Jet Blue Mint is the way to travel. You are treated exceptionally well! It's first class. Priority boarding, priority screening, and you are in your own little pod. TV, music, all you can eat and drink, and it's very comfortable. Round trip, Boston to Heathrow, $6k round trip but very well worth it. Actually, I'd say that it is cheaper than Virgin or British Airways first class. A very nice and lovely staff that treats the customer really well. No negatives whatsoever. read more

She was clear on her PA announcements, she was very kind and friendly when I spoke with her and she was very pleasant with all the customers sitting in the waiting area. Jet blue hates families. I understand there is an option to pick your seat but if you aren't interested in a particular row why Jet blue can't seat you with the people you booked tickets is beyond me. The last flight we took there was literally an empty seat beside us and an empty row behind us but they place my son 10 rows ahead of us and wouldn't let him move to our row in the back of the plane. They deliberately separate you in the hopes you will pay extra to sit with your family. They also just randomly pushed back flight times on four flights we had booked costing us an entire day of vacation. Definitely first to worst for jet Blie. read more

Did you ever try to get a wheelchair from jet blue at the Rhode Island airport? Don't try. They don't care about the elderly. You walk to jet blue ( how can a person who needs a chair walk?) and wait in a long slow line( how can an elderly person who needs a wheelchair stand in a line for a long time?) when you arrive at the desk they first call for a wheelchair though you have ordered one in advance. They send you to sit and wait and no one checks up on you. If you don't have a companion to repeatedly cut the line to check where the chair is located you miss your flight. My granddaughter was an unaccompanied minor flying from Atlanta to Boston. The plane was delayed in Atlanta and my daughter was never notified by phone or by text message of what was going on with her child. She tried calling the airlines several times and was disconnected while on hold as the agent "looked into what was going on". Nobody even called her after that. After several hour delay, the plane departed and she did arrive in Boston in the wee hours of the morning. JetBlue solution to this debacle was to give my daughter a $50 credit that she will never use because she will never fly JetBlue! JetBlue should be ashamed of themselves for putting my daughter and myself through what they did! Please hear me out on this. I flew to Phoenix in Jet Blues MINT seating. MINT seating is supposed to be first class +. Right after departure the screen(see photo) stopped working. So no music, no nothing. I emailed to Jet Blue and told them of my experience and stated that I should be entitled to some sort of refund as I paid for the amenities and didn't get to experience them. I gave them my return flight information. The next line is their response. Want to see it again? Here it is I retold the experience on a customer satisfaction survey.Their response. Here it comes Want to see it again? OK On my return trip I was informed that the Mint seat was broken and not fit to be used. We were seperated. One in MINT and another way back in coach. A gentleman sits down beside me and tells me he was offered the seat for FREE. It wasn't offered to us. I IMPLORE you not to consider flying Jet Blue ever. This is not a meager suggestion. I IMPLORE you not to even consider flying this airline. P.S. I went to use the bathroom for MINT passengers and was told it wasn't flushing. Then this little Napoleon character tells me he is going to prevent me from flying home on this flight. staff were nice and good at service, but the in flight Wi-Fi and screens didn't work on my flight from Boston to San Juan. the food was good, but waiting 3 hours in Boston for delays with no reason? Unreasonable. other than that, everything was amazing. I would recommend jetblue if you're looking for something on the cheaper side with good amenities. read more

