There was a small hiccup because Brandon didn't have the mixing valve with him, but he was very transparent about it. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the valve again, and I ultimately decided not to install it at that time. What really impressed me was the follow-up. Found the most local, least "sponsored" entry on Yelp with a decent amount of reviews, talked with Blake on the second ring at 10 AM, he was able to give us a rough estimate with just pictures of the unit, came with everything he needed, even with a few surprises with our old house and unique install, fixed a few issues with connections from our previous install, all done in a few hours that afternoon!
