I placed an order with Tiffany for one dozen custom cake pops and one dozen custom Oreos two weeks before my event. A week later when inquiring about pick up time for the day of she let me know it would be in the evening that day which didn't work for us as our event was in the afternoon. She was accommodating with making them one day earlier and being able to pick up the night before my event. When inquiring I asked for the cake pops and decorative box to match a certain police department. I wrote the department name out and she said she would be able do it. I assumed like all bakers that they would also do their own research on colors and logos when given a specific theme so that way they can match and replicate their products perfectly. When I picked up my order is was 7:30pm and it was dark so I did not see that the decorative box was the wrong colors and department until I got home and started setting up. I was still able to use the box even though it did not match the rest of our decorations and I did have to peel the two logos she put on the corners which made the $8 box not picture worthy anymore :( I did let her know about the mistake and she apologized for assuming that the two departments were the same. -1 star I also had added individual wrappings which is $3 per dozen for both the cake pops and Oreos because of COVID so I can pass the treats out individually. She unfortunately also forgot to wrap the Oreos so I had to put them in ziplock bags to pass out. -1 star Other than that the products were amazing. Tiffany is very sweet and accommodating.