This is the most unreliable airline you can ever fly on. I booked 3 flights for my family from lax to Martha's Vineyard airport with a stop over in JFK for 4th of July week. Leaving lax on July 2, my flight from lax was fine, landing in JFK, that's when all things turned sour. We were suppose to leave JFK at 4:40 pm to Martha's Vineyard but some mechanical issues came about, they delayed our flight 2x after cancelling it all together. We were stuck in JFK with 1 kids and a baby. After standing in a long 2 hour line for customer service where the agent acted like she was doing me a favor - by rebooking my flight from JFK to land in Boston. Not only did I have to pay for a $470 Uber black ride from Boston airport to woodshole cape cod, but I also had to pay for a room in cape cod. This was not what I had planned and paid $6397 for first class seats from lax to Martha's Vineyard. We had to take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard from Boston and lost our first nights stay in MV. All because of this good for nothing scam of an airline. They will credit you $100! What a joke! Now I'm trying to go back to La after a week in Martha's Vineyard and stuck in the airport yet again. Jet blue is again saying there is mechanical issues. They delayed our flight 3 times, every time it gets close to what they previously said the flight would be, they delay it another hour! Who is the CEO of this good for nothing airline? I've been sitting in this airport for 4 hours. They are now saying my flight will depart at 5:30 pm., this flight was suppose to leave at 1:34 pm today. What a joke! Nonstop to FLL is great. Family lives nearby so we take the flight often. BUT. Have not once left on time. Paperwork is often the excuse like you don't know there's paperwork to complete earlier? I called asking a simple question and i was put on hold for about 15-30 minutes twice and never got an answer. Simple question was what are location hours and when would I be able to come. Not be be a douch bag but apparently no English language assistants was available. It's a little things when you're flying and JetBlue seems to have caught the customer service dynamic. They board completely different than any other airline I've flown. They have Reverse boarding - what a revolutionary idea. They board from the back of the plane forward. It works because you're not climbing over those stinkin initial rows. They don't have 1st class - so it works well. They would so get 4 Stars - but they charge $25 for luggage checkin ... A sin in this industry. read more

JetBlue at PVD is a decent experience. Only one gate with flights to Orlando, Ft Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. There is absolutely no reason to purchase Even More Speed as it is not offered at TF Green. On my trip down to FLL I was stuck on an older A320 with the tiny TVs and the WiFi wasn't working. On my return trip to PVD, I was fortunate to get a restyled A320 with a huge screen and tons of channels. The newer planes have power outlets and USB ports. The new armrests are so darn small and uncomfortable! Be sure to bring a portable charger just incase. You won't know what type of plane you get until you step inside. The outside of the plane looks exactly the same. Depending on your schedule going to Boston (JetBlue's hub) might be a better option. Sometimes you will luck out and the flight may be cheaper from Providence. read more

Our flight from Providence to Ft Lauderdale was delayed 30 minutes. The flight home was delayed 2 hours. They have tv's at every seat, Dunkin donuts coffee and great snacks. But at the end of the day if they can't get the flights out on time, I'll be flying another airline! read more

Had a flight booked in May that got cancelled because of Covid. I was given a credit for my flights which I was ok with. I just tried to rebook the exact same flights for the same occasion and the flight no longer exists. I thought under the circumstances I would be able to get a refund being that I couldn't get a flight. I was told no. I had rude customer service agents tell me to fly out of another state and even bragged about canceling flight service to cities and not refunding money in those cases either. read more

We have had a nonstop problem with JetBlue our entire trip. Our first plane was delayed 2 hours from Denver to JFK. From there we missed our connecting flight to ACK at 8am. They gave us tickets to another plane leaving at 12:40, and gave us temp tickets for a plane leaving at 11:45 that could possibly fit us. The 11:45 plane was delayed two hours, so we waited for that, which ended up not having room for us. Our 12:45 flight was then delayed two more times and we ended up leaving at 2:30 to ACK. We should have arrived to Nantucket at 8am, we didn't make it till 4pm because of delays! We spent a whole day of vacation in the airport.... Ontop of that our 2:30 plane had issues and the seat back tvs were not working. We were now headed back home to Denver and our first flight is from ACK to JFK. The plane is dead on the runway with mechanical issues now, and after 45 mins sitting on the runway, we are having to be rolled back to our gate so they can reset the plane by turning it off and back on? Don't get me wrong that technique works on maybe my Phone or computer but a plane?! The plane ended up having mechanical and steering issues and was unable to fly so therefore they had to get everyone off the plan and rebooked. We now are leaving on another flight in another day. What a disaster. I will NEVER fly this airline again. From attitude from the crew to mechanical issues.. I'm not a huge yelper, the only people that get reviews from me are the amazing, or the absolutely horrible haha. We have not had a flight not delayed yet. But on the bright side, we crossed getting drunk in an airport off the bucket list. read more
