I paid for a carry-on bag, yet a flight attendant removed my bag from the plane at the last minute and told me it would be checked and delivered to my final destination. During my connection in Atlanta, the situation got even worse. The flight was delayed because the gate was changed at the last minute without any announcement. All passengers were waiting at the wrong gate until someone finally went to ask. Only then did they casually mention--over the microphone--that the gate had changed to another terminal about 15 minutes away. When we finally arrived at the new terminal, the gate was changed again on the screen, and there were no Frontier employees present to explain what was happening or assist passengers. When I arrived in Hartford, my luggage never showed up. Frontier has no employees, no office, and no baggage service desk at the airport. No one answers the phone, and I have been left completely on my own trying to locate my belongings. I am currently in a different state on vacation, without my clothing or personal items. This situation has been extremely stressful and has ruined my vacation. Frontier's lack of communication, organization, and customer support is unacceptable. I still don't know where my bag is or what to do next.

The plane was clean and modern. I was surprised to see 5 flight attendants for the flight, especially when the drink service is optional, so maybe only 30-40 people use the drink service... Anyway, you pay for everything, so for those who complain about that, they need to realize and understand that the business model for Frontier is such...if you don't like it, pick Delta, American, United, Southwest or Jetblue for example... The folding table was smaller than other carriers and the seat was not padded like other airlines...no recline either..... The overhead compartment was similar in size to other airplanes... Not bad for a few bucks !!!

I've had a lot of good experiences flying with Southwest, especially when using points for flights. The check-in process was simple and easy, and boarding went smoothly. Our flight was delayed about 30 minutes, but it wasn't a big deal, and we still got to our destination pretty quickly. The flight itself was comfortable and overall a great experience. One thing I have noticed is that Southwest doesn't seem to offer as many complimentary drinks as they used to. They used to come around with drinks quite frequently, but that seems to have decreased. Overall, I had a good flight and would definitely fly Southwest again. The experience was easy, efficient, and the crew got us where we needed to go without any major issues.

I've never had an issue flying southwest. For some context I am hard of hearing. So with said disability- my ticket says accommodation, now while in the system it says someone is "deaf or hard of hearing" on the plane they don't know it's me until I say something. I'm always greeted kindly and checked on often. I pre-board and my flight attendant is made aware of my special accommodations and I go from there. No feeling different just the extra help and I go about my way. I've never had a plan delay on southwest flights and the process is always smooth. A little joke here and there eases my anxiety as well, so it's much appreciated. They lose one star because now that it's assigned seating the prices have spiked, ticket prices and bag prices. Even though it's still free carry on and free personal, checked bags are pricey.

I had…read moremy nephew fly from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Providence, RI and he had to take roughly 2 connecting flights to get here & 1 was delayed, him and his grandmother got $120 in food vouchers EACH & a hotel voucher. I'll tell you a little bit about my experience and I literally got NOTHING.... WHEN I was at the airport for over 24 hours. My 10 year old son, my fiance, my 4 year nephew and I left the house around 1:00 pm for a 4:00 pm flight from Providence to Detroit and then Detroit to Fort Wayne. We got on the plane and waited for an hour, we were taxiing on the runway for an hour when they stated "engine trouble", another hour taxing trying to fix it and then finally told us we had to disembark & change plans. By the time we disembarked, we would have missed our connecting flight to Fort Wayne, and I live an hour+ from the airport on the Connecticut line. By this point it's nearly nighttime... I did not want to go alll the way home, to have to wake up with 2 kids at 230 am to be at the airport for 4:30 am. I was hoping they would accommodate us, with a voucher near the hotel but they refused. So we packed back up and went all the way home. At 2:30 am we woke up and gathered everything again and made our way to the airport. Security was crazy when we got there and when we got to our flight, they moved it up to 5:55 am we almost missed it. Shockingly, they let us on (after closing the door) and then we flew from PVD to Atlanta, where we had a lovely 4 hour layover. That 4 hour layover turned into 6 HOURS. 6 hours at the Atlanta airport, after being up since 2:30 am. Our flight was supposed to be around 1 but kept getting delayed and delayed. We then look and the flight from Atlanta to Fort Wayne was delayed, again. At this point we are Extremely frustrated, not only are we trying to do some simple connecting flights but we also have a 4 year old and 10 year old in tow, who did nothing but bicker. We finally make it to Fort Wayne & we basically get right back on another plane from Fort Wayne to Atlanta. I dropped my nephew off so we are down to 1 child. Unfortunately we had to wait at the airport all day and nearly all night till around 11pm when the final flight to Providence was. We got on the plane and crossed our fingers that our flight would not need to be rescheduled or delayed and luckily, FOR ONCE. It did not! It was a smooth ride back, but I would have taken a prop plane to get home at this point. One positive: I left my phone on the plane and they did put it aside for me, Bob was great and the highlight of Delta. He worked in the security office - I believe. He was the only positive part of this entire experience. He held my phone in the safe until I was ready to pick it up!! Other than that- I don't think I will EVER fly delta again!
