk, Kathy and Milton. They each helped us in different ways on varying days but were sincere, kind, and hardworking. They clearly deserve compliments, kindness by Breeze along with any possible way Breeze can reward them. read more

My husband and I booked a round trip flight on Breeze Airways (1st time on this carrier) and found the experience to be excellent. Both flights ended up leaving early...yay! Absolutely a Fantastic Experience from beginning to end!!! Wonderful and amazing people who work here, from having your bags, checked to the stewardess on the plane!!! We went from New Haven to Palm Beach, Florida. The captain and his crew were absolutely Aces! We Headed on the way to Florida by Eli and his crew Miguel and Daniel. Eli was very funny and entertaining welcoming each of us on the plane making sure we were ready to for an Epic Experience with top notch h service with a smile. Miguel and Daniel working with Eli from Drinks and snacks were better then just nice, they were Amazing!!! The Seats are Extremely comfortable and we took the Nicer option for $80 which included a suitcase and travel bag and had extra leg room with free WiFi, all for $80!!! If you're looking for a Fantastic airline this is without a doubt a phenomenal choice!!! Btw in 1st class even larger seats and you can put your feet up, and free Alcohol for about $130!!! On our return flight from Palm Beach Beach back to New Haven, our pilot Nate say hello to all of us, once we were boarded. The plane ran a little late coming in due to a coyote on the runway and a couple mechanical issues they fixed. Nate was warm and charming, I've never seen a pilot. Speak to us and apologize for the delay. Nate was full of smiles and charm, his crew consisted of Ash, Samir, Daniel and Jr. The crew was consistently on top of their game making sure we had everything we need. These planes are clean and I think the bathrooms are even larger. 100% there's no doubt that Breeze airlines wants your business & is doing everything to make your experience Amazing!!! Warning DO NOT BOOK WITH BREEZE AIRLINE!!! We Flew from MCO to PVD, and the flight was pushed back at least 10 times, im not exaggerating. I waited at the airport from 5 pm to 12am & another 1 hour on the plane. If you don't want to deal with an unprofessional, inresponsable, neglected airline, do not fly with Breeze. I tried to contact customer service, but they only have a text or email option. They have peons responding & will not compensate for our lost joy, our lost time, or our exhortation. We had no food, no fluids, no sleep. I got home by 4:10 am They offered a miserable $50 point for the next trip. What a joke are those criminals. Breeze aircraft are poorly maintained & Having a plane without breaks hidden & telling us last minute. Please let's us know with time so we can make proper decisions before arriving at the airport, we could of stay longer at our hotel, kept car rental. Hesitant at first to use this airline, I decided to take the chance and booked a flight that wouldn't inconvenience me if it were canceled or delayed. My first flight went much better than anticipated and encouraged me to use them again. I appreciate that if you are a military person, you can email customer service and provide the requested information to be added to your profile. This allows for free carry-on and two checked bags (always verify weight as this is subject to change). Essentially self-service for the printing of boarding passes. If you have a question or concern, you have to use the email address. I've had positive experiences with efficient answers and not been given the runaround. Again, no telephone number to call for support. The planes are decent. No outlets if you plan to charge a device and there are no screens for in-flight entertainment. The routes they serve are direct and the flight time is reasonable. There is a map of what areas they serve so if you want to go to an served by your area, you may have to build in connecting flights or as a go-between Breeze and another airline. My point of contention is that on one trip I opted for the "Nice" vs the "Nicer" seat and got the same perks that I would if I had paid more. On the return trip, the inconsistencies of who receives free snacks/beverages is annoying. Instead of a bottle of water, the attendant pours two swallows into the cup and said they didn't have enough water on board to give everyone their own bottle. Geesh, really? The attendants have been nice enough and recognizable since I've flown with them several times now. Easy going and capable but if some ish goes down make sure you paid attention to the instructions. I've recommended Breeze to others and just like any airline, there will be hiccups. My friction points are small and not enough to stop me from utilizing them in the future. It was awful, arrived at the airport at 5:35a.m. for a 7:05a.m. Flight, when I finally got to the window, they said they were no longer accepting luggage to be checked, despite my having upgraded my ticket to 'nicer', and her never announcing that they were going to stop taking checked bags. And when you fly with them, it's one flight a day, so enjoy having to wait 24 hours, plus no financial refund, you get a credit, like you want to travel with them in the future read more

