The only familiar place I once headed many times was Cow Palace. That place once hold The Great Dickens Christmas Fair yearly just as it also holds 626 Market. This was a good opportunity to try good places in Visitation Valley where I value at least one small local business. And The Good Chocolate was the perfect target. Judging by what's inside the entrance, I could've sworn that this chocolatier was closed. But if I were to open and get a good peek, a modest female worker was kind enough to let me in. Quite a tiny space to buy chocolate bars, at least I can fit right in to purchase one of them. Ranging from bite size to the regular chocolate bars, the highest percentage one can get is 65% Cacao. Despite the decent amount of flavonoids, one certain ingredient in each bars called "Erythritol" is sustainable enough to make up to a consumer such as myself. Not my favorite chocolatier, it was such a pleasant experience. I'm sure I'll be waiting for one magical cacao café to find its retail space throughout my hometown. If anyone likes chocolate bars that's 65% or lower, The Good Chocolate is right up your alley.

Ora King shanks - tail part, tastes similar as belly. Big glory bay king salmon - liked this a bit more as sashimi than Ora. Copper river sockeye salmon - pan fried with a hint of salt, was very tasty naturally. Loch duart salmon - similar as above, not dry at all, very juicy tender esp for wild.