No one at the counter to check in if you arrive more than 2 hours before the flight. Seats have the most awkward headrests that stick out - it is really uncomfortable . I literally had to sit with my head leaning forward the entire flight . I will not be flying breeze again . read more

I can only speak from my own experience and in this case, a trip to Newport, it was fantastic. No problems boarding, direct flight to my destination, able to go cheap by not carrying any luggage, smooth flights, nice staff, and boarding smoothly. I don't think there is much else to say. Breeze is a budget airline that offers good price, but don't expect any perks. Their Nicest seats come at about a 200% premium, but you still have to pay $10 to get their blue snack box! There are only 3 rows of that "first class" and the first 2 do not have any overhead storage for your carryon. Forget about storing anything underneath the seats in front of you as there is a support rod right smack dab in the middle of the seat in front of you. The so called reclining footrest goes up about 3 inches, just a gadget. I have not tried the Nice and Nicer classes because those seats look tiny. Forget about getting reimbursed for damaged luggage. Their policy is you need to find a physical live person within an hour of landing to report damaged luggage or your claim is automatically denied! read more

Avoid at all costs. Thought we would try Breeze since they had inexpensive direct flights round trip to Orlando but I will never use them again. The app did not work on my phone and the website kept crashing so there was no WiFi either way. On the way back, 4 out of 5 of us also had broken chargers at our seats. Additionally, when our flight was delayed two hours, the information was not updated correctly at the airport and there was no one to talk to so I had to go all the way back through security to get an answer. I really wanted to love this airline. Because of their lacking in customer service, I would give it negative stars if I could. My son, who I flew up from college, had a stop in Charleston South Carolina, which turned into 14 hours being stuck there with zero compensation. No refund, not that I expected one, no food voucher, nothing at all, not even a credit, and when I contacted customer service, I could only do so by text message, and it was an unpleasant experience. I flew breeze airways for the first time to Jacksonville and I would definitely fly them again. The staff was friendly the flight went well and I really can't complain. Next,coming home from my vacation my father was very sick with food poisoning and actually puked in the bathroom on the plane. Instead of leaving him be, they tried opening the door saying " sir we can't have you puking in there." Would rather have him puke in the aisle or in his seat? They make no sense. Absolutely terrible. Booked flights and found out on the news that they've suspended all of the flights between the cities we booked. No notification from the airline, no email to customers, and when I checked my portal I found my flights cancelled and not refunded. Breeze airlines was delayed 1.5 hours on way out of town and then we waited an hour on the tarmac. On our return travel the flight was delayed over 4 hours. If I could give a worse star rating than one I would. The staff lost my bag for my entire trip and were super unhelpful. When I landed and noticed my bag was no where to be found I spoke for a breeze airways staff member who started at the computer screen while talking and laughing with another team member. He took down my information on a scrap piece of paper then said he would let me know. He was unable to log into the computer system and expected me to just leave with no answers. I told him to get someone else to log in and help him so he called for backup. After logging into the system he still had no idea where the bag would be and said he would call me when the next flight lands. The issue is the "breeze through " which is when you fly and have to stop somewhere some people get off some do not, my bag got off when it shouldn't have. There was only 3 options of where the bag might have gone but it took the entire trip to figure it out. There is no phone number to contact a human at breeze so you have to reach out via Facebook or email which they then take 2 days to respond. It's ridiculous and unacceptable. They refunded my bag but that's all they did. It was the worst experience I've had flying and definitely will not fly with them ever again in my life as well as I will make sure people know what they are getting into. You pay for your carry on, it's a small plane it's bumpy, you don't get even water on the plane and they don't even want to help you when there is an issue. Never again read more
